These guys are great! Took my car here after getting new tires, and asked them to do an alignment. When I came back to pick up my car, they said there wasnt any alignment needed according to the diagnostics, and there was no charge at all. Very honest! Thanks!

My cars front passenger tire had been loosing air for several days. I was afraid i would have to wait til Monday until i checked the website and found out Tire Barn was open on Sundays. I dropped in around 1000, and they got my car in very quickly. when they pulled the tire, they found a screw had punctured the tire. they repaired the tire and as i had bought the tires from them, it was covered under their Road Warranty, hence no charge. I was back on the road within 35 minutes. Great job, Tire Barn.

I took the tire off of my truck and hauled it to Tire Barn for a common patch. The cost was $30. A friend took his truck in a week later and they removed the tire, made the same repair and remounted and it cost him $20. I asked Connor to make it right with me and he refused. So long Tire Barn

This is the only place I will go for tires. They provide excellent service and a great quality product. I went in today for new tires for my daughter’s first car, and James went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of in getting the right tires and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Tire Barn, and will be back whenever needed in the future.

Lonnie was there a few years ago, when I moved to this area, and I came in with a blown tire. I purchased those tires from some place about a 100 miles away and Lonnie went above and beyond to help me get my warranty worked out. That was awesome! It wasn’t even a tire barn! I was so appreciative of that and I wasn’t expecting that to work out for me given the situation.Anyone willing to spend their time like that has my respect and business!I love that he is still employed there and offers the best products, services, and customer service around! Great place to go for tires. Ive shopped around and found the best prices for both of my vehicles here. On top of that, they keep me supported with rotations and repairs. I just came in today with a slow leak and they patched a nail hole in about 20 minutes for free!

Got out of work this morning to find I had picked up a screw in my tire. I called them and they said could get me in soon. They got me in fast and were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road in about 15-20 minutes! Great place! Will definitely go to them again!

Great service, very reasonably priced.Stopped in after 6:30PM with low tire pressure. They checked my tires, found and fully repaired a rim leak, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Impressive.

Got new tires, thought it would go smooth! Very fast service! ...then I found out why.Paid for tires, didnt get my keys back but was not told anything...odd. Came back into the lobby after I realized what had happened and I couldnt find my car.I had to ask where it was parked. Then was told they couldnt get the keys out of the ignition. My car was turned on, radio blaring, windows down. Despite the keys actually being stuck in the ignition, the car could be turned off. This was irksome. But thats not even close to the actual problem.The car was parked in a TOW AWAY parking space at the Speedway adjacent to the Tire Barn location. Parking spaces were not an issue.The reason the keys were stuck in the ignition? The person who worked on the car had broken my gear shift handle off. I gingerly placed it back on. Why they couldnt figure this out is beyond the pale.Regardless, to have parked there would require using the brakes. They would know if something was wrong. And something was very, very wrong.Brakes were fine going in, life threateningly nonfunctional going out. Their lift to change my tires destroyed my brake lines. All the brake fluid was gone, and driving out of the place wouldve led to a serious car crash if I had not already been wary due to every other slip up that had happened. I couldnt brake! I managed to drive a few blocks and I slowly, cautiously, because-my-life-and/or-livelihood-definitely-depended-on-it got to the closest parking lot and stopped. When I asked Tire Barn for help with a tow they told me to beat feet in the nicest way possible. When I mentioned the brakes, they brushed it off. I wouldve liked a warning I was about to drive a death trap regardless if they were going to make any attempt at amends or not. My brake fluid was gushing everywhere from the lines, it was not subtle.TL;DR: It is not acceptable to damage someones car into a life threateningly poor condition and then send it off your lot, pretending nothing is wrong, end of. Only use this place if you plan to commit life insurance fraud through willful suicide by mechanic.

I used to go there and get good service. My fiance and I brought in a Mercedes E350 for new tires and the battery died. No one seems to want to take responsibility for it. They all blame each other or me. One guy blamed Mercedes. Manager told me it happens all the time, batteries are always dying there but it is impossible to replicate the problem. It seems odd that everyone has working batteries before they go to Tire Barn, but as soon as they go in the shop all the batteries die. Dont go here, find somewhere the dont pass the buck and knows how to properly change tires.

Check your receipt before you leave. These guys upcharged us to premium installation without asking and tacked on $24 for valve stems and $8 for the valve stem caps. Not the store they used to be.

I can buy $4000.00 worth of tires for my semi over the phone with my credit card at any truck tire shop. I can also buy tires over the internet with my credit card, but i cant buy a car tire for my wife picked up something on the road and replace it over the phone. Sorry its an out dated policy you have. I will not darken your door step again. I will also be calling corporate.

