I have severe hearing loss and have tried several different hearing aids with no luck. Then I decided to try the Hearing Center. Best thing I have ever done. Doctor Ram is so professional and patient and willing to help with anything. The Phonak hearing aids are the best Ive ever had! Service is the best. I highly recommend them to anyone with hearing problems.

My 82 year old Mom is a patient at The Hearing Center. She was fitted with hearing aids. In the 3 appointments we have had, I cannot be more pleased with the kindness and courtesy she was treated with. These doctors and assistants are just so sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend The Hearing Center to anyone who needs help with their hearing.

Its when you have problems that makes effective service so valuable. When my hearing aides have developed problems, Dr. Nileshwar and his staff have risen to the occasion. Without exception, theyve gotten the problems solved. Their service is top notch.

The staff at The Hearing Center of Lake Charles were exceptionally nice and professional. The doctor who performed my tests was clear and concise, and provided the most thorough auditory examination Ive ever had.

This place told my Mother that her hearing aids were outdated and obsolete. They tried to sell her an new pair for thousands . She mistakenly went to this center. After contacting the correct company turns out her hearing aids are still under warranty for 2 years. I do not recommend this company.The clinic contacted me to let me know that this was a misunderstandingand no one told my mother that her hearing aids were obsolete, and they did not try to sell her new ones.

I was very impressed with the results of my first visit to the Hearing Center Of Lake Charles. After having a hearing evaluation, I received a pair of trial hearing aids to evaluate which will help me decide the type of hearing device that will work for me. I would recommend the Hearing Center to anyone who needs to improve the quality of their hearing.

Great experience courteous staff, Dr. Strong was able to answer all our questions and more . My mother is legally blind and very hard of hearing . Dr. Strong was very patient, and sweet during the whole exam .She even offered up advice about a little computer you wear around the neck, that would help her hear the TV that works with the hearing aid so the TV wouldnt have to be to loud. when I told her how loud the TV had to be turned up.

My appointment was great! Ran a little long, but it’s because The DR. took the time to explain and run extra test. Super grateful for the time he spent making sure I understood my hearing loss and the opportunities I have going forward.

Great experience at the Hearing Center in Lake Charles. Desk staff, physicians assistants and Dr. Amanda Jean-Pierre were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. A took her time with me and my husband and explained everything she did in detail regarding our exams and options for better hearing. Best experience weve had at a doctors office in a long time.

We took our 2 1/2 year old in for a hearing test. They were so patient with a nervous and curious little boy! We were so pleased we were able to complete the tests, all while he was happily engaged.

Best experience that Ive had with an audiologist. Made sure to help me with the best of their abilities and even referred me to an ENT, to get further diagnosis. In doing that, they will be able to help me even more. Highly recommend this place for all hearing needs.

Extremely helpful and very friendly. The staff never rushes me. They take their time answering all of my questions. If I have a problem with my hearing aids they will fit me in for a same day visit. I am cannot say enough about how happy I am that I chose The Hearing Center!

We had a great experience! The doctor realized how nervous my four year old was and instantly made his hearing test fun and filled with games.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from everyone at The Hearing Center. It was difficult initially lost my hearing due to major ear infections in both my ears. They have made the transition to hearing aids an easy one.

Very helpful and infomative staff! Had broken the tube between hearing aid and the ear piece which caused the unit to quit working. Brought it in without an appointment and left with the unit working perfectly within 15 minutes. Great job!

Finally decided to upgrade to a new set of hearing aids even though my old ones (Phonak solana) of 7 years were still working pretty well. Decided on the Phonak audeo marvel with the latest technology available, glad I did. The improvement in sound quality and blue tooth connectivity is remarkable. Phone app makes personal adjustment for different environments so simple.Had a minor problem with the sound being stronger in the right ear, but Dr. Ram took care of that with a small adjustment.Would recommend The Hearing Center of Lake Charles to anyone in the market for hearing aids.Quality products with quality customer care is what they have.

I was very pleased with my experience with both doctors. They were very professional and very helpful.

I began seeing Ram Nileshwar when he was audiologist for Calcasieu Parish School Board. My hearing loss was not so bad then, but my mothers was very bad. I brought her to the Hearing Center to see Ram. What a difference he made for both of us. THEY carefully selected hearing aides and HE fit and programmed them for her (over and over again) with his gentle and patient manner. I was again able to have a normal speaking conversation with Mom, no more yelling. Hearing loss is hereditary in my family, so now my turn! Never a doubt as to who I would trust with my hearing, I went to see Ram. Hearing aides are not one size fits all. He talked with me and together we decided which aides I needed. I no longer smile as if I hear conversations and no longer have to ask people to repeat. Thank you Ram and the wonderful staff at The Hearing Center.

I took my twin girl, Zalee Gail Day, 11 years old to LC for further testing of her hearing.Now we all know how UNKNOWN PEOPLE, PLACES AND TESTS can upset we Adults....well Zalee was really being very mature about the upcoming Tests to be done to check her hearing....Then as we were about to enter she turned to me and said Im a little terrified Mom....😧Wow.I took her hand and assured her I was nervous but knew God had it already worked out.The Kindness we met IMMEDIATELY INSIDE THE DOORS WAS AWESOME.The light Humor and Yet Professional manners in which Everyone treated us with was enough to calm terrified into LAUGHING AT Both the humor from staff and of ourselves at ever being scared to began with.My Childrens Pediatric Doctor in DeRidder is a TRUE GIFT FROM GOD....BEAUREGARD FAMILY MEDICAL....Dr. Scavella, shes Great. Has her beautiful way with each individual Child (the Jamaican accent is LOVELY). I appreciate how once she speaks for a bit with my individual child she then turns to me, keeps my child ib her now circle and we all find out TOGETHER what is going on.God is good.Hearing Center is Good.Beauregard Family Medical is Good.Hope you are all good too😇👼
