If you paid cash over $200 you have to accept either a corporate check in 10 business days or a store credit. My item was $253.00. I even offered to let them keep the $53 and give me my $200. They said no.

We have recommended Surplus Warehouse to many, many friends who have also had positive experiences. I looked them up on Google to get their address to give to a friend and saw the reviews and had to put in one myself. The guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I just wish they had air conditioning. I also bought cabinets (Sunny Wood) from Surplus Warehouse in Lake Charles and they are absolutely wonderful. In reference to a previous poster, my wife has a severe respiratory condition and she has had ZERO issues. I would question his math and his motives because if it were as bad as he claims, he would have a lawyer and the EPA on his side. The cabinets are well made and simply beautiful. The flooring selection is outstanding and the prices are unbeatable. The front door we purchased sets our home apart in our neighborhood and a similar door was over 40 percent more at Lowes. We love entertaining and have a Bible study every Sunday evening in our home and we continually get compliments on our cabinets, flooring, and front door. I would shop and buy there anytime except when it is 100+ degrees!

Bought some flooring here for a little back shed. It’s been great. The staff was helpful and found exactly what I needed below my budget. Lots of options.

Surplus Warehouse is easy to find, easily accessible, very friendly staff, great selection, and wonderful prices!!!!! Every time Ive gone, the staff have gone out of their way to help me with my selection and given me great prices on every single item. No problem on returns either. Go there and be surprised!!! You will love it!!!

The service was great my reps were Excellent. Steven answerd my call and I told him what I needed and told him I was coming in from Texas he had my order ready when I got there. Cassie was great company while I waited for Che to load me up I love going to the Lake Charles surplus ware house. They were fast and I had a short wait my hat is off to you guys keep up the good work so if anyone has to shop for materials this is Definitely the place to go for fun and a very Pleasant experience while get it done

I was in and out in 30 minutes...Salesman created a layout drawing for me and it was awesome...was at a big box home store the week before for over an hour for no reason except poor customer service ...cant get everything there but will shop here when I can

Great deals, but the customer service needs improvement. Went to the store with full intent of spending over $4000 but walked away because of the service and the way I was treated.

Great prices for almost anything needed for a remodel. However, their countertops are not the best. In my opinion, their cheapness is not worth it.
