They have some new associates who are more helpful now, but I refuse to shop there due to the manager. She is always on her phone or hiding on the register. I reported her to the district manager after 4 trips and never having my existence acknowledged. Finishline has much better customer service and they know me. Hopefully one day they will get a new manager who does more than spectate. Maybe she could be a construction supervisor where she holds the shovel and watches everyone else would be appropriate as a career choice. I would give one star, but the last time a young lady actually asked if she could help me.

Will never order online again. Their website shows that items are available, then once you make a purchase they will charge your card then send you an email saying that they cant find your item and that you card hasnt been charged yet. Once you call them they will then tell you that the item in unavailable and that they will have to cancel the order and send you a refund. What a joke. While the items online still show available.

Last night I went to footlocker to exchange my shoes that were $110 and my receipt accidently got thrown away. When I got there I was disappointed to see the same shoes were discounted to 79.99 because I knew that would reflect the exchange price but I understood how these things work. During check out the young lady then tells me I only have 4.99 left over to spend in which I should have had $20.00; she tells me the policy without the receipt the return is worth the lowest sale amount of the product within the last 60 days. The employees were very nice but the store policy is insane. I do wish the lady would have checked on the price and let me know ahead of time so I could have time to digest the information by the time we were checking out I was pretty upset and I did not have much ability to see past the fact that I got ripped off $50 and now I am pretty sure I will not go back to Footlocker. We ended up getting the rest of our families shoes at Finish line.

Always have problems with these people. Trash. Never going back
