Dr. Breitling was great. Really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained every step of the process and I came out of the appointment amazed by all that Id learned. Also, due to a traffic accident on the freeway, he was running late and phoned me to let me know and kept me updated along the way. Truly a great experience.

I’m not a person who likes going to doctors of any kind . I must say my visit this morning to Lamborinda Audiology was quite pleasant . Erik is very professional and his explanations are simple . He also makes sure you do understand him. I felt very comfortable in his offices atmosphere. I would gladly recommend him to those in need of a professional audiologist.

Dr. Breitling is a very knowledgeable and personable audiologist. His office is extremely Covid-conscious and I felt very comfortable and safe during the process. I am very pleased to recommend Lamorinda Audiology. I found Lamorinda Audiology on the WEB. The location was good and Dr. Breitling is an excellent professional. The many tests and fitting were all done during the Covid problem. Dr. Breitling limited appointments. I was always the only other person in the office. Dr. Breitling showed me all the devices he recommended and gave me a device to test. The devices come in many levels of power and ability. The price goes up with level. I now have a Phonak and am very happy to no longer miss conversations. Using hearing aids was a big change for me. Dr.Breitling was very helpful, guiding me through many doubts and problems. He is a very caring person and works with you to improve your hearing.

As I was in the market for custom in-ear monitors for use with a new band project, I contacted Dr. Breitling based on a prior review, for help with having impression molds. As this was my first set of IEMs I was so grateful to Dr. Breitling for taking the time to explain all the ins and outs of not just the process but the brand and product options. I found him to be incredibly personable, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Dr. B went out of his way to source a contact at Logitech/Ultimate Ears (my preferred brand) and was even able to help negotiate a fantastic discount for me along the way. He helped coordinate shipping timing and even followed up to make sure that the build would be completed in time for me to have the IEMs in time for my upcoming gig, as well as of course helping with the fitting to ensure I knew what to do (and not do) and make sure that everything was just right. Of course I ended up spending more than I had originally planned by upgrading (it was too good a deal to pass up :) ) but I absolutely love my new personalized violet translucent/clear UE Live IEMs!! Start to finish it was an awesome experience, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dr. Breitling to any musicians who need IEMs or anyone with any audiology related need. He is a top notch professional who happens to be a great person!

Dr. Breitling is so knowledgeable, and he is such a nice, personable doctor. His level of patience is epic! My mother in law got her hearing aids from him, and she loves them. He also helped us get her a special phone for people with reduced hearing ability. He has state-of-the-art testing equipment, and explains everything thoroughly. I got custom-fit sleep earplugs from him, and I no longer hear my husband snoring at night. I am sleeping so much better because of this! Also, Dr. Breitling has helped me understand how to deal with my tinnitus, and has recommended a specific type of earplugs my husband and I should wear to concerts (which make the music quieter, without ruining anything about the sound quality). I highly recommend Lamorinda Audiology!

I went to Dr. Breitling for custom earplugs and he was true to his word- extremely patient, generous with his time and highly competent. He answered all of my questions, whether in person or by email and seems truly passionate about his field, in addition to being personable and professional. I also know that if I ever have problems with my earplugs hell be there to address them. Really excellent service!

After some denial and unpleasant experiences with newspaper and mail advertised hearing aid centers I went to Lamorinda Audiology and met Dr. Erik Breitling. From our first meeting until now the interaction is completely different. His test of my hearing and explanation of my hearing loss was very professional, extensive and not “sales oriented”. Options were presented and I decided to order the hearing aids he suggested. When I received and began to use them I had some problems and he was always available and helpful. As an example of his concept of service I obtained a TV Streamer but could not get it to work on my set. He came to my house to help me and now it works fine. He is extremely helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I am more than satisfied with my decision and strongly recommend him to anyone concerned about their hearing.

He explained the fitting process, and handled the ear plug order efficiently. Dr. Breitling followed up several times to make sure the ear plugs were working, and helped me get the manufacturer to adjust them for better comfort.
