This location has wonderful customer service. It is best to go at peak shopping times, as it seems, they have their most knowledgeable employees working at this time. Clean and well organized
All I needed was a power cord for my laptop while I was traveling because I had left mine at home. They wanted $90 for the thing, I think not, I left. I knew it would be higher than anywhere else because everything they have is over priced, but $90 is insane. And they wont let ANYONE in without a mask. Its private property, they can do that, and I have a choice, I will go somewhere else.
Second time there and again the service was great and found a TV I wanted and the price was better than Walmart.
Veni, vidi, vici. Came in store with my home work well done. I knew exactly what I want, I asked for assistance, an assistant checked the item code and thats it. 15 minutes at all, my tv was in my car. They asked if my transportation is fit for the size of my package. It was.
Get greeted every time, I’ve had luck when I go in and begin to look around the team members always approach me asking me if I need help finding what I’m looking for! I appreciate this very much and great job in training your staff to give their best customer service!!!!
Online order pick up was late. I went there to pick up online order after it say ready to pick up. I was only able to pick up half of my order and had to go back to pick up rest of it in same day. Terrible customer service.

Shoutout to Grant! I walked in all panicked because the sound on my laptop stopped working and I needed it to teach a live course. He figured out that it was just a simple setting that needed updating. I restarted and made sure everything was working properly before I left. he had a positive attitude and was happy to help . Promote him !
Great service, friendly people. You get top quality products for great prices, if they do not have it they will order it. If you order something online from them you can get curbside pickup. It is Will chair accessible so its easy to get in and out it mean to have wheelchair. Its a great place with great people and great products.
Great store staff is always courteous best location and parking is quite limited as traffic is almost always heavy.

Maybe its too much to ask for a nice instore atmosphere nowadays. Majority of staff had the I hate my job and I hate being here attitude. Not very friendly or helpful. Only 1 person helped me, a young lady who was setting Samsung phones on their Verizon display. She was the only one who didnt mind me asking questions and helped me with the answers.

I use to love this BestBuy but now I hope another place opens. They are so rude. The cashier is rude and doesnt even greet you. The manager just walked right passed me without saying anything. The greater was texting on his phone and the associates walk around like zombies like they are ready to go homeAnd their knowledge of the products are awful. They need new management immediately!
No idea what has happened to this store. Its bare bones now, just drive to Lafayette if you want to go to Best Buy
Employees are unaware of the product placement in the store. Associates are friendly but useless. The store is completely unorganized and misplaced. Items in one place but not another. I helped myself today by moving the item I needed the day before to the proper place with all the other like items. Why on earth are there multiple spots for the same items?!? Impossible to locate what youre looking for in this store.
We ordered a lap top and it was two weeks late. Cuatomer aervice had no answers and seemed unintereated. I drove to Beaumont they helped me cancel the order and had the computer my daughter needed for school

My only thing I couldnt tell where to check out but I followed someone until they asked me to come to a certain register. I am not from Louisiana but they were very nice. I told them guy they needed a big sign saying check out he laughed. I got a little lost.

Geek Squad Billy helped with replacing internal hard drive, installing software & sending off prior internal hard drive to have all data transfered to external & when all that back at Best Buy Billy will put on new internal hatd drive.

I would like to first state that i love going to Best Buy’s because they always have the products that i need for the line of work that i do.I usually have an awesome experience shopping at Best Buy, how ever, today i hade a very unpleasant experience. I was in there buying a couple of things for work an the gentleman that was helping me was very nice, and as he was checking me out i had a issue with my Best Buy card not taking the transaction so he had called some one over there to assist us with the problem.He was then assisted with a female who then asked me, “do i pay my bills on time”? I feel like I was not treated properly, and furthermore feel that was not the way to address a customer that is having a transaction issue. She did not even try to see why it was not going through an the whole time it was because i was out of state an Best Buy CC was denying the transaction. I purchased a MacBook Pro plus two accessories which costed over $3000 dollars, But due to my experience i decided to return the products due to the way i was treated. I felt humiliated and belittled.I will never put my self in this position again, therefor, i will not be utilizing best buy in Lake Charles, Louisiana! I will share my experience with others.

After everything our city has been through they have found some very dedicated staff and do a fantastic job helping costumers with electronics advice.
They are very scared of Corona. Have to wear a mask unless you have health problems. People sitting at the door asking you to wear a mask. They even give you one. Prices are high compared to sams club.

Went looking for a 40 flat screen. Had no luck as they were sold thin, found some game stuff for my son instead.
Me and my friend went in to buy him a laptop his card kept declining due to him being from out of state so the guy got who i think was the manager. The lady came up and said to him dont you pay your bills on time. He spent 3000 in the store even though she was hella rude to him. Not even an apology. I wouldnt have spent not one dime in there but he needed the mac book.

The prices are ok, but the customer service was horrible. I stood there waiting for help. They all walked around me. The minute I went in my purse for my phone someone came stand behind me. I was taught if you think someone is stealing customer service usually stops it, not standing behind them. I was in there November 9th. And was very offended

The new Covid 19 measures like having to schedule getting help isnt cool. But I can get what I need for about the same prices as I can online for some items. Price matching however is far too strict. The same item with the same exact specs with a slightly different part number and they wont match. I think they get the manufacturers to give them a different model number or something. Walmart does something similar.

Great Best Buy super nice employees. Four stars because this was my first time not one person asked if we needed help even when we kept circling the same area looking for the item we wanted and there were 5 employees standing there talking. It was just different when they usually ask if you need help finding something. Other than that it is a great store.

Got help buying a laptop to do the virtual schooling at home this year. Clerk was very helpful & the store had a basic model that we needed. Covid-19 Safety protocols were in place-we were glad they were.
They have had my iPhone 11 since October 7th. I paid for Apple Care to have it replaced. They have not followed up with me at Geek Squad, nor made efforts to solve the problem with Apple. The Geek Squad said, and I quote “we’d be mad too! We hate Apple and Apple Products!”
They fixed my daughters iPhone in less than 20 minutes.
The Associate that assisted me was tech savvy and very helpful. Needed a power cord for an obsolete tablet. She looked up the specs, and found a suitable replacement.
Best Buy is my go-to place for tech-savvy questions. I have always left from there with very pleased results from getting answers to buying top quality products. The people who work there go out of their way to greet and assist you. Love them!
