The Starbucks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino blended beverage was delicious as usual.But the crew, management, or ownership should seriously look into what was attracting the dozen or so flies I saw swarming around the counter.It was a serious turn off.Caused me to nearly leave without ordering.Curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Absolute ghost town inside, and now I understand why. They are only focused on the drive-thru. Ordered our drinks inside and waited 25 minutes, and finally had to tell them we still didn’t have our drinks. Had to wait another 10 for our drinks to be made. Won’t be back.

Weve gone here several times. Today was not so good. No only was my drink not right, but someone else came in & the same thing happened to her. The batista tried to explain this is how its done, but remade mine, it was still bad. The other lady came out & her drink was different then what they originally had given her. It appears the batistas there today were very new. And there were so many flies in there this morning.

Over-priced, burnt coffee... Drive-thru attendant was about as smart as a a box of rocks... Paid with cash, exact change (order was $9.18) handed him $10.18 and watched mass confusion set in... Literally took the register and a coworker to explain to him I was owed $1 in change. Speaks volumes about our nation as a whole today...

Drive through is super slow. I tried to order online but it didnt give me drink size so I only got grande size.

Its a great locations. Nice open spaces and a very large table where groups could meet. Its also one of the few Starbucks that actually has a changing stations in the womens RR. Bonus!!! Friendly staff and quick at taking your order and making your drinks. They also have a drive thru and arent far from 210.

We ordered 3 drinks. One was missing ingredients and tasted terrible. The second one had strawberries that were overly frozen. The third drink was fine. Maybe a new staff member prepared them? Not sure, but what I do know is we don’t pay money and entrust our business to be disappointed like this. Do better.

Person in drive thru was very very rude. Went to window and gave me wrong drink. I told her and she rolled her eyes and closed the window. Left me holding the wrong drink. Told her to get her manager a d she came to the window with an attitude. I told her just give me the drink I paid for and she told me to get out of her line. She gave me another drink still wrong one and SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE. She slammed it so hard I know she broke it. I have never been treated so rudely. Never ever been treated so bad. P .s I had another encounter where I had a bug in my drink and they were very apologetic and gave me a gift card. I visit this establishment at least 5x a week. I’m very disappointed, especially in management.

I come to this location when I visit Lake Charles never had any issues with my coffee until today! There was 1 car in front of me n they took forever. I get to window gentleman hands me my cup of coffee with stains all over, no sticker with my order n as I taste my drink it was the worse coffee. Will not return here

Was glad they were nearby with palatable coffee since the hotel I was staying in had the worst coffee on earth.

No order ahead. Limited menu due to the ice machine being broken. I left without ordering.

Normally great service, love this location, but not today. New record for a bad Starbucks experience. 24 minutes for a decaf. When I ordered it, app said 9-11min. So I was not expecting speedy service. But they did not even start it until I walked in the door at 11min. Guess next time I will sit in the drive-thru and let it back up. Gotta use up a bunch of stars this month, not looking good.

Best part about Starbucks is you will get the exact same drink in any city in every state. Weary travelers like to count on some things that dont change. I do feel Starbucks could offer a small discount for those who bring their own reusable cup as an incentive for customers to bring their reusable cups back again & again.

My only complaint is the speed of service. It can be dead and still take 5 minutes to get a drink. The staff are really friendly but the pace just needs to be picked up a little.

Ive never had an issue with this location. Friendly and fast service. When Im in L.C its my go to place!

We only had one car in front of us in the drive thru line and it took 20+ minutes to get 2 drinks. Its too hot to be melting in a car while waiting at this location. Plus we ordered extra caramel and it was most definitely the normal amount. Going to stick to the Starbucks at the Kroger grocery store in Sulphur, or pass on Starbucks altogether in this area.

This used to be my favourite Starbucks! Today I was in the drivethru, the girl at the speaker didnt even acknowledge that I was there for several minutes. When I got to the window, the girl, Cheddar (who I assume was also at the speaker) was very rude and looked like she wanted to be anywhere except for her job. I saw my drink sitting on the counter and she took her sweet time to give it to me. Terrible service! She needs to be trained with customer service because she has none. I hope no one else has to be treated like that by her. Ill be using the Starbucks on Ryan from now on! Very dissatisfied!

SLOW!!! Out of vanilla syrup...how are you out of a basic flavor of syrup.... have been in line for over 20 minutes stuck in the drive thru (no way to get out until you order) - person taking orders had no clue what we were saying when we ordered.

