T-Henny was my salesman and he was hilarious. My foot was too big for what was in stock so he had them shipped to me. Introduced me to Crep too...great investment! I just didnt like that the store was so small

I love journeys but I will never step foot in this particular store again. I bought a pair of shoes and when I got home realized I was given 8 instead of 8.5. I forgot to keep them in the car to return them but while in town the next day I bought a new pair. This time one shoe was an 8 and the other as an 8.5. The next day I go back and they exchange the lonely 8 with 8.5. Now today I brought the first pair of 8s to return and the manager Caitlyn was very rude with me saying she wouldn’t return them because I wore them. There’s no way I wore them because they didn’t fit. She was the rudest employee I’ve ever witnessed and yet she was the manager. Now I have a gift card that I’ll probably have to sell to a relative.

GREAT SHOES LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM OK PRICES

My family and I will never go back to this Journeys location. Out of all the stores in the mall, I’ve never been treated more hostile by an employee, who we later found out is Cait, the manager. This isn’t the first review about her horrible attitude. Our situation was eerily similar to the review posted 1 week ago about the same manager. We went in to return shoes we ordered online that were the wrong size and before she evaluated the shoes properly, she started yelling, for the entire store to hear, about how we MUST have worn them because they were dirty and had creases. These particular shoes are made out of nylon and are a very stiff material. The creasing she might’ve been referring to is part of the shoe’s style/manufacturing. Before we even objected to the fact that the shoes had been worn, she increased her volume with us. The shoes did not fit to begin with so they were not worn. That should’ve been obvious. She could have approached the situation with a much better attitude. Her tone was inhospitable and her words were egregious. I have never experienced anger so unprevoked by a store employee before.
