I bought my Murphy bed set five years ago. It is exactly what I wanted. Gives you lots of space when not using the bed. I highly recommend it.

Purchased a beautiful queen bed. Very accommodating. Everything was exactly as promised.

I liked the fact that you could buy an off-the-shelf wall unit and didn’t have to have it custom made. However, there cannot be any customization other than what they offer with cabinet sizes which are all fixed. And, The unit would only accommodate a 10” mattress which we thought might be alright at the time. So we bought it. Installation was seamless and everything seemed fine. However, It wasn’t. We wanted a thicker mattress and when we inquired about having an adjustment made to accommodate a thicker one, we discovered that it could not be done (by them, anyway) They suggested we buy a different 10” mattress. Not so happy. If you just use it once in awhile for guests, it would probably be fine. My daughter was using it every day so she could have more room in her bedroom but realized she needs a better (thicker) mattress.

So happy with our purchase. Looks great and the bed is quite comfortable. I would highly recommend Irvine Murphy Beds.

We love the cabinet style Murphy bed. Our guests all say it’s very comfortable.I like the fact that it is easy to open for use and return to stored position.It looks pretty when not in use. The layout of the room wouldn’t accommodate a double wall unit and I did not want a single bed. This alternative allows me to move the bed around for the best use of the space.My son thought it was a little pricey, but I feel that it has been a great addition to our house.

It has been three years since I’ve added the Murphy bed to my guest room. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The room is now so convenient to use as a guest room on a moments notice, but most of the time it provides the extra space I need for exercise, hobbies, etc.. Love my Murphy bed.

We searched a number of wall bed companies before we settled on Irvine Murphy beds. The quality of their beds seemed as good as any we had seen, and their price was better.The bed was ready to be delivered on the scheduled date, but I had to change it with short notice to them. No problem. Joe just rearranged their schedule to fit ours. The install went well and we are very happy with it.We had some friends from out of the country come stay with us for a week and they said it was very comfortable to sleep on.

Beautiful bed! Havent used it yet, but the construction appears solid.. Joe was very patient and helpful with all my questions, without any type of sales pressure. There was a snag in delivery (it can happen to anyone), but Joe went more than out of his way to make it right!! The customer service was above and beyond! Always refreshing to see the human side in a sales transaction. Highly recommend!

What a no hassle shopping experience . My wife and I went there on a Saturday to look at wall beds. Joe was wonderful, showed us the different styles of the beds. No pressure to buy from him. We found a Murphy bed that we liked and picked a date and time that was convenient for it to be delivered and installed. The delivery/installers were there on time, and within 2 hours were done. No mess was left behind and they even wiped off every bit of was installed, no manufacturing or instalation dust was too be found, what a great bunch of professionals. Joe is the most honest, hardworking man I ever met, willing to go that extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Hell even play his guitar and sing for you and hes pretty good to. What a beautiful piece of furniture these wall-beds make! I purchased mine from the Lake Forrest store when moving to an apartment in a retirement community after leaving my large home of 40 years. I just love the convenience of the bed as well as the extra storage and display area. My guests from Russia think the bed is extraordinarily comfortable, and they just fill up the second bedroom when they are here, and I have the extra room when they are not here. Love it!

Very happy with the whole wallbed experience with Irvine Murphy Beds; from when we ordered, installation, to a year later. I would definitely purchase from them again. I would like to add that its now two years later and we had them move the wall bed to our new property and they did an outstanding job, again!

Purchased a Murphy bed a few years ago from this company for extra sleeping quarters in a beach house. It’s been a few years and we couldn’t be happier. It is sturdy and has held up very well with dogs and kids all over it!

I have a spare bedroom which I use for other things, but when guests arrive (not always expected) I need to convert into a bedroom. I now have a Murphy bed which works well for me. The owner was very helpful. The store is kind of in a industrial park, but dont let that put you off. The owner knows the product and can show you the options. The install was no pain, and professionally done. If I had another room like this I would give them the business again without hesitation.

Guests love the bed. We love convenience of having it out of the way when there are no guests. Company was easy to work with and provided services as promised.

Im a little disappointed with the quality of our wall bed, especially the finishing. The installers walked away leaving it quite dirty and the company has been unable to give us anything to cover up the numerous big ugly black screw heads. We are on a quest to discover our own solution for that. Further, we were promised delivery on a Friday. Got a short text message Wednesday to say that wasnt happening (after we had made special arrangements to be there as we live 3 hours away). I didnt hear anything again from them until AFTER I contacted them on the following Wednesday. No apology. The mattress they sold us was overpriced for the quality and not at all comfortable. We will be changing that out very soon.

This is one of the best companies I have worked with. I absolutley love my walled, and the fact that the company came to measure and double check that it was all going to fit really impressed me.
