Seems like we had a miscommunication, about what they was going to do for the cost. They have been in business along time so Im pretty sure they no what they are doing when it comes to computers.

Great place to get your computer fixed

I went to them over a month ago to see about getting the data recovered off of my external hard drive that broke down. They called me several days later saying they would have to order parts for it. After another week went by and no word I had to call for an update and they informed me that the wrong parts had been delivered and they had to re-order them again and they would call me when they had an update. Well another week went by and no word again so I called again and they said they couldnt get the parts they needed. I had another external harddrive that was just like the one broken so I took that in so they could use it and again I had to keep calling for updates. Finally after theyve had my external harddrive and $110 later they call me and say they cant fix it. Im extremely disappointed in the service of this place and the fact that I had to keep calling them. Theyre excuse was that they were busy with other orders, but that doesnt fly with me when I brought mine in over a month ago. It should have been on the top in the order they received it from the other orders. I wont be using them again.

I went in after having (luckily) done my research already. I knew I wanted a laptop. I was first told a laptop would not do what I wanted and I would need a desktop, which was the first incorrect information I received. Im not sure if the person thought I couldnt afford the extra cost it would be in a laptop form factor, or if they were just trying to sell something they had already in stock.One of my very base requirements was 16G RAM. After waiting to see what they could do, I was presented with a PC with 8G RAM. I was told the 24G Optane would make up the difference. This was the second and most blatant incorrect information I was given. Optane does NOT increase RAM. Between that and the $99 they wanted to do they VERY basic starting setup (updates, etc.) I realized that they apparently deal with people that are less informed on computers. Luckily at this point I decided to take my business elsewhere... where I did end up with a laptop that does even more than I needed to begin with.I will not return, and definitely would not recommend them for anything further.

Excellent, quick service! Helpful, willing to answer questions. Used their services on multiple occasions. Thankful they are open after the unfortunate fire to their building.

Awesome place. I think they could do about anything.. great customer service. could not recommend more to everyone I meet. their service was fast and friendly. I have been to many other places around town including the big stores they cant hold a candle to computers made easy.

I was a brand new customer to their shop. I spent about $2,400 in parts alone on my new I9 9900k gaming pc I wanted to have built. They were both very friendly and curtious they answered all of my questions and even took notes. I really felt that they cared about my build and what I was wanting to do. The price that I was quoted was the price I paid a really great deal in my opinion for the care and quality of work that I received. There was even a problem with one of my brand new cable extensions that I purchased on EBay and their tech I wish I could remember his name I’m bad with names. He figured out that problem and corrected it at no extra charge. I was quite impressed because it could have been anything with all brand new equipment. He built my new gaming pc from scratch exactly how I wanted it. His cable management was also great! My new gaming that they built for me pc is rock solid and a real screamer! No complaints at all when your getting 240fps constant on Fortnite capped! Excellent job guys! And thank you for being open during these challenging times. I wish there were more shops around like this.
