Just had excellent customer service from Jeff in the pharmacy. Took all my new medigap numbers and saved me minimally $32 a month. It’s so nice when things go right and people are pleasant. Thanks again Jeff.

Dylan in pharmacy went above and beyond today for me and my husband. He very kindly helped us with covid testing. We are so grateful! He took our info and got us registered and tested.Thank you Walgreens and especially Dylan

Went 2 days in a row didnt have either meds in stock. And would not take the time to see if any other stores had meds in stock. Try CVS by river ranch they are willing to check other stores. So you arent driving your 10 year son who just had wrist surgery all around town trying to find the meds you need

Every time I go here everyone is always so nice and willing to help with anything needed! If I have a question they don’t know the answer to they try their hardest to help or get someone who can. Never had attitude or any issues with this Walgreens, definitely recommend! Side note : their pharmacy is even better! In and out, no sitting and waiting forever for medicine, and if you have a medical question they almost always can help and if they can’t they will surely try their best!

On the other side of town from my normal pharmacy and got an insane sinus headache. Mr Trey the pharmacist was able to help me choose the best over the counter med for my sinus and pain! Lisa checked me out and was the sweetest with that beautiful smile! Thanks for being awesome on this Manic Monday!

Meds never ready even if i call get told ready arrive have wait 30 mins for script to get filled. Been waiting 2 weeks for my script contact insurance adjuster they never recieved a request for the medicine ive gone in 4 times for this! I got told 2 months ago my script was ready via text. Go in get told cant be filled for 3 days. Go in 3 days later get told script expired yesterday! Have to go back yo doctor who says cant write script for another 30 days as he cant double perscribe meds .Totally ridiculous. Today go to get meds for my fiances mother who is home sick coughing cant breath . They have script filled i have cash money .. cant have medicine as system is down. .. storming weather lights out in town and cant even get medicihe with cash in hand im looking for a new pharmacy over a year of horrible service. Staff is friendly but the system needs to be fixed!

Pharmacy sucks-I never go to Walgreens because its a chain and the service received is ridiculously appauling and obviously its not monitored because they have always been this way. If everyone would work together to snuff out these large pharmacies and go to a personal pharmacy like Rossers we can shut these places down.

I only go there to the window to buy my dogs prescription. I get fast polite service.

Pharmacy very poor when it comes to answering a phone call. Today, not the first time, I wanted over 50 minutes to talk to one. I will discontinue their service if I cannot get through today.
