Horrible customer service. Went in for a quote on a window and door frame because I bought from them when I built 16 yrs ago. Thomas said he would get back with me the next Friday came and went. Had left messages twice no call back. Finally I called again then he told me his estimator didnt get quote yet. He said he would call me either way the next week. Now Im 4 weeks into when I first went into the place. Still hasnt called and its been 7 weeks. I was practically begging to do business with them. I reached out 6 times and still no quote.

Worst millworks place in town.... employees are clueless. Theyll tell you they do custom work but if what you want doesnt fall within the pre sets on there machines(which must have been done by someone who knew what they were doing years ago or just presets done by the manufacturer when they bought the equipment) you are out of luck.... i wouldnt call that custom. 90% of my dealings whith them over the years have been a disappointment/disaster. Just try and Google the company and hit call... lolit is not and has not been there number for years. I believe that speaks loudly as to how lackadaisical the company is. Would recommend Chucky 🧀 for anything you need rather than Lafayette woodworks.

Slow quoting, then when you get the quote and try to order, it they say they can not fufill the order. Very inconsistent answers, depends on who you talk with. Its like pulling teeth, to get your order, if they can do it at all..
