After visiting all of the furniture stores in our area ( which is Lake Forest, Laguna Hills ) we went to Maiselle. We were very happy with the service provided my Tony.Great products at a competitive price.We ended up purchasing a leather couch and Love seat to replace a set that we purchased from Ashley Furniture, a number of years ago. Unfortunately we were a part of the people whose furnitures leather peeled off and received no assistance from them.Two weeks after we received our new furniture I noticed that a small spot on one of the cushions had a discoloration. Our first thought was NOT AGAIN. I took a picture and went to the store and talked to Tony who was understanding but said that I hadnt purchased the extended warranty they couldnt help.Tony introduced me to his manager Yen who was very polite but said that there was nothing he could do other then refer me to a company that repairs furniture. We continued talking and Yen said that he would call the factory but doubted that it would help.Yen called while I was there and guess what...The manufacturer said yes and that they would replace the cushion. Tony called me a few days later and told me they received the new cushion.I cannot thank Tony and Yen enough for the help they provided and the manufacturer for backing up there product.In todays world it is good to know that some people still care.My wife and I are so happy we dealt with Maiselle Furniture.Great service and great Quality.
Bought a power lift recliner chair for my mother on a Saturday, a very small part but essential part was missing, Stopped by Thursday to have them order the part or take one from the display chair. The salesman recognized me and was happy to Help, Thank you by the way. I showed him the part on my phone and on the display chair. He took pictures of it and ask me to follow him to his manager. The manager I felt was very rude towards the Salesman and then to me. He asked me if I had my receipt for the chair.... I said no but your salesman just sold the chair to me Saturday, the Salesman confirmed but the manager interrupted him and said without a receipt he would not help me. Then the manager asked my why I took so long to come to the store. Really!!!!! Infuriated I left, This Rudeness all for a one dollar part. Unbelievable

Tony was absolutely helpful & knew when to step back & allow us to contemplate our options while also staying aware of when we had questions to ask him without us having to tromp through a huge selection of furniture to find him! Thats what makes a salesperson top notch!He was also personable & undoubtedly a compassionate soul, making for the perfect combination one would desire when shopping for a big decision item!
Have dealt with Yen and his wife for over 16 years. Always been impressed by their service and attitude. Great selection and more than competitive prices. The whole team there is a pleasure to work with. They give you multiple decorating options; that you might not even have thought of. Would highly recommend checking them out for any furniture / outdoor furniture needs. Highly recommend you check them out! Also just want to add that any delivery service weve had - has been great. Personnel are very respectful of your home and make sure everything is delivered just right. Had one delivery where they even took out a door to bring a chair into an office - awesome! Wish I could say the same for some other service I have.
This is my 4th time buying furniture from Maiselles. I bought a loveseat, sectional, coffee table, dining room, and bedroom set. Very good quality furniture for reasonable prices. I have been a customer for 8 years since they were on furniture row. The best furniture shopping experience! Furniture delivered same day and I did not buy the floor model! Go see Andy! Service in store was such a pleasure. The Delivery was excellent and the drivers pleasant and accommodating.
TERRIBLE, very IMPOLITE, and DISHONEST customer service. We ordered a bedroom set (bed and 2 night stands) and were promised that this set on the floor will be delivered in a few days (we paid extra $100 for delivery), but the sales person (Tony) calls after few days said they cant give us the ready stock and well need to wait for many weeks for the new batch. This is their first LIE. We argued so they delivered us the bed and 1 night stand... but when we asked when the 2nd night stand will be ready, Tony said he doesnt know and this might take many more weeks. My mother was dealing with him and said she would just cancel, but he talked very impolitely and we ended up speaking to the manager.Now the store called and said they have the 2nd night stand but dont want to deliver it to us, because they didnt feel that they were responsible. Plus they were also impolite again to my mother and LIED again by saying that they never promised the 2nd delivery. We paid $100 for all items to be delivered--the fact that they dont have all items at the same time (which they promised us they would) and need to deliver again for the 2nd nightstand is not our responsibility.Trust me -- never deal with these crooks and liars (especially Yen who might be tha manager). When you F up a customer order and cant deliver on a promise, you should apologize, tell the truth, and do whatever you can to make the customer happy. Instead, these crooks decided to pass the blame, lie multiple times, and speak impolitely to us.

Ive been shopping around for a new bedroom set and came across this store on yelp/google. Its a new store located where JCPenny used to be at, in Laguna Hills mall. I was amazed at how beautiful the floor looked and how much furniture was inside. Tango (salesman) helped me find a set that was similar to the one I had in mind. Very happy with the price I got and also with the service.
Bought an end table and returned it in less than 24 hours but they charged 30% fee for that.Also bad customer service overall.

Purchased an inexpensive sofa for a spare room. On delivering it to my home I found the sofa to be damaged out of the new box (4 tears in its lower edge). I kept the sofa in the box and called the store rep I bought it from, I sent him pictures. He said he needs to talk to his manager, I could hear his manager on the line shouting and saying I must have damaged it! He realized I could hear the conversation and they hung up! I called the rep back and he gave it to the manager (qin) - he was very obnoxious, condescending, asking me how long I’ve been in the usa??? and started swearing 🤬 that I must have damaged it! I told him it’s in the box and I will send pics/videos, he was not interested. For me to pay for delivering the sofa back to the store, after paying to have it delivered (and to someone who has already made up their mind that I damaged it) was not worth the cost and time for a cheap sofa! Buyer beware - inspect items before you pick it up as they maybe damaged in the box. You are better of buying from living spaces or Jeromes which have reputation as maiselle is unprofessional, unpleasant and have zero customer service.
I would like to give a higher rating but they misrepresented the mattress that we were getting.They showed us one and the sofa-bed arrived with a cheaper version.Unfortunately we did not notice right away and they refused to exchange even though the mattress was never used.
Hahaha. What a rip-off. If you never have shopped a real clearance center you might fall for this - but think about it: if the item has to be ordered from the manufacturer, it cannot be a clearance center. That requires INVENTORY.

Everything costs twice as much as it should. At the very least, discount 30-40%?!?! Doesnt matter how grand your selection, it will be in abundance based on your pricing. I walk in...do a complete circle, and right back out the front door.