Ive purchased tires at Tire Barn for years. They have very competitive prices and their service is superior. A few months ago I purchased 4 new Michelin tires for my GMC Yukon Denali at Tire Barn. I checked prices on the internet but found the Tire Barn price was the best. They were able to install the new tires that day with less than an hour wait time.

Would give zero stars if I could! Stripped my Minis lug bolt and chasing thread when taking it off. Talked to manager (James) who was very condescending and refused to take responsibility for this telling me it happens, and I have a lot more experience with this than you. Now I get stuck with the bill. Wont be returning!

Always extremely helpful and friendly, Ive been coming here the last couple years and never had a bad experience. Free rotation and balances are never a bad thing either! I typically have to order my tires as I have an uncommon size, and they always communicate well about what to expect as far as time frame.

I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and the man at the desk struggled to find the details about it. Then had to go look for my tires, when he came back he told me they hadn’t arrived yet. I called eight days prior to the date of my appointment which should be an ample amount of time to get the tires in. When I asked why I wasn’t called and informed that my tires hadn’t arrived the employee at the desk was rude and deflected blamed on FedEx for just dropping off tires and leaving. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t check to make sure they had everything they needed for the days appointment. I guess I just expect more service from somewhere I’m about to spend over $1500 ( Zach quoted me $1490 before taxes and alinement). If this is how they treat their customers I would recommend going somewhere else for tires and tire repair.

Great place for great tires and servicefor not so great price

I went there last night. It took around 30 minutes wait and James the manager told me my flat tire was fixed. The tire technician took the nail out and patched it. The tire pressure light would go off after a few minutes drive. It didn’t go off at all even I got home. The next morning I found that tire was totally flat to the ground, worst flat tire ever I have seen of my car. I doubt they really worked on the flat tire. Bad experience!!!

This business came referred to me by another shop that was too busy to handle my needs at the time. I had a flat tire with a nail in it. I called and they told me to come by anytime between then and an hour before close. I was in and out in about 30 minutes (probably less) and it was very, very cheap. The desk was friendly and it was all handled professionally. I dont write reviews, but, due to how struck I was by the service, speed, and price, I couldnt resist.

Have bought tires from here for the past 18+ years for both our companies and our personal vehicles after that long and that many sets of tires they are still the first ones that I recommend to anybody and everybody

I was told today after work was over I no longer had a position at the store?? The GM talks to customers however he feels and doesn’t post a schedule just lets people know if they’re working that day or not when they get there. Workers no call no show all the time, the reason your wait times are so long is due to the fact the employees don’t care. The GM should not be a manager at no tire barn. This place is a joke, take your vehicle needs to Belle Tire in Lafayette or to Raben Tire in Otterbein where the customers are treated like a customer. I’m glad to not be a part of this one man show. Oh and by the way don’t make an appointment online it’s useless no one checks the online appointment calendar on the computer. So if you happen to need something from this do not go.

I had them swap out tires on a set of wheels and when i got home i noticed each wheels had long scratches on them. Cant even swap tires without damaging wheels.

As I left my garage last evening, the check tire light was on. I stepped out to take look, the back drivers side tire was flatter than a pancake!! I had spent a couple hours in the morning doing volunteer work down in Indianapolis that morning! No indication anything was wrong as I came home. One of my sweet young neighbors came over with two of his friends and changed to the donut-spare. This morning I went to Tire Barn in Lafayette, IN. They repaired the tire and put it back on!! What awesome gentlemen they were!! Thank you so very much!!!

I buy tires off amazon for all of my cars but this time couldn’t since I had a flat and had it towed here and this is the reason why I buy them online. They charged me almost 100 more dollars than what the tire costs online not including mounting it. This is a tire shop so they obviously get the tires cheaper than I can on the internet but yet over charged me. Almost 300 dollars for a tire when I can get the same one for 150. It also took them over 2 Hours to get my ONE tire done when there weren’t that many customers here. I get my tires changed regularly at friends shops and they get a tire replaced in less than 10 minutes and balance but somehow it took them over 2 hours with my truck inside. This should be “Indiana’s last choice”.

They were so so helpful!!! First time and they for sure didnt disappoint! They were prompt answering the phone. They were polite. And their prices were awesome too. The great part is they didnt charge for taking a look at it and normally youll find places that will CHARGE for this kind of stuff!! They didnt and they definitely gained my trust right away!!! My car was in great shape and there was nothing wrong with it... because truth be told Hyundais system isnt well updated and they were charging me $125 for an alignment.. but thank Goodness I didnt pay that and decided to check with Tire Barn Warehouse!!! Will be coming back for sure and highly recommend it.

