I prefer the older style of the Gothic scene they were before but I understand they sell items that are popular, things that are the Hot Topic NOW. But they have some nice styles and fun products (some goth fashion, band Ts, funkopop figures, anime accessories and just general pop culture products). The staff is always friendly and helpful. I will always love this store.

Hot topic just arent what they were in the late 90s and early 2000s. Quality just goes lower and lower everything I step in.

One thing that impressed me most was that they did not let a guy in without a mask. Im immune deficient, dont get out much, and I felt the staff was friendly, but appreciated the fact they took care of my safety.

Its one of the few stores that felt like home back in the early to mid 2000s, but the workers are still professional and know just how to help and answer your questions.

Nice visit a while back. There is a nice selection of items, and the employees were helpful.

Used some Christmas money here today and Im very satisfied with what I got ^^ The stuff here is amazing and theyre priced perfectly.

Everyone is super helpful. Love the selection they carry in store. There is one worker who is pushy but we usually avoid her. Lady with short brown hair is awesome though!

The place is welcoming and well priced. It has something for everyone, whether that be band t-shirts or jewelry and sweets.

I love going into Hot Topic just to reminisce AND see whats new. I like the fact that when you go in youre greeted but not bombarded with the whole sales pitch. What I dont like or appreciate is trying to get help and the workers are talking amongst each other or make you feel like an outsider because your loner/goth/emo personalities may not be shown in your dress that particular day; youre no less of a customer. If I ask for help, I would appreciate it promptly if youre not dealing with anything else more pressing and when I finally do get help, dont judge me. Overall I love the store but customer service needs alot of work

Extremely rude employees especially afternoon shift. Two girls, one named Kimberley.T. Rudley yelled across the store if me and my friend could use “adult voices”simply for laughing and having a good time. It was very uncalled for. They didn’t seem to put guest first because they were unboxing items the whole time and didn’t offer any help. Very dissapointed and their attitudes made the whole atmosphere very unpleasant.

Went in this afternoon with a question and the cashier with the grenish blonde hair barely let me speak was very rude to the point I could not ask my question so I just left, if she does not like her job then she should not have filled out an application for a place in the mall where every now and then you may have to answer questions

Can you say fave store in the etire mall! I admit its a bit too expensive and theres this one worker whose a bit rude for my taste but the stuff the sell is so gorgeous and unique. Most people say its all gothic and punk but people who say that are more than wrong cause it even has merch of kid stuff like My Little Pony and etc. They carry a variety of stuff there including Deadpool 2 merch right now so if you love Deadpool but youre not punk or goth you should still go in to look. They have great stuff for those who are punk or goth and Im one of the punk girls also grudge. You can also find Melanie Martinez merch there my fellow Crybabies!😉

Some of the workers are very rude! My husband and I did the buy one and get the other one for $5 and they still charged us full price for both! Went back to try to return after just walking out the store and the worker was very rude! $20 down the drain. Wont be going back ever!
