Some days I don’t find anything, but some days I find tons of cool stuff! Though there are more good then bad days here. I recently found a side tables here for just $6, that I refinished and sold for a great profit! And if you look hard enough you can also find some great clothing brands in good condition as well! Though I will admit it’s a little on the dirty side in here. Overall this isn’t the best thrift store I’ve been to, but it’s definitely in my top 5!

BEWARE!! Do not donate here! I went here today with 8 bags of clothes and about 9 boxes of things that were organized and ready for donation. I arrived and didnt wait long in the drive thru line, but the gentleman that was working wasnt very pleasant. He didnt acknowledge me, didnt tell me where things needed to be put, etc. The last time I donated about a year and a half ago, the employee came to my truck and helped unloaded things. After I asked this employee what to do, he said just put things in the bins. I put as much as I could in there, but I had about 5 boxes left in the bed of my truck that I couldnt reach. Im 411 and forgot my step stool, and cannot climb into it either. I asked the employee for assistance and he said no he couldnt do that. He said there were cars in line so he cant help. I tried to use my ice scraper that has an extension on it to scoot the boxes, but was unsuccessful. I asked the gentleman in the vehicle behind me if he could help and he stated he was in a hurry and I needed to get going and no he wasnt going to help. So, I was stuck with nice things that I was going to donate to this establishment. I was very upset when I left. I drove 3 minutes away to the Arc Thrift Store, and was greeted by 2 very nice gentleman that immediately came over and unloaded everything without me even asking. Please, take your things to Arc, and dont support Goodwill.

This goodwill is hands down the best goodwill I’ve ever been to. The selection of items is great and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful!Kim is always is willing to help me find whatever I need. The manager also went above and beyond to help me out with my furniture purchase!Great place! 100% would recommend :)

Wouldnt recommend this store. There rule used to be that they sell items at a quarter of the retail price. Not no more, they think everything is gold. Items you could find at Wal-Mart are a better deal, at least Wal-Mart sells it new in the package. Goodwill will sell it to you at retail prices when its in USED condition. Ive seen items that are generally sold at the dollar tree next door for $1 and Goodwill wants twice the price. They say its all to SUPPORT there mission? Then why do they only fork over the required bottom %? The staff is rude and very unpleasant, I can see why though the management is awful. The only manager they have that is wonderful is KENDRA, she always runs a good shift. Her staff is friendly, fun and there are NO lines. Maybe thats because she actually WORKS! Kendra, runs a register, unloads the new carts, Ive even been there to donate and shes out back taking in donations.. Yet she is a bottom level supervisor 🤔??

I was here and they dont have anything I was looking at the twin mattress but know one was there to help me I called to ask the person name Mart told me they dont have any matters I let him know I was just there ok it 196.00 so unprofessional .

I will always include visiting Goodwill on my rotation of things to do on weekends. Its always interesting to see what goods are flowing through our community. One time I actually saw a polar bear stuffed animal here that I know my mother donated. That tickled me.

I stopped by today to donate a table and chair set. After unloading the chairs from my car, the employee asks what is the the condition of the table- I told him it has some surface scratches (it’s 5 years old) and he then tells me they cannot take it because it won’t sell. I’m sorry, I thought the purpose of Goodwill is to help those in need. I get it’s not pristine condition, but I’m sure someone in need would have found as much enjoyment and fun memories with it as I had. The table with its scratches is a sign of use and good experience. I will never donate to your store again since clearly you have lost touch with “goodwill” and care about a profit. Disgusting behavior on your part...

I come to this store every year when looking for a Halloween costume. It never fails I’m always able to find the perfect thing to wear and the prices are equally as good. I give this store an A+.

Had my wallet stolen here. I had quite a bit of cash because of COVID and coin shortages I hadnt spent much, in months, and now its gone. I have also heard of various incidents with a homeless person hanging out at the entrance. I havent had bad experiences with staff or managers, but it doesnt really matter when I cant be sure of safety. And theres little need to go here when ARC is so close. Its upsetting.

The cashier was super nice with my daughter. And the store is more organized now .

I figured this would be a great store with a lots of cool awesome stuff. I was completely wrong. Selection sucks it looks like an old lady garage sale, dont even waste your time. Theres an amazing ARC up the street.

Was just in this location, left with none of my items I chose. I was standing in line waiting, courteously let another man go in front of me, then was completely ignored by the cashier as if I wasnt standing directly in front of him, he started calling other people up. The other register is just having a friendly conversation like theres no line... Ill never be back. I left my cart, enjoy restocking.

Absolutely disgusting. I am in the parking lot - just walked out of the store as you can not steer your cart through any of the aisles, its absolutely TRASHED. I have never left a review before I even left the lot before but this is absolutely the most filthy and disgusting place I ever entered. The lady manager is just strolling around twirling her keys and doing absolutely nothing. There were no checkers as I left, and definitely no stockers actually stocking anything. I like goodwill because of the service it offers people less fortunate and you can normally find things you wouldnt find elsewhere. But this goodwill? Go to a landfill and you will find better cared for areas. This was just trash and the manager lady really could care less. She isnt working at all. Just browsing and twirling. If someone gets hurt there and sues, I will be a witness with photos and videos of the establishment. Just disgusting!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!As others posted on rude employee/management.....Extremely unfriendly staff members. Managers are worse. If you have bad experience with this Lafayette store, just goto the goodwill website, and complaint it with district manager like I did on comment section. At least district manager will try to do to get it right.The store managers thinks you or your kid are stealing stuff constantly. Very rude staff and manager.The cashier who has red hair who wears glasses and overweight is extremely RUDE.Also as other poster posted that price went through the roof. I stop donating to this goodwill and start donating to ones that charges less

This is my favorite Goodwill store in the Denver area! They have the best selection, and the staff are generally pretty nice. I would recommend trying this location!

Remember when thrift stores had unusual things; even stuff for interesting projects? Yeah, they did. Now they want to pretend theyre a department store like Target. They throw away the majority of what you donate or sell the clothes by the pound to Zambia (I think). They definitely throw away the things youre trying to keep out of landfills even though a discerning eye notices those are what have value.They dont serve the communities- check out their online auctions. Im sure most people are thinking about their community when they donate but the main thrift stores are all about profit. (yes, tiny amount goes to a charity)

The Goodwill in Lafayette has a wider selection of items than the one in Boulder. I wanted to find some affordable furniture for a student office on campus and there was everything from clothes to tvs to desks and bookcases. Found exactly what I needed, and the people there are very friendly and doing great work.

Love this Goodwill, its bright rather than dreary and Ive found something I like every time. Always busy on Saturday, of course, but workers are constantly organizing to keep things moving. Literally my only complaint is about how slow the POS pin pads are, and thats our of their control.

It’s fine for a goodwill, I couldn’t really find anything I need and it was all a mess, I wish that they would stop taking so much junk and try to get at least usable items.

Was in there this week and several things seriously need attention: 1) The aisles are too cluttered. Cant even push the non-working carts down those aisles. 2) the shelves are so full that as soon as you move an item you have a small avalanche of items falling. 3) The staff on the floor is horrible. I had my grandson in the cart and happened to be close to the swinging doors. A blonde woman pushed opened the door and hit our cart with the door. Didnt say anything to me other than gave me a look of digust. I was shocked to be treated this way. Took our items, left and dont plan on being back. Contacting their corporate office today to make a formal complaint.
