Joining the VIP Family is a great deal! If the shoe didnt fit or your not satisfied, you have 90 days to return (money back) or exchange. Awesome, especially since shoes are running smaller and more narrow in size. The orthotics are incredible. Make sure youre satisfied with the fit and comfort. Great guys and gals in the store.Unfortunately, due to the hiccups during the pandemic, there is a shortage in shoe sizes. You gotta keep checking back.Otherwise, I recommend you give them a try.

What a great experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They do a free electronic analysis of your feet so you know exactly what kind of shoe is needed for your foot. Had been to two other stores before going to Roadrunner and they were trying to sell me the wrong shoe for my foot. Very good prices and not pushy. If you want a great fitting shoe and great service, this is your store.

I had never been to a RRS store before today. I was impressed with Noah and the customer service he gave me. He was extremely knowledgeable about any question I had (many), was very attentive, made great eye contact, and never made me feel as though I was taking too much time or talking too much. I even asked him if he was paid on a commission basis, that was the kind of service I received. His answer (which was no, we are not) deflected attention from himself and he spoke about the stores philosophy. As for the store, I appreciated the layout. I am not a runner. I am a hiker/walker. Therefore, I appreciated that the trail running/hiking shoes were quite separate from the heavy assortment of running shoes (cross-trainers were also separated). And I loved that I could get custom insoles for my hiking boots. Wonderful experience!

I think I would give all my Road Runner purchasing experiences 5 stars! Yesterday I swapped out a pair of shoes that were running surprisingly small. I can’t recall the associate’s name, but she was super helpful, not pushy, and was great at tending to several customers at the same time. As a regular runner I truly appreciate the perks of my VIP membership—one of the best deals around.

I have been purchasing my shoes from Roadrunner Sports for a couple years, and each visit is always pleasant. I recently saw a pair online and the website said they had 1 left in stock at the Costa Mesa location near where I live. They did not have them in stock when I arrived but found the same pair in Laguna Hills and they saved me a pair. Great staff, great atmosphere. Also, The VIP membership is definitely worth it.

OMGoodness! Seek Sara, the Fit Expert at Road Runner Sports, Laguna Hills, if youre looking for someone who is conscientious, pleasant, and one who truly cares and is concerned about your feet. Sara took her time, and methodically walked me (wink, no pun intended) through the few step process for the best insole fit. Sara pulled the perfect shoe for my aching feet. I walked out of the store feeling seen and heard.

The VIP membership is definitely worth it, especially if you have cross country and track runners in your family. I went in today to exchange some shoes our daughter had run in several times but found they hurt her feet. Very easy experience. Prices on shoes may seem a little high if you’re used to your basic $50 running shoes, but we have been very happy overall with our experience here.

I love the Laguna Hills store. When I first went there, I got such great help in choosing a shoe from John. Such patience and understanding with specialized needs I have. I just got off the phone with Chris who claimed to be a manager. He has awful costumer service. The company sent me the wrong shoe brand, color and size. I thought I would get an empathetic voice especially after I told him my father was in the hospital fighting for his life and my daughter had just had an accident so this shoe mess up creates more work when I am already maxed out. He just became defensive and rude. He was also argumentative. Wow!I chose to buy all my shoes from this company because I thought they were a family business that sincerely cared for their customers. Today I felt like a number. Chris needs to be trained on putting the customer first and apologize when he is rude. Im not sure how he is a manager because they should be an extension of the heart of the company... I hope the company is not as cold as he is... 😪

Road Runner Sports is our favorite running store because of the amazing staff. My daughter and I came in to get her a new pair of running shoes. They didn’t have the pair of Saucony shoes she liked in her size/color combination but quickly ordered it for us from their San Diego warehouse. Being a VIP member I had $34 gift certificate to apply towards my purchase and the shipping is free. The young man helping us was very helpful and friendly. What’s not to love!

The store was well organized but what I liked best was the fact that they took time to explain to me (showing videos of me walking/running on the treadmill) of who I am and my natural feet position. After a short 15 min talk, then came out with shoe recommendations based on my need or want.Bottom line, I ended up with a running shoe that is literally “a second skin” feel like thingy. For under $170, I got me a great running shoes and an insert that was molded from my feet. Additionally, the store gives additional military discount. SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A GREAT INVESTMENT!

I came in for some shoes for my 10 year old. I was greeted by one of the staff who was very helpful and knew what we wanted. Everything went like clockwork with no issues. The staff all work like a team to be helpful. I’m very please with Roadrunner and the value I get as a VIP member. The discounts are so worth it! I will be back for sure.

The store was surprisingly busy in the middle of the day. Workers assured us they’d be right with us. My son’s feet were measured, his stride filmed and after describing that he wanted shoes for everyday and running he was suggested 3 brands. Tim brought out shoes and selecting the most comfortable was easy. Check out was quick. Overall great customer service as the workers were all cheerful and helpful.

The store with its VIP club makes for an amazing shopping experience. In a day when so much is done online, RRS has done a great job of being relevant in an otherwise digital age.

The assistant manager Christian went above and beyond. My boyfriend tried on at least 12 different pairs of shoes until finally finding a few pairs. Christian went over all the details of each shoe and made sure they would be a good fit for my boyfriend. Great experience!

I never wanted to have to use their return policy after using a pair of shoes, but the first hike I did with my new shoes made me realize they were 1/2 size too small. Seriously the easiest exchange possible - got the correct size and swapped out my smaller inserts for the correct ones and it ended up being the most painless thing possible. I never want to go anywhere else!

Podiatrist recommended, my 92 year old mom asked me to take her to Road Runner Sports to buy new shoes. Fallen arches have created challenges in finding properly fitted shoes and her doctor recommended this store. We were immediately impressed by the customer service when ETHAN welcomed us upon entering. He escorted us to a bench and after determining mom’s size, he brought us several options. Asking all the right questions, ETHAN narrowed down the right color and fit. He was respectful and patient. The specific shoes mom wanted required ordering which ETHAN processed quickly. My husband and I both bought shoes here at different times. Roadrunners sales people have the same evaluation routine for each person and thats then broken down into putting each individual into the correct shoe for their feet’s needs. We both did the custom inserts for our shoes and are really happy with them. The staff is not pushy but knowledgeable of their products.

Impressive! Alex, our specialist, was phenomenal. I gave him a history of my feet, hips and ankles. He knew immediately what I was looking for. After going through an evaluation for foot size, shape, arch and a video analysis of my walk, he had one recommendation and 3 alternatives. He waited patiently until I had tried them all. I returned home with his recommendation and the most comfortable pair of shoes & custom insert I’ve had in a long while. Looking forward to resuming my daily long walks.

My son had worn through his Brooks in an odd way inside the heels, we were at 90 days and I remembered the shoe warranty that Road Runner has. Ive shopped my high end running shoes there for years and never had to return anything. Clara was so helpful, she exchanged the shoes and helped me figure out what might have caused the unusual wear. So glad Road Runner is there, you never know when you order online if the shoe is a counterfeit but here its the real deal.

Kaitlyn was who helped me. Quite a cool experience with the way they discern how you walk, arch height, sizing AND I got custom inserts among other techie stuff. I literally have taken 2 walks and my knees are happier than they’ve been in a long time, the Hoka shoes are divine. My son recommended Road Runner Sports to me. Glad I listened to him.
