Lafayette location. Tina is usually nice and helpful. Had a bad experience when she called her lead technician about a heater element warranty inquiry. Off the bat this guy was loud, aggressive, and defensive. Yelling through the phone that there was no way a heating element was faulty. Got me upset and I yelled back. Always pinning it back on my fault. I just bought this $80 element 3 days ago and goes out. Try to bring it back for replacement and they both scoff at the idea that it should be covered under factory warranty. You can find these for under $40 online. I bought from them to support a local company thinking theyd take care of me. Bought a $600 new cover, pads earlier last year. Id recommend shopping online for this stuff. At least if it goes bad, you can get a refund.

Rude experience with their hot tub technician. Was loud, rude, and obnoxious. I bought from them even though their prices are triple what you can get at online hot tub warehouse thinking Id support a local business and theyd take care of me. Not even close. Dont bother with that place. Just buy your parts and chemicals online. If something goes bad you can send it back, if not, you can buy 2 more before you spend what they charge.

We got our spa about 7 years ago. Love Royal Spa and their local storefront. always VERY knowledgeable as I am always replenishing our chemicals. the store is always kept clean! and when a VERY important part of our spa went out, they got us on the repair schedule extremely quickly. I couldnt be more pleased with their customer service and I crack up when they know who it is when I call!

After 3 weeks of waiting they finally came out and then after 3 visits they said the hi lo over temp switch was bad and also changed a heating element. Charged for all of this even though it was still under 1 yr of warranty. And just last night it was kicked out again. Not very happy with repair service and there promises. Bruce. C.

We bought a house that came with a hot tub already installed. We had absolutely no idea what to do with it or how to take care of it. The folks at Royal Spa taught us exactly what to do and have always been there every step of the way to answer any questions, give advice, etc. They even point out which products & procedures are most cost effective, even when that means theyll make less profit in the short term. I can tell you though, that philosophy has paid off for them in the long run by gaining loyal customers. Weve been loyal customers for the past 2 1/2 years and have no reason to look elsewhere.I highly recommend Royal Spa Elite. 👍

Thankful for the staff at Royal Spa for helping fulfill our hot tub needs. They have a large variety of products and a knowledgeable crew. We will be back!

Warning! If you buy, you will be sorry. The second after the purchase, they will not help you anymore and act like they dont know you. They got your money! They charge for every trip out to visit and fix and if you are home to get the door, they lie and say you were not home and charge you for it. They cancel their appointments but never call to tell you, but you will wait and make plans around them. And you charged for that visit too!! When they fix things and you spend thousands on the repairs, the next day or week, the same problems happen again and they charge you again for them. Not good business. Stay away!!

Family run business. Extremely helpful. Would do business with them. Unfortunately do not own a spa. Almost bought one. :)

Unfortunately, my experience with Royal Spa Lafayette was not positive. There was a miscommunication that could have been resolved amicably but the owner chose not to do so. I would not recommend Royal Spa for providing customer friendly service.

Bought a great hot tub and their dependable maintenance service is the best at a great rate. Wonderful staff.

Store is dirty, sales people are sleazy. Spas seem outdated as in something made in the 1970’s era compared to other brands in the same price range. One spa we were looking at the sales lady told us something was wrong with it, the water was orange and she couldn’t get it cleared up. They have a bunch of nasty looking used spas in the store. The sales lady also told us we could have the spa set in gravel. Setting a spa on gravel is only asking for problems especially when our ground freezes!Run away from this place! Over priced out dated junk!
