I was very impressed with Tire Pros quality of work. Mine was an insurance claim and they took it out of my hands and handled it all the way through completion. Im from South Carolina working in the Lake Charles area, and I told them that with the quality of work and the warranty that they give their work, that I would drive from South Carolina to Lake Charles just to get them To work on my equipment. Thats as high of praise as I can give.

Everything was good up untill I came home noticed stuff was moving around in my trunk. I opened the trunk only to find out that yall kept my spare tire w/ rim. Never had someone keep my entire spare tire hence its brand new and meant to stay in my car.

Had a really weird tire mishap. had a two foot piece of firewood flying into my truck; not sure as to why it was airborne...either hit by or thrown from a truck heading towards me. Hit my left front bumper and ripped a large pie shaped hole in my left front tire. my spare had never been used, but it was 20 years old and suspect. it lasted long enough to get me home. the next morning, it self destructed about 6 blocks from my home. I now had a dry rotted flat spare and a flat from the previous days impact incident. it was 95 degrees and Im on asphalt; called wife for lift to Tires Pro. Had my tire replaced and ordered a spare.had spare replaced and picked it up the next day. Theservice at TP was excellent from the front desk to the installers. I would strongly recommend TP for your tire needs.

I Absolutely LOVED every aspect of this place starting from Best customer service Ive received at any place in a long time and that would be From each and every single employee I came into contact with. I went in for a well OVVVVERRRRDUE alignment. I went in as soon as they opened so that I could be seen faster. I was first it took about an hour. While I waited I thoroughly enjoyed there ducked off smoking section and made the wait comfortable. Soon as I left there I felt like I had a new vehicle again. Very easy and smooth experience! I had a nail in my tire and arrived at Service Tire Pros right when they opened at 7 AM. By 7:35 AM, I was out the door with my tire all patched up and on my way to work. The patch installed will also last the lifetime of the tire which is great! We also use Service Tire Pros for our work vehicles and they are always great to us.

Had flat at home. I have a broken wrist but managed to swap flat tire with spare. Greeted friendly at ST Pros. They helped me get tire out of the back of my truck and actually had the tire tire repaired hours ahead of quoted time. Instead of offering to to replace repaired tire on truck for me, they did put it in the back of my truck for me. So I drove home and replaced tire myself.
