I went to at least 5 mattress stores, Richard was really good, answered all my questions in a simple way, very knowledgeable, very patient, he even stayed after the store hours to make sure that we are comfortable about our purchase and handled a problem I had with the delivery in a very professional way. Cliff spent a good amount of time showing us different types so we could both get what we want. Cliff worked with our budget so showed us mattresses that would work. No high pressure selling just let us take our time. Also they have a 100 day exchange so you can make sure you are happy with the choice if not you can make an exchange for a new mattress

I was really apprehensive about mattress shopping because there are so many options out there and I had no idea where to start.Adam totally gave me piece of mind. After owning a ortho mattress for 15 years, I had to go back to purchase my new bed!I was blown away with all the choices, but Woo helped me budget wise and comfort wise! He went beyond by helping me select lower legs on the bed so my Corgi could jump up on it! I have never enjoyed a bed purchase as much as I did with Woo! He goes beyond for you! We came in for a headboard and left with the most amazing bed in the world!!! Dan helped us pick the perfect Ortho hybrid mattress! It has a zero gravity feature that makes you feel like you are in heaven !!! Dan was so nice and helped us the second we walked in. We got a great Labor Day deal and are so happy with our decision. My husband and I have been shopping for a mattress for some time. We planned on visiting a few stores before deciding on a purchase. Our first stop was suppose to be Sit and Sleep but we decided to go to this Ortho Mattress location instead. We were glad we did! This is THE Ortho Mattress store to go to. The customer service is exceptional - Darlene was very helpful and Christina went above and beyond. This store has a good selection of mattresses and they will special order items, e.g. headboards, etc. I had been looking for a headboard but with no success. I found the one I wanted and, thanks to Christina, she located one for me. I definitely had a positive experience at this Ortho Mattress location.

Tom Chow greeted me at the door and took me through the most pain free mattress purchase Ive ever had. I came to buy a full mattress and wound up getting a twin in addition to the full because the comfort and price were so good. Its nice knowing I didnt buy anything thats going to start disintegrating in 3 years or will put a lot of formaldehyde into my lungs starting the first night I sleep on it. I just had to throw away a mattress less than 4 years old that had those issues. I got the real deal this time. Ill be back when I get a queen size next year.
