I applied with this company and was offered a position behind closed doors for a starting salary that was above his current workers and told to keep it quiet or else...and it would be lowered as they saw fit. I had been 100 percent transparent with them about the death of my wife and our financial affairs after her untimely death, which in a twist of fate his own wife is suffering from the same sad fate of pancreatic cancer. I expected some understanding from him but received ZERO AND WAS TRULY HURT...Please consider other alternatives to this company because you will receive less than ethical treatment...

One of several appointments scheduled for my wife Mary that was confirmed via text and no one showed up at the New Iberia office. We are satisfied with the product not the service. 2/07/2020.2/19/2020-Well heres page two---it happening again. My wife Mary had an appointment in New Iberia for 9 am and no one was there. She actually received a text message to confirm her appointment but she got one the last missed appointment. I sure hope these $4200 hearing aids dont break!

Betty was very professional. She was extremely helpful in answering questions. I was a bit apprehensive, but gained confidence in testing procedure.

They were very informative to the questions that i had and also expressed other issues that could be causing other problems that i have . Miracle-Ear is great! Raysha Boudreaux hosted a very informative seminar at Rockys In Eunice that I attended with my mom and grandmother. She went over the findings of a study done by Johns Hopkins that links hearing loss to Dementia and Alzheimer. Such great info and a very nice event. Definitely info everyone should hear!

I started with this company last Wednesday lol the funny part is that before you are hired they do mention that you can be fired for just about anything. Soooo I still decided to proceed with the hiring process and mind you I’ve worked for several call centers and this by far is the most sickening thing a company can do is to have you start a job and not give you a chance . They decided to fire me before I’ve even got the chance to start actually working for no reason no explanation no nothing I was at a wow with this.

Excellent experience. I received the mailer for a free hearing exam. My wife has complained for years about my not listening so I thought why not? Read some not very flattering reviews on miracle ear in other locations ( they are a franchise) and expected a hard sell. I was treated very well both on the phone and in person. My appt time was spot on with no waiting. Went through a routine audiology test in a booth. When done the technician immediately discussed my results. Not to my suprise I do have some degree of hearing loss. Very much to my suprise there was No SalesPitch promising me perfect hearing with hearing aids...after all thats their business. I was told because of my type of hearing loss hearing aids would not help my type or degree of loss. I am impressed with their professionalism and integrity for not trying to sell me something I could not benefit from. Very refreshing. If I do eventually become a candidate for hearing aids they will definitely be my provider and I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Unimpressive for a place offering such an expensive product. they seemed too be more interested in selling something than explaining options.

The service provided by staff is always great. I havent had a problem or issue go unresolved since going there for my hearing aids.
