Well I guess they like to delete bad reviews but im going to continue to report until my problem is fixed, here I am 4 months into my new home that I purchased from oak creek, trim out still has not been done, roof has been leaking since Ive moved in which has caused the back bedroom ceiling to have serious water damage and ceiling starting to cave in, Ive been in contact with HR but here we are 6 weeks later and still nothing at all. Craftsmanship of the home is honestly sad. I will recommend you guys go elsewhere because this place is not what people are making it out to be.

Amazing place beautiful homes Bridgette Webb was impeccable as far as convincing us that this mobile home would be comfortable and would be homely for us the decorations were to die for I loved it had a great experience wouldnt go anywhere else

Horrible customer service. Was unable to use skirting which we paid for and asked for a refund. All weve gotten is the run around for three weeks. They ALL claim to not know anything or waiting on corporate, have asked for the corporate number and they claim to not know it. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE !!!!

After conversing through email, text, and phone conversation clarifying things about purchasing a modular home we drove 3 1/2 hours for the salesman and his boss to tell us they can’t help us with a modular but they could sell us a manufactured. This was a total waste of our time. They are manipulative and will do anything to get you in the office.

Could be a little easier process, but I finally got my dream tiny home. A mini mansion with all the amenities. Great home, good people to work with.

I browsed the Oak Creek homes Lake Charles, LA website and saw some interesting models that I wanted to view in person. I went to the Broad Street Location and I was greeted by Brian Diamond. I explained to him that I wanted to see a few models I viewed on the website. He was happy to show them to me without high pressure sales tactics which is a distraction for me when I am trying to visualize my family and I living in a particular home. If I decide to move to a couple of acres with a manufactured home, Oak Creek has the home I want and I feel Brian will help me in every way.

Fantastic customer service experience I have received throughout the home buying process!! OKLAHOMA CITY, OKDaniel Altdoerffer has been very helpful and quickly responsive via telephone calls and emails to the many questions Ive had in trying to make decisions re: purchasing a modular home. I stopped by the office unexpectedly last week and Daniel made time immediately to give me a tour of the home I want to purchase. Daniel is very knowledgeable and is helping us navigate through the many challenges of living in a remote rural area and removing a mobile home to place a modular home in the same spot. Daniel and Oak Creek Homes is easily able to handle many issues such as adding an attached garage to an existing cement pad, and moving existing and new home in/out of gravel road with 90 degree turn into driveway that is fairly steep. Needless to say that requests such as expanding the area in utility room for the large geothermal heat/AC unit, building walls and doors where there are none in the standard layout, lowering the kitchen cabinets on the walls to my level were all easy fixes. I highly recommend Oak Creek Homes and Daniel if you are looking for a new mobile or modular home.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a trailer from Oak Creek Homes My parents just bought a trailer from them in October, and are having a horrible experience with its condition and customer service. The trailer was sold to them in a dishonest manner and in substandard condition (it was a lot model) . There are multiple problems with the trailer, which have yet to be fixed, and the sales and service team have been less than helpful. My parents now have to resort to seeking help from the state fire marshal, to resolve the issues.

Worst place to buy a home. For a place that sells homes, the experience is awful. Youd think you were buying a blender from Wal-Mart. Sales staff has to always call you back with answers, and they never actually call back. I had to always call a second or third time to find out whats going on with my purchase. They tell you once the home is delivered theyll come and fix all the minor issues that occur during transport which is an outright lie. Once my home was delivered, I never received a call from Oak Creek to ask if everything was okay. They just drop it off and they wash their hands of you. Sent several e-mails and I only receive an automated scripted response, nothing of substance. In short, dont buy a home here. Let this place go out of business or leave Lake Charles.
