Wonderful atmosphere

First time using their curbside pickup. Easy and fast. The young man who brought my items out was pleasant and professional. Had on mask.

Wanted to give a shout out to “The Trevor” for assisting my co-worker and I today at the Office Depot off of Louisiana Ave. We appreciate you putting up with our antics and allowing us to sit in multiple office chairs until we found the prefect ones! We will be back! Next time we promise not to make you try and pack multiple large boxes into the car!

I just want to say that, on October 1st I visited Office Depot on Louisiana Avenue in Lafayette and the person that waiting on me was Taylor and she did a wonderful job with multitasking, and not one time did she complain about all the people that kept coming, she just work with everyone, and continue to satisfy her customers and we were very satisfied with her service, Kudos to Taylor and keep up the good work

Trevor was able to answer all of my Tech questions!! Above and Beyond Excellent customer service!

The employees are always very helpful. They are usually knowledgeable when they are asked questions. Although some items are pricey, any and every office supply can be found here.

This store gets a lot of business, all is good, but they need to hire more people!!

I ordered a somewhat complex print job online -- the print/copy staff accomplished it with flying colors!

Went in to get same day business cards told me it would be the next morning after I arrive there they tell me it might be a few days because there printed is down and had been down for a few days . That info would have been great the day before when I ordered them

Very much improved : Thank you, ...from one month ago, dont know if the time of day matters but last time it was at the end of the day and it was very poor customer service. three people waiting in line, three workers could care less.

Personnel was very nice and very helpful but lines were extremely long and people with one or two items took very long to check out

Computer issues. Store mgr,computer dept mar and computer geek trevor have been patient,extremely helpful, and very nice to my friend and I. Glad this office depot is in my areaI will be back

All the staff are nice.and the rest rooms are very clean.

They were having difficulty with posted price vs register price, so double check your total. Otherwise, the employees are courteous.
