Worse customer service-ever!doesn’t matter how good the product is if the customer service is not reliable or valid!I was overcharged on embroidery- they charged me for 2 embroidery tops which I wanted ; invoice says only 1 item- is to embroideredthey haven’t embroidered the items, nor have they shipped itOr readjusted the invoice after 2 calls and getting PayPal involvedGeesh go,with FIGS!& sad because I really want to try them :(
Wow! What an amazing company. The lab coats are wonderful. They are expensive; however, you get what you pay for. I am extremely picky and my first custom coat had something small that I was not happy with. Without giving all of the details, lets just say that they more than met my expectations to make me happy. There are truly not many companies out there that would go the extra mile to make their customer happy they way they did for me. Would highly recommend them if youre trying to get a premium lab coat with customization.
Great products but the worst costumer service ever I bought two set of scrubs. The top didn’t fit so I se t it back and they wouldn’t exchange it cause they say it was stained and it wasn’t because I only tried on one and instantly took it off. That wasn’t the real problem. The thing is they never se t it back to me (the smaller size) and didn’t redound my money so they basically they stole them from me. So no, I don’t Recomend them to my colleagues.I’ve been sending e mails and I don’t get response. I’m a surgeon and I don’t really get into writing bad reviews but in this case I think it’s important to let people know the type of company Madelita is

The online ordering process is efficient and the website is well designed and very user friendly.The customer service reps are knowledgeable, professional and they follow up! I have been a customer with Medelita for over 5 years. The reason that I stay a loyal customer is the quality of their products and the incredible customer service.I have bought many lab coats for myself and my staff throughout the years. The coats have been excellent, and all staff has been impressed. They are long lasting (I still have one from 5 years ago, still going strong). The most recent coats even had a new fabric developed by Medelita, named M3.The Medelita staff always go out of their way to ensure the orders are perfect and to help with any issues that arise. For this reason, I will remain a loyal customer for many years to come.
Absolutely fantastic product. Well worth it. The new m3 line offers an exceptional white coat that looks professional. It has durability and a nice white color with a crisp, durable feel. I recently had to make an exchange and the customer service was amazing. I have bought many different white coats over the years and I am relieved to have found Medelita. I will never buy another brand of white coat.
Probably the worst customer service received.I bought several items on their website. Being Canadian, I wanted to return some items for a refund and order other products.I contacted the customer service to find out the process, I learned that the returns were not free as I live in Canada (I understand and its indicated on the website). But since I paid an additional fee for customs, I had asked the company to send me a custom invoice so that I can, once returned items (at my expense), to be credited via UPS.After having waited more than 20 days for a response from the company (and 6 emails), I finally learn that it will not be possible (although in an email it was indicated: rest assured we are definitely working on this for you !).So I bought items from Medelita, I wanted to return them to know that in addition to having paid for transportation and customs fees to receive them, I will have to pay for transportation and customs fees to return them at my expense.I contacted customer service, but I had no solution on their side, the penultimate sentence of the email left me even more bitter: We have plenty of Canadian customers, including many colleges and schools . We have great relations with them, and will continue to do so.If I understand this sentence, they tell me that they prefer to work with other companies than mine.
After picking the right size/ style lab coat, I sent it to Medelita for embroidery. Unfortunately, the embroidered lab coat that I received had a defective collar and damaged seam. I called Medelita customer service who was very accommodating and sent out a replacement shortly after. Wonderful customer service, fabric, and design of the white coats. Also: many thanks for shipping overseas to a military FPO address! Hoping that in the future more petite sizes will be available.
What a disappointment!Over the years, I’ve enjoyed wearing my 3 Medelita lab coats. They fit me well at size 42.So, as a Christmas gift to myself, I ordered and received 2 additional lab coats. However, these are at least one to two sizes smaller than my other ones, though they are labeled the same size 42.Over multiple emails with Natalie at Medelita, she accepted fault due to known inconsistencies in sizing by their company.However, she is willing to compensate me for only one of my two coats due to the name embroidery.How was I supposed to know that there is inconsistencies or problems in their sizing? I have always ordered the same size 42. My previous 3 coats fit very well.There was no information on the website regarding inconsistencies and problems with sizing. I never received a call from customer service to discuss sizing after I placed my online order.At this point, more than 3 months later, I am still left with brand new coats that dont fit and I cant wear!Even though the Medelita accepts fault for this sizing problem, it is unwilling to make things right!Addendum:Finally, I was contacted in April by Nicole at Medelita. She accepted responsibility for her company. She was pleasant and very helpful in resolving the problem. In May, I received 2 new embroidered lab coats. These fit well. However, I prefer the older fabric which was 100% cotton; this new fabric is 85% polyester. I do appreciate the final effort made by Medelita.
Bad customer service
I cant say enough good things about Medelita! Their customer service is beyond fantastic, and the quality of their scrub tops is amazing! Other brands have been tried; however the quality, fit, and overall appearance has been seriously lacking. Medelita is the brand I choose to wear. The exceptional customer service team at Medelita is a team I choose to work with, over and over again! I have already made additional purchases, and will, without a doubt, be a loyal, repeat customer!Thank you Medelita!
I have been a customer of Medelita for several years and they have never disappointed! Their products are flawless. I am a dentist and not only do I order their lab coats for myself, but for my entire clinical team. They help our team to look professional at all times and they hold up great! The material repels water and if you do spill anything on the coat, it cleans up very well. I absolutely love my Medelita Coats! I convinced my partner to try them and now she is totally converted as well. We actually just started a new practice and ordered coats with our new logo on them. The color on the logo was a little different from what we had imagined, and we contacted Medelita to see what we could do. Their costumer service was amazing. They promptly sent us new coats which we now LOVE! Thank you Medelita!
I had an issue with one of my lab coats and customer service was very kind and quick to resolve the issue. It was an issue on their part and so they allowed me to choose a replacement coat. Since the original coat I bought wasnt available anymore, they gave me free reign to choose whatever I wanted to replace it. I was very satisfied with this. It makes me want to continue purchasing coats from Medelita. If they hadnt replaced it, I wouldnt have purchased from them again.
High quality, thick, crisp white coats. Good fit and design, a notch above the rest. I highly recommend as it is the best coat Ive ever owned.
All coats rip at the elbows and do not last more than a year or so with normal wear. Definitely not worth the huge expense. And the company reneges on warranty promises. I was asked to return a defective coat for a full refund and they then refused to issue the credit!
Inconsistent Sizes,I have bought scrubs multiple times from Medelita, every time I have had an excellent customers service experience and scrubs cut and sizing has been almost perfect. Not sure what happened with my last order, I ordered the exact same sizes and scrubs as before, I waited to write the review after I wore them a few times to see if they shrunk a bit. My last order is way to large for my frame I ordered mediums the exact order as before as mentioned, but my last order the pants and tops are extremely baggy so Im just taking my order as a loss, since I had the scrub top embroidered, I checked the sizing labels and they have 2 different manufactures, Im not sure if that has anything to do with it, but very disappointed Im just looking for another premium scrub company to try.Israel Landa MD

