Found what I was looking for at about 75% less (on the clearance table ) than at Walmart, staff was helpful

I loved, I was looking for electric fondue and I found it. A lot of items for the house. No cheap but its seems a great quality

Store seemed unusually disheveled and lots of items, particularly in the bedding department, were out of stock. What stock there was, was disorganized and needed attention. I gave up looking for what I needed and left. This was my first trip into the store in over a year, and I know weve been thru a lot in Lake Charles.

Did not a very good selection of great sheets. No 1,000 and over. Very disappointed!

There was a young lady here that was incredibly helpful. Im terrible with matching colors and she sat and helped me figure out which curtains to purchase based on pictures I had taken of my home. She went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten her name to praise her.

They had the item I was looking for in stock. Best store all week

This place is so disorganized, towls, face towls and wash rags are a mess

I went in the purchase a product. It had a clearance sign but not a price. I asked an associate how much the item was and she said $89.99. I go and check out and the man said that it was $119.00. We called the associate that told us the price and she said oh I thought it was $89.99. Oh well $89.99 or $119.00. You might want to teach the people whom work for you to check the price on a item BEFORE you tell the customer. And her tone was very rude. The man that checked us out asked another person if they wanted him to override it and she said no. I will never shop and this location again and I will tell my friends about how this store treated me. They are all very disrespectful!!!

Not personal at all which could have been achieved even w social distancing and masks. Staff seemed very cold

Ive never had a problem or issue in this store. Love the variety of products and how clean/organized everything is. The bathrooms are usually kept pretty clean, so if you have to potty, its not gross. The employees are very nice and more than happy to help a customer. Great customer service! Keep up the good work!

Love this store but its on the high side as far as pricing. Sometimes I can find good sales, have unique items for homes.

Called ahead to see if they still had what I wanted. The saleslady was nice enough to check and confirm that they had 3 of the product I was looking for. The cashier was pleasant and friendly.

Bed Bath and Beyond is the same pretty much wherever you go. Company standards. I love going to a store like this. You know what to expect. Lake Charles, LA is a nice store.

Alot to do membership is reasonable always clean. They also have many options

I just love all the Fragrances. And please dont forget the wonderful smells of the different candles they offer. I love going here

This is an entire store dedicated to things that no one REALLY needs. Mixed in with the cheep Chinese made goods is some good quality stuff but the store is essentially the fast fashion version store that sells home goods instead of clothes...

Purchased a gel pro kitchen rug 100$+ about a year ago and they would not stand behind there return policy. There return policy is just a false sense of security to get you to pay more for the same item as else where.

Always a pleasant person to help you. Good selection of products and a 20% discount if you sign up for emails and advertising fliers.

Good store, but very crowded. Hard to move around much less have a cart with you with the small isles and stock stacked everywhere.
