They were extremely helpful and patient in fitting jazz shoes for my daughter for her new adventures in theater. Im really a dance world neophyte, so it was great to have someone to show us what we needed and willing to answer questions with a positive attitude. Ill be continuing to support this little specialty shop in the future.

Ladies were nice and fast but never asked if my daughter wanted to actually try her shoes on that were on hold. Then we had to wait for someone to become available again instead of the original lady helping us.

The staff at Boulder Body Wear are knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter came in for a pointe shoe fitting, and the associate helping her really took the time to make sure she found a shoe style that was the best and most comfortable fit for her feet. Ive also gotten some great deals here thanks to their discount program! This is the only dance wear shop in the Boulder area, so Im glad its a good one!

Boulder body wear embosses customer service and the upmost knowledge. I brought my Pointe class in for a fitting and was blown away by the thorough talk they had with my girls and fitting they did for us. Not only did they teach my girls the structure of the pointe shoe but inspected each dancers foot to see which shoe would be best for them. Each one of my girls tried on at least 5 pairs and not one left with the same style. The prices were reasonable and the fairest I’ve seen with the customer care you receive. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend them to any of my fellow studio owners .

I love this store. Half my closet comes from their fashions (even tho I am not even close to a dancer). The owner is a very caring person and works very hard to insure her customers are well taken care of.

Not as friendly to customers as I expect. Have been in twice recently. My biggest complaint is just a lack of positive energy towards customers and friendliness. Also, were not great about explaining the different shoe models and prices without being explicitly asked. On the positive side we were in and out quickly both times.

I LOVE Boulder Body Wear! We came from a store that had my daughter in the wrong shoe for 2 years. Boulder BW not only got her in the right shoe (no more pain!) they also have amazing customer service. It is a pretty far drive for us but it is totally worth it. Plus they ship ASAP if we need it! She cares about the personal and professional development of her employees. She financially supports the Denver/Boulder dance communities with the goal of helping dance classes become accessible to all. She also puts a lot of effort into providing excellent customer service, both through her staff and through the quality of her product lines. You can rest assured that if you are spending a dollar at BBW, your dollars are going back into the Denver/Boulder dance community, and you are also supporting a phenomenal small business owner.

I have been coming here for 5 years or more. The only person that I have ever worked with is Jen and she is always incredibly friendly, helpful, and fits my daughter perfectly for her pointe shoes. I wouldnt go anywhere else as long as Jen is there!
