Went in to get tire plugs and they were out. But the gentleman that I asked where they were was very helpful and professional! Told me where I could get my tire fixed.

Was not helped at all. Was told to contact duralast to replace a tool. When you Google duralast tool warranty this comes out on the web site. So someone needs to be corrected here.

This was in Lame Charles the manager was so so rude to customer and to us when we approached the counter. He needs education on people and anger management class asap.

Left my car battery to be charged told it was going to be 2 hours since there was people ahead of me. I said fine left it 3 hours later no phone call nothing so I went to pick it up. The person told me my battery was on the counter but did not mention nothing else. Got home and my battery is not charged at all it literally had more charge when I dropped it off. I called and another employee rudely told me it probably wouldn’t charge because it was bad when I’m sure they didn’t bother putting it on the charger they forgot about me and the sticker wasn’t even touched. Worst customer service go to advance auto parts same price better service

Friendly staff, the store is decently clean and well stocked. The staff needs to gain knowledge of the stuff they sell instead of just go and click on the computer and get a part off of a shelf. If I go to an auto part store I atleast would like the person I am talking to have some sort of knowledge of the item I am looking for.

The staff at this location on E Prien Lake incorrectly diagnosed what was wrong with my car and I had to go to the Auto Zone on Nelson where they actually knew what to do and when one employee asked me where I went before, she shook her head and said I shouldnt have gone there in the first place.

Wait on your customers in store, phone customers can wait. I walked out after a 10 minute wait, while employee waited on phone customer, whom seemed to need to have to know a lot of prices before going into the store to purchase. Ill make my $100 purchase at another automotive store.

I previously worked at an AutoZone, and sometimes worked other stores, in Texas. This store makes me somewhat ashamed that I did. Went looking for a job here, manager just seemed to look down on others; when asking opinion on what to change first on car, and on job in general (separate occasions).
