It was a good experience the Dr an the receptionist were very nice an knowledgeable of there duty. I you having a hard time hearing they can help you to hear again .

Trisha was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. She answered all my questions and took time to explain details. My wife and I were very pleased with her service. By the way, this was at the Lafayette office, not Lake Charles.

I cant speak for others, but they totally took advantage of my 80 year old father. They had him sign contracts that he 1) didnt understand and 2) couldnt hear what they were saying about them. They sent him a bill for $800 for not returning the aids in time. Then charged him $5,800 for the product after they were returned. He truly doesnt understand what happened and it is a really sad situation when you have to screw over the elderly to get a profit.

As a retired school teacher I have always thought that A+ means outstanding for only the best. My experiences with Guys Miracle Ear Office are the best----A+

The absolute worst place Im ever gone to. Its a total rip off. They do not give you a full 30 day free trail. I took the hearing aids back. The Dr pre-dated my contact. Im paying full price for something i dont have. Do not trust the Dr. In lake Charles, La. Or Sulphur. She opened a office in Sulphur,La. She will steal from you to. Two faced as she can be. Shes gotten rich off of people. She is a heartless person. Money is all she wants. You can get the same quality hearing aids for a lot cheaper than Miracle-Ear.
