Fantastic experience! They were informative about how and why my pool pump was bad, they educated me on the maintenance to help with the new one to get the most life out of it. They had what I needed for a competitive price!

How does this place have such great reviews? Their communication is terrible. They never call us back. We had a leak last summer, which we paid to have fixed multiple times since it didnt work. They gave us a supposed solution for the winter, which did not work, and our pool was destroyed over the winter months. Our two year old liner, which we purchased and had installed by them, now has to be completely replaced, and the leak is still not fixed. The issues with the liner and the leak also caused our automatic cover to rip. We are looking at over $10,000 in repairs with a new liner and cover. And they still wont call us back. They dont stand behind their work.

Always offer great advice. Staff is quick to help and courteous and never pressure sale.

Burton Pools installed my swimming pool 6 years ago. They open and close every season since. I have never had an issue where it was not responded to or taken care of. Thier pricing is reasonable. Not as cheap as walmart but product is better.

A very helpful group of gals that tested my pool water sample, and helped me with the right chemicals to get my pool looking great. Ill be back!

If I could give zero I would-Here is the thing my husband went all over town to find chlorine tablets - we recently purchased an above ground pool for our children.After going many places Aquarius has the tablets yay! Or so we thinkSince he is already there he shops around for over an hour- goes to checkout and has over $300 worth of items.He is asked if he we have been customers before.On occasion we have made small purchases there but nothing major or consistent and the system only holds your info so long I guess.Anyways since we werent previous customers im the system he was told he could not purchase thr chlorine tablets- he explained well mayne it has been awhile but im trying to be a customer now (again around $300 worht of items neither rang up) NOPE not their policy-Now I am all for a business being able to do as they choose BUT here is my issue 1 it wasnt pjsted ANYWHERE 2 he was shopping for an hour not one person said anything including the employee who assisted with the tablets ! And 3 they surely lost a few customers from last year due to moving or not opening their pool for one reason or another.You mean you arent willing to get a new customer due to a policy that isnt posted anywhere not the web site no signs in store nothingTo me thats awful.Had it been posted ya we would have been annoyed but thats their right to sell to whomever but dont let someone shop that long wait in line after being helped on the floor by employees and nobody think to say a word about said policyJust lost a potential long time customer * and our neighbors and several friends after they heard about this.

Today they replaced our old hot tub that was located in some complicated landscaping. They removed the old and installed the new using a crane. It was absolutely amazing to see this done without a hitch. I have been using their services for nearly twenty years, and I highly recommend this team of professionals.

I had them install my in-ground pool 15 yrs ago. Any issues that came up they addressed them ASAP. I have them open and close my pool, also. They do the weekly maintenance etc. i found it was much easier for them to do this for me. My pool always looks crystal clear! I have since purchased a Hot Tub from them and I am so happy I did! A huge THANK YOU to Amanda, Jason, Nate, Ken, and to Gabe who does my weekly maintenance! Thanks again for everything.

They installed my pool 6 years ago. Every pool is going to be a challenge, keeping the chemistry right, keeping the equipment working, etc.My excellent rating is not because we have had no problems but because their service has been great throughout the years. If theres a problem they address it quickly.Also, We have used their more expensive chemicals as well cheaper ones from other sources and you definitely get what you pay for in terms of effectiveness.We continue to be very glad we went with Aquarius and highly recommend them. Nate and Jason are the best at what they do.

Appreciate the informative staff and productive interactions on the sales/store side. Also very good experience with service staff, most recently with repairing PVC and replacing a pump. Some might consider hourly rate for service high - but then again they dont charge separately for home visits.

I first contacted Aquarius Pools last spring. We had purchased a home with an in-ground pool that had been covered up and not used for a number of years. We knew it needed a new liner-but had no idea what else we may run in to. I called multiple pool companies and these guys were hands down the best option and I am so happy they were able to make our dream a reality! Nate, Ken, Jason and everyone are always super nice, helpful and answer any questions I have and make legit recommendations on how to maintain our pool. This spring we contacted them again to upgrade to energy efficient pump and new sand filter. The existing equipment was really old and our energy bill was really high last summer. Since we switched to the new pool equipment we have already seen a significant savings in our energy bill this summer. It wont be long before it has paid for itself! If you have any pool or spa needs-this is the place to go! These guys will take great care of you :-)

Great service for all of your pool needs. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Only four stars due to price of chemicals. However, one should expect to pay more for full service. I just have a hard time for a flat rate of $100/hr to have someone stop out to look at my pool for some maintenance work.

Had problems with water behind the liner during the winter. Liner was wrinkled and had lost its vacuum. Called Nate Burton and he was able to talk me through what I needed to do or was willing to come over. There whole staff is top notch. Would not deal with anyone else.

Very very helpful, this is my first time dealing with hard water and they were very kind and helpful with me. They offer a free pool test on your water for first time customers and then it is discounted after that. They were very helpful and the chemicals worked great thank you so much.

The sales side can really use to improve their communication skills as well as the quality of their products. Damage was done at install and multiple opportunities to make it right have been passed up. We are contracting our pool with a competitor solely because of their lack of customer service!

Staff at counter testing water and recommending chemicals is very knowledge and helpful. Organization and communication from the service side is not a strong skill set.

Except that we arent told we cannot return chemicals as the only place it is is on the receipt. After the fact. Kinda sneaky. As to the length of time, we didnt just run home and open the pool.
