Bahama bucks is SO yummy! my favorite place ever! guess you could say i’m obsessed :)

Love the product, hate the service. Very slow. Got simple ordered wrong and offered a quick, unsatisfactory fix. Hopefully they hire better, because the snocones are great and reasonably priced

The employees are very sweet and friendly. They were out of the frozen latte base for the latte, but she made me something special. I appreciate her thoughtfulness.

The snocone was great but it took forever to get it. From the time I pulled up to the window after already waiting in line for quite some time, it took another 18 minutes to get one small snocone! There is no reason in the world that it should take 18 minutes to make a snocone. I won’t be back.

Went just now through the line and the chick at the window really thought I didn’t hear her smart remark when we asked can she add a little more juice to my kids snow cone that looked dry.Very unprofessional and sitting there on her phone. Please train your people to know what customer service is because that’s what keep people coming back.We won’t be back!!!

They have a drive thru! 😩 We had the Jungle Berry (Original, not Super Sour) and the Super Sour Apple (that was mine). They were both phenomenal! Im gonna come here every time Im in the Lake Charles area!

Had a great time with friends, great atmosphere, and good snowcones.

There were a ton of flavors to choose from, so I got a little overwhelmed. However, the worker didn’t rush me and let me try out a few flavors before picking what I wanted. That’s worth the price point for me.This had peach, watermelon, and lychee. Points for the lychee tasting pretty legit.

I came in yesterday and purchased 3 bottles of flavor for my granddaughter! I had the sweetest employee help me out and made my experience feel so welcoming. She told me to pull around to the front and that she would bring out everything to us. She came out with the biggest smile on her face, introduced herself as Alex and asked my granddaughter what she was using the flavor for and we mentioned that we recently bought our own snow cone machine! She gave us umbrellas to put in our snow cones and wrote a message to my granddaughter on a paper. She made our day!! Ive always heard about Bahama Bucks being the best for customer service and this sweet young lady definitely did ! I will definitely be returning

Well it was my daughter and I first Time on Tuesday . We waited 35 mins to get our one baby gummy bear cone and a shake. They served two people that came in after us first and they had a bigger order. And by the time we got our it had set for a while and was water down. Then on top of the she had an attitude I really Had big hopes for this place. Oh well I guess It’s back to searching for a better place

Sadly these snow cones do not taste as amazing at they look. If this is all you can get. Thats great. But a local snow ball stand is a world better.-----Update Due to Response:So Its my fault I didnt like your near flavorless watered down syrup over shredded tap water ice?

This place is great. So clean looking and smelling. The snow cones are quite tasty. Havent branched out and tried anything exotic yet, but I will.

Great experience. They were very patient and sweet with my child who couldnt decide exactly what she wanted then they went out of there way to add princess sprinkles (pink sprinkles) to her white snowcone! Will be back!

If you think Im about to pay $4 for a snow cone which is 90% ice which is usually free at most dining establishments and a little bit of flavored sugar syrup youre absolutely right its delicious I love Bahama Bucks

This place is so cute! We had one of the best sno cones ever here. The ice is so soft that it has almost a creamy texture. Delish!!

The have a lot of choices and great flavors but the service is Inconsistent, the last 3 times Ive been there were dry hard chunks of ice with no flavor in the middle of my conesOnce the whole cone was hard as if it was pre made and just left until someone ordered. The spoons change colors and their punch card system is easy to use. Id go inside so you can watch them make it. Sometimes it takes a really long time and I understand because there is usually a worker and a workers friend in there at night. I understand friend because they hire young sp of course they would be nervous to be in a store at night by themselves. Youd have to try it out for your self. When they get it right they really do well.

Terrible customer service. They treat you as if you are inconveniencing them by buying something there.

Was told order of 60 sno balls would be ready by 6:30. Arrived and all the employees were laughing and joking around with several of there friends before asking if they could help me. When I told them I was there to pick up an order, two employees look at me dumbfounded and head to the back of the store. Finally someone comes out to tell me they forgot make my order, but would start on in immediately. One person makes order and 30 minutes later they finish the order, now causing the food I ordered for pick up to be cold too. Definitely will not be back!

Im leaving a 4 star for the business but a 5 star for the employee. I always come later at night, around 7:30, and its the same every time. One employee, her name is Baylee I believe.Shes not super personable but thats probably because she doesnt have time to be. Shes doing the job of three people. Shes got the drive thru, the front desk, and a tablet which I assume to be waiter or a call service of some kind. Shes constantly taking orders, grinding ice blocks, and pooring the syrup. She outclasses some bartenders I know. Shes making it happen, but honestly she could use backup at some points, shes not necessarily struggling because she has her system down and she does a good job of juggling everything nicely.I just dont understand how it isnt still profitable for the business to have at least a second employee to back her. There are customers on all sides every time I come. Im not ragging on the business and I understand keeping labor low and productivity high, but the situation just not computing in my head.In any case, good product, good service, good environment, and one hardworking wrecking-ball of a one woman army. 4 stars for the business, 5 for Ms.Baylee, making it happen. Good work soldier.