They are efficient, but they tend to let their political views show. ..I just want a freaking coffee not advised that my political views are right or wrong..... Just coffee... No cream.... No sugar.... Just coffee.

Fast service, good coffee, close to Mall and just off 210 hwy about two stop lights to get to the coffee shop and two to get back on to the highway.. best to go towards Ryan street though. Less busy less mall traffic.

As a newbie to the Realm of Starbucks, I really appreciate seeing how the baristas will actually take the time to walk you through an order, explaining in clear detail of whatever a customer may inquire. The ambiance is great for working on a laptop, making a phone call, or having a conversation. The outdoor patio is a prime place for some peace and quiet, barring weather conditions.Although a bit pricey, I highly recommend both Starbucks and this Prien Lake Rd. locale to anyone.

Starbucks is Starbucks. We usually going theyre as a last resort of we cant find anything else in the area. We were traveling, so we went here. They did a good job on our drinks, and were fast. But the bathrooms were very neglected! Pretty gross for a place that serves good, if you ask me!!!

This starbucks needs alot of work. I would not recommend going here until the staff gets more training. With that said the customer service was good but the coffee they made was bad.

Fast and friendly. Could have long line at deuve through but moves pretty quickly. Be polite and have ur card or cash ready before getting to the window.

My debit card with the chip wouldnt take on their card reader for some reason, so the manager was nice enough to give me the coffee I ordered on the house. Its the little acts of kindness like that that make this place a definite must to visit.

So I actually found this location and the other location quite fine. Its actually an old Whataburger building I had to ask being from Texas I just noticed the shape of it lol 😂 but overall I enjoyed the atmosphere here and the smell of coffee my order was perfect!! Staff really nice

This is the absolute worst Starbucks anyone could possibly visit. In the past the have been slow but today buts an all time new record. We sat in the drive thru line for 30 mins yes 30 minutes. Finally got to the window and wasn’t acknowledged for 3 mins then after cashier takes payment passes only one drink off when another is sitting next to it. She walks off to get the pastries for what seemed about 5 mins while the frap melts and the refresher sits and waits. The cashier didn’t know what belonged to our order I had to tell her since she had zero sense of urgency. I am a good card holder and I tell you this location is absolutely horrible. If you are in a rush or not in a rush 30 minutes is way over the top. The the way the wait you would have thought they were giving away free coffee today.I would give zero stars if I could.

I have been to a lot of Starbucks all over America and I have to say that most of them have staff that is really kind and friendly so I was a little taken back with how this team works. This location isnt very friendly in my opinion. I do use the drive-thru more than I go inside. I will say a plus to this location the drinks have always been great and always correct and that makes me happy.

I dont partake of the food, I feel its overpriced; and, pre made. The coffee is first class, but then, that depends on if its a trained barista or a trainee making it.More than once Ive experienced a cup of Joe with the grounds included. They did make it right and informed the person responsible, next time I came.

I love Starbucks but this location is slow I mean really slow. Ive been several times recently and end up leaving before I can order. Today I ordered and waited for 2 drinks for 5+ minutes and only 1 person in front of me.

Where is the seating? Tables? Its a Starbucks its suppose to be fancy and snobby. Where are the couches!? Service was ok. I could tell the kid was new so not mad about that. But the chairs and couches!? If I want to sit at a table to drink coffee Ill go to Macdonalds, if Im gonna spend $5 on a cup I expect my butt to be sitting on something comfortable while I sip it.

The Nitro Brew is good! Not as cool as I had expected, but tasty.

Had to correct the Barista taking the order 4 times. In the end, she still got the order wrong and the drink I got had *extra extra ice* written on it so there was almost no liquid drink actually in the cup. Very annoying experience for very little of an incorrect drink.

Great customer service, drive-thru is generally packed but they never keep the wait time too long to rule out using, conveniently placed, and they always make my coffee exactly how I ask.

Went out of my way to get to this Starbucks. Ordered a Black & White Mocha. Got down the road a couple miles a found out I got a hot chocolate instead. With the traffic it was too much to turn around, but when I tried calling the store either the number is wrong or they just ignore you.

This is a newer, very nice location with inside and outside seating areas as well as a drive thru. The only downside is that it is not in an easily accessible location and also the drive thru line is usually very long with a long wait.

Always good beverages. This Starbucks consistently has some of the friendliest and efficient staff of any I have been in.

Im addicted to coffee I absolutely love Starbucks and I like ordering it on the app and then just have it waiting for me when I get there pretty cool
