Tasha emailed us a special offer over the holidays for some products, so we took her up on the offer and the rack cards turned out great! Since then weve ordered more from them and have been pleased with the quality of work and the quick order turnaround when we needed an express order.

After printing a sample at home of what I needed for a project and had verification everything was the right size. I sent the same file over to Quality Copy for color copies. I went to pick-up the finished project (and they closed before 5 pm), so came back to pick up my order, but the project came out like at 30% smaller! I have never had this happen before. The person in charge had no explanation what happened. When I got home to see what I sent, I called back explained I just printed it off another sample from the same file at home and it was fine and filled the page, so what happened? Her excuse their machines are new and must of converted the file? She refused to do an exchange reprint or return my money, because I didnt send it as a pdf. WOW - Most places would of at least offered an exchange reprint for something that was under 20 copies. So they must be desperate to hang onto the all mighty dollar vs. have satisfied customers! Very poor customer service performance. The other regime of people always took care of their customers, this one looks like they could care less. Also the current hours are inconvenient they dont open until 9 am and most the time are closed before 5 pm. Social media does wonders in spreading good and bad reviews!

My organization placed a rush order on Friday to be picked up on Monday. I was glad they were able to respond quickly, however, we needed these 2 rack cards printed for a marketing opportunity that popped up. Their printer broke so they werent available until an hour later than I needed them (although they did tell me in advance), but then I picked up the order and took them to our marketing event (in the nick of time), only to find they had printed the incorrect backsides on both rack cards, thereby making them useless for our marketing event and unfortunately was somewhat humiliating experience for our companys presenter showing the cards to a team of doctors. The associate I contacted on the phone was quick to say, I wasnt the one who printed them, which I understand but thats a poor customer service tactic. They reprinted the items at no cost, albeit much too late for our purposes.

Friendly, helpful & efficient - thats a great combination and thats what weve consistently found at the Quality Copy Shop in West Lafayette. Weve been happy with their copying, spiral binding and FAXing services. They are easy to work with and weve always been pleased with the final product.

I have done business with the Quality Copy Shop for years and findthe workers to be very personable, helpful, and pleasant. I recentlyhad some graduation announcements printed and am showing themto others so that they, too, could have a good experience in the CopyShop with the workers as well as receive excellent copies at areasonable price!

Very good print job. Excellent! Will go again.
