Wow, these guys are very unprofessional. The car was listed at $23,999. We both discussed a price and came to an agreement. I then came back with a cash offer very similar to what we agreed on and with his smart remarks saying no, he then raised the price of the truck.

Car Gurus referred me to Prius Planet for this vehicle which they showed was priced $300+ below market. When I followed up, I received the best response of all the different dealers I contacted! It was personable, referred me to pictures of (now) my truck, and did not waste my time with undue chatter... just what I needed to know. My experience continued to impress me when I came personally to see/ drive it because John was candid and honest with all my questions. The purchase segment was equally simple and straightforward, and in no time at all, I was out the door in my new (used) F150, smiling ear to ear! Absolutely the worst car dealer IV ever had to deal with, from the beginning the guy was acting nice and like he was going to do business professionally. We told him we like the car and we would be there the next morning to buy it. When we called him that morning to tell him were on our way and to please hold the vehicle he told us that was fine and he would hold the car until we showed up. When were getting close he calls us and informs us he just sold it after we drove 100 miles to get there. We start to go back and forth asking him why he would lie to us saying he would hold the vehicle. We were already almost there so we decide to go there to talk in person. Upon arrival the guy was not apologetic but the opposite telling us how he didnt have to hold it for us and that he didnt care how far we drove he was just going to sell it to the first person to show up, so we ask him why even tell us from the beginning that he would hold it when he fully new he wouldnt. Just a really low blow and that was the owner of the company so this is how they do business. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH TO NOT GO TO DANA CORP MOTORS OR PRIUS PLANET absolutely horrible businesses that are just out for your money
