Great products at a good price. Good customer service. Delivery service needs to have a time frame. I waited until 5pm on my delivery day for them to call and say they were on the way.

Before you pay online and do store pickup, which is ideal during this pandemic read this.The associates are very nice but the online inventory never matches what is in store because of a glitch that is known but not attended to all of this time. Ill buy my units elsewhere more reliable.

Awesome experience with Sears Outlet in Lake Charles. I paid less there and I got a 5 year warranty. It’s nice to not have to worry about my fridge. Thank you Marshall and Felicity for taking care of me ! Highly recommend them !

Went to Harbor Freight today and noticed the store, so me and my wife went in just to check things out. We thought Sears was closed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Edward, the assistant store manager. He was really pleasant and knowledgeable. He’s very sharp. He broke down everything the store had to offer. Great prices and options in there. Check this place out!

This is the most unprofessional store I have ever been to. Half of the merchandise doesnt work. Billy the Assistant manager is very rude and is not truthful. Be AWARE

You can get some good prices on scratch and dent major appliances here. They have a few small appliances, and some furniture too, but mostly large appliances like refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and clothes washers and dryers. I walked around the store for probably an hour, and no sales associate even looked in my direction. Ive purchased a stainless refrigerator and a stacked washer/dryer from them in the past and was approached both times to ask if I had any questions or needed any help. There were only a couple of customers in the store, so they werent busy helping other people. It was a little strange actually. But they do have good prices and selections on major appliances.

Went in for a lawn mower. Associates did a great job looking for me one online that fit my needs. They will also put it together. Glad I went in.

Lots of dent and ding items perhaps some good deals. This place is much cleaner than the last time I was there a year or two ago

Great prices but atrocious customer service. Bought a washer and dryer on 5/21, paid premium for delivery and installation, gave them a 7 day window for delivery. Still waiting on the washer to be delivered on 5/30.Left repeated messages for the manager which have been ignored.If you can pick up and install the appliances yourself, these are probably the best prices in town. If you cant, be prepared for the run around.

The staff are professional and friendly. I have purchased a Samsung Washer, Samsung Dryer, Samsung Microwave and a GE smooth top range stove from this store. All are still operable 5 years later and I highly recommend them to others. I worry about the future of this outlet due to the recent Sears Bankruptcy filing. I hope the organization keeps this location open.

Saw prices for merchandise in stock online at this store. When I arrived they said they could not give me online price. I proceeded to order on my phone for pickup to get the online price. I was told that I cheated by the sales person. She then informed me she would not get commission because I did that and it took us over an hour to get them to load the appliances for us despite sitting in the store with a screaming 2 month old and a toddler. Dont advertise the price of you dont want me to buy it for that!!!

Extremely dissatisfied. I bought a dryer from this store whenever I got it home to install it I pulled the lint trap out to find lent and someone elses hair in the trap. When I called the customer service hotline they could not give me any answers. All they told me to do was call the store and see if they can do anything for me. I called the store and a male answered I asked if they sold used dryers as well as cleaned the dryers before selling them I was asked What do you want us to do about it? When I answered that I was trying to get the answer to my question and why I would have hair and lint in my lint trap. A female whom did not introduce herself in any way responded to me with The distributors that they have test the appliances and that if I want to the replace the item I can bring it back or get a refund. I will be returning the dryer and I will never shop at Sears again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They lie about merchandise and then try to get you to buy a warranty that is outrageously priced. The people are rude and I will not do business with Sears again. And that is a shame because I have been dealing with Sears for over 50 years in all my appliance and building needs. You just keep getting the run around. Do yourself a favor go buy somewhere, anywhere else .