I have never had such a bad experience in the US. I was told that the scrubs will be sent to my house to try them on and see the quality, then I can send them back and it will be embroidered on. I received the scrubs already embroidered and they said on the phone I cannot return it anymore, even though I told them that someone spoke to me telling me they will send the scrubs with nothing on them since it was my first time ordering. This was done on a scrub top and a white coat (totaling approximately $200). I received these items, I did not like the quality whatsoever. Their navy blue looks like it has been washed 2,000 times and the color is faded.This is completely unacceptable.I understand that when things are embroidered on, you cannot return them, this is why I called in the first place to make sure they will send them without embroidery. Now Im stuck.Thank you Medelita...I will never order from you again nor will I be recommending you to any of my colleagues. I will make it my duty to put out a bad word in the hospital.
They cost a little more, but the quality is 10 times that of any other brand!Your medical apparel is a reflection of your quality of care. If your coat is cheap and unclean your patients will think that you are incompetent and careless.The service is absolutely the best.You will not be disappointed. Thank you Medelita!
My hospital offers free personalized coats but you can never go back after trying Medelita coats. Definitely worth the money.

Bad experience with Medelita now. Ordered a lab suit and asked for a sew out. Until now, they have not updated me about the sew out. The products are nice, I think. I got the scrubs, the lab suits before. I am a repeat customer, but I can not take their customer service. Too slow in responding. I am about to enter the US soil and will stay their for a few days, and they have not given me a sew out. Thinking of not ordering anymore in the future, not bec of their quality products, but because of how they treat their customers. The one star is for their CSR, Products, four stars.

This is a well-constructed coat with exceptional attention to detail. I chose 2 styles based on a telephone call to Medelita Customer Service- I spoke to Amanda. I gave a brief description of cuts/styles that best suit my frame. At one point, I think I described my current coat as being too boxy with a sleeve-length:coat-length ratio that makes me look like I am a kid playing dress up in a mans suit. Amanda recommended the M3 Estie Classic Fit. I liked the look of the M3 Emma W. Classic Fit on the model from the website. I had both styles sent to me so I could choose which I liked best. Well, Im keeping them both! The Estie coat fits so beautifully. It complements my figure better than my actual non-work coats. It is flattering to the point that I even look younger! Bottom line: Skip the botox... just put this coat on!
