Employees are great, but customers can be rude for no reason all the time

I picked up my sons cookies cake for his 16th birthday. It was very dry and taste old so I called them about it and was told they ran out of dough so they use so other. They would not offer refund or discount she said they used other dough and that was it sorry.

The cookie cake is always fresh and ready when promised. The ladies are very nice and accommodating. I personally like only white & dark icling. I find the food coloring bitter. Im sorry to say that bag of scrap cake pieces they are selling in Lake Charles is gross. Its hard and doesnt taste fresh, the lil container of icling didnt help. And worst of all, it didnt make me want to order a full cookie cake. For that reason alone I think it shouldnt be sold. You may be losing business because of it. IDK why reviews are not higher, this item is perfect for parties or celebrations of any kind. I wish they offered discounts to customers who have ordered there for 37 plus years, me and my fly love it.

Inexperienced employees needs strong leadership from management. The management has failed the customers and the inexperienced employees. I have been a customer for many years. I expect the quality what I buy to be somewhat close to what i received on the previous occasions. I get the same thing every time. My order was 1 pre maid double D. And one special order along with 1 colossal sugar cookie 1 ginger bread and 2 pecan supremes. This cost around 17 dollars. They use a decorating tip to inadequately fill my pecan supreme doozies Im use to that being done with a scoop. To finish me off the server crammed everything into a small bag. Needless to say it was packed so tight things got messy at home. I hope you appreciate this feedback.

If you plan on buying a cookie cake do NOT order online and pay for it before actually looking at it. I ordered online from the one closest to JcPenny and I wanted something really simple just some balloons and it to say happy birthday my love. I sent someone to pick it up and when I seen that cake I was embarrassed that I actually paid for that. It was horrible! The taste was good but the decorations was so unprofessional. The balloons looked like gumballs and the words were smudged and messed up. The word love looked like Laul. They also put poka dots all over it which was not even requested at all.A cake meant for a man turned into a who did it and why. I was like never again will I order online because I would Not have purchased that ugly cake!

Good cookie cakes, better than grocery store cookie cakes, those are gross, these are delicious!!!

These people have no training what so ever. They just “wing it”. And from the sound of it don’t care about customer satisfaction.They are NOT professional. And don’t get me started on the cleanly ness; they don’t have it . I am never going back and recommend you not to either. (It may have just been that one person but they ruined it for me.)
