I feel that, my phone calls were intentionally ignored by Rebecca H. My husband and myself called her several times, we emailed her like she asked wanting to find out what’s going on with our claim from an auto accident. After calling a few times She was very rude, the communication was very minimal. She never really explained what was going on with our claim we had to keep calling and asking. She said she communicates better through email. Not true, why say that. My husband has been out of work for 3 weeks now since the accident, it’s a huge loss of money for us which is why we have been calling you. We didn’t know the process or what would happen next it wasn’t explained to us. Be kind and Treat others the way you’d like to be treated, especially if it was you in the situation instead of us.
