Fabulous, friendly staff with expertise and quality service. Issues with ones car can cause so much confusion and anxiety, but their care, knowledge, fast service, and excellent prices made this bump in the road an an experience that has eliminated that stress for me in the future. I came in at the end of the day and was met with the friendly face of Doug Brotherton. Everyone was so nice and professional. As with most places currently, they are having a hard time keeping fully staffed. Which I couldn’t tell. Although my tire could not be fixed they did everything they could to help me. Always impressed with the customer service I experience here. This encounter was not different. My gratitude goes out to the team. The sign outside said Come in for an oil change, no waiting. The clerk then told me it would be a 45 minute wait. When I piinted out the sign he got all defensive and rude. Never going back.

I called tire choice on 10/04/2021 and spoke with kevin i was in need of a trailer tire, my office is located directly across the street from tire choice it is very convenient to use them.. kevin advised me there was 2 tires at there youngsville store he will have them at the location on johnston street on 10/05/2021, i advised him i will drop the trailer off in the morning, to have the tires installed i reached the location on 10/05 at 8:30AM I spoke with Doug he advised that there was no tire, he ordered a tire from a diffrent vendor and the price of $96.25 per tire is no longer valid i would have to pay 127.95 per tire i told them why would you tell me the tires were in stock and when i get there you change the price, he said kevin is to blame for the price change. i then ask for the district manger name and number he advised he could not give that out. i asked for coporate number he gave me the wrong number. horrible company will never deal with them again.

I’ve been to a lot of Tire Choices, and all of them are subpar compared to this one. I had a nail in my tire and tried to go to Walmart to get it fixed first and they let me stand there for 15 minutes just to tell me that they didn’t have any tire patches. So I came to the Johnston street tire choice and they took care of me with no questions. They fixed my tire within 10 minutes and it was free since I got my tires with them. The staff was so friendly, and very welcoming. They made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible and they were so professional. I definitely will be recommending this location to everyone. Got a random flat tire at the worst possible time..5pm, and I had to make a drive back to Lake Charles. I called several places and explained my situation, but got the same answer from all of them, they were booked for the day. Luckily I called this place and Mr. Douglas Brotherton answered the phone and showed great customer service right away. He sympathized my situation and gave me all options that I had to work with to resolve my situation. Fortunately, I just needed to patch my tire. But the knowledge and customer service that Mr. Douglas showed to me is the reason Im writing this review. He was beyond helpful, as well as the other guy that fixed my tire, and they showed that they cared, unlike majority of other shops. If youre reading this Mr. Douglas, thank you again.

I regularly use this shop to buy my tires because their prices are so competitive, combined with an experienced long term staff which is just as important. I was pleasantly surprised today when they didnt charge me for fixing a flat, when others wanted $45 because of my tire style. Great customer service, class operation.

Changing my previous review. I brought my car in for new brakes. Was told I need 4 new tires and I purchased that along with the brake change. Since I left weeks ago now, the car has been making noise and no one will fix the issue. Spent weeks going back in forth with these folks only to be told to our faces that they will not help us.Fast forward to today and we chose to bring it to another Tire Choice to get a diagnosis and was told that we need to turn our rotors AND change the brake pads again for $700. No one at the Johnston location told me that the rotors need to be turned, which I would think should be told to a customer at the time of spending over $1000.Poor attitudes, poor customer service, poor follow up and resolution.This location used to be an ALLIED Tire. Tire choice came in and failed to fill the shoes. I highly recommend steering away, pun intended.

Stopped at Tire Choice because a low tire light was lit up. Service took my truck in immediately and installed a patch, they found a nail in my tire, fixed it and returned it to me. When I left the tire light was still on, but assumed it would take time to reset. This was not the case, the tire light did not go off, brought it back to Tire Choice who now said that I had a tire sensor bad. While that is acceptable, why did they not fix that initially, instead of having me return for the same problem that I initially stopped there for.Additionally, they quoted me $120 to change the sensor, a reputable tire shop near by quoted me $70...this place is a rip off.

Very impressed with my first visit! I called ahead to make sure an appointment wasnt needed. They started working on my oil change right away and even included a complimentary 32 point inspection and tire balance. Quick service too, I was out in 30 minutes. Thank you Ricky and Kevin!

Bought two tires there last week. Guys were great to deal with and got us squared away at a reasonable price and timely manner.Had an issue with one if the new tires yesterday and went in today and they took care of it. Didnt try to justify it they just said nope should be like that well take care of it... And they did!

Excellent service and friendly staff

Bought a tire from a tire choice location on the throughway. Less than 2 hours later, less than 25 miles, the tire was flat. The side wall blew out. Because they have multiple locations, I called and asked if we could stop at the Johnston street location. They said that was fine. However, the Johnston street location then proceeds to charge me $81 to change a tire that was purchased less than 2 hours before. When I called to complain, the assistant manager CJ essentially told me it was our fault and there was nothing he would do for us. This was after repeatedly telling him that we did not hit anything. He basically called us liars. The lack of professionalism and concern for their customers is absurd. I called the Evangeline location and they apologized for the poor business practices of their sister location and credited our account for a new tire. STAY AWAY FROM CJ AND THE JOHNSTON STREET LOCATION!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!

Someone stole change out of my vehicle -- NOT COOL

Visited Tire Choice for what I suspected as a need for a brake repair. After a thorough inspection the mechanic discovered it was the brake booster not the brakes themselves. Though they did not perform that type of repair they recommended a repair shop to consider. There was no charge for the time and inspection. I recently went here to get an alignment after installing a 2’ leveling kit. They charged me for an alignment but my truck was pulling to the right a little while after leaving from the parking lot. I went back and the same guy who just did my alignment tells me I need 4 cams and he wouldn’t be able to do anything with it until I get those 4 cams. Now even the regular joe outside knows that a 2’ level kit does not require you to get 4 cams installed. So I was beat for my money with them because my truck still isn’t aligned. Drove it right up the street to another allied tire shop on Pinhook and Jamison and the guys got it right on the spot without any hassle. My toe was off