Took my car in to fix a flat on a super busy day. They gave me an accurate estimate on when they’d be able to service my car (afternoon), and called me when service was finished. For whatever reason, they didn’t charge me for services. Employees were SUPER polite!

Tire Barn has always been fantastic every time Ive been in there. They check every detail of the tires of our vehicles. A few times I wasnt even charged for minor things. Even though they took their labor time on it. Im always 100% satisfied with their service. I go to the one in Lafayette.

Understand that this place is usually pretty busy because these guys are good at what they do and charge very reasonable prices. Alignments, tires, mounting/balancing and no bs. I chose tire barn to have all four of my tires replaced because I heard they were a great place to go. However, their customer service was terrible. My husband and I made an appointment at 2pm on a Sunday and chose to drop our car off and they would call us when it was done. At 3:55pm they called us and told us our car was ready to be picked up. We got to tire barn at 4:05pm and they were closed. They didn’t tell us they were closing at 4. My husband and I were not expecting to leave our car overnight because I needed it for work in the morning that’s the whole reason we made an appointment. We could see them inside so I called them. The man on the phone was very rude and eventually just hung up on me. They finally opened the door and let us pay for the tires, but the whole time they were literally throwing the papers around and slamming doors. Needless to say they should have called us at 3:30pm and told us that our car would be ready soon so we would have been able to show up and pay for the tires before they closed. Calling 5 mins before you close and then not even telling us that you close in 5 min is unacceptable.

Worst experience ever! Over priced me on my service. Ruined 5 lugs and stems! Couldnt replace the damage. Sent me to another shop ( which he was helpful and friendly) returned to get paid back for damages. Oh we will send ya a check .. but I had to cough up 400$ for(cash) for the tires, now I have to cough up another 128$ to get what they damaged replaced. Oh we will send u a check???? Are u kidding me??? Thanks for taking my vacation money! So. Never will be a return customer. Guess I should have read reviews first and I would have gone to discount tire...EDIT.. BEEN A WEEK AND STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY THAT I AM OWED ALSO NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM THE PERSON THAT RESPONDED TO MY POST! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY UP....

The staff are tenured employees who remember you and know what you need and want. Experts all the way. I was introduced to them when I was younger through my dad and never looked anywhere else to have my tires taken care of.Update: 10/13/19As much I as I hate to say this I dont know what is going on. I visited the Lafayette branch on. 10/12/19 and was told I would be better off coming on Wednesday. Now that is on a Saturday. I arrived at 1:30pm and they dont close until 5pm I think. The gentleman whom Ive never meet told me they are 5 hours behind. I have never heard this. I decided to try to stop by on 10/13/19 again to see if they would have time to patch up a tire. Now I have bought all my tires for years from Tirebarn and they fix and rotate tires for free as long as you bought the tires from them, which I love. I have been sitting here for 3 hours to fix a simple nail and I have seen 6 people that arrived after me get in and get out? Now granted some of them might have had an appointment that I cant tell but I feel like since they will not be making money off of me they are taking their sweet time. Im very disappointed in how this is being ran. Either they are running very short staff which it does not look like it or they have switched their focus and promise to take care of those whom have been loyal. Sad day as I have been coming here for 15 years.Update: I have been here for almost 3 hours. I decided to talk to someone and asked when they might think they will get to my car. I arrived at 1140ish and it is now 2:36pm. Only after I said something did my vehicle go in right away. So make sure to stay on top of them if you have waited for awhile.Update #2: As I was leaving I noticed that my TPS light was on still. I turned around and ask the guy at the counter again if they did check all four tires and not just the one that they fixed. He said yes we did. I then just asked if they could double check for me and he gave me an attitude and told me to pull around the bay 2. The same guy that worked on my car approached me and told me that he did check it and then that it would take a while for the TPS light to go off. Which I understood so I went ahead and drove home and it was not turned off. I went ahead and check the tire pressure in the tire that they replaced which was at 40 PSI. I then started to check all the other tires and they were at 32, 33, 30. The tires that I do have on says Max of 44 PSI. I went ahead and put air into the tires at 40 to match the one they just fixed and guess what! The TPS light went off right away!!!! What the hell, I hate being lied too. You know people are not idiots.Tire Barn you just lost a customer and referrals. I cant believe you treat your long time customers like this.

Tire Barn always gives me great service. I just got a free tire repair on my sons car even though he had not bought his tires there. I was so impressed I brought back my car the following day and got four new tires. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

Normally, a good experience. Not today. I was charged for a service I didnt want, and was not offered a chance to turn it down. The monies came out of my account rapidly, yet I have to wait at least 24 hours for it to be returned to my account, even though the credit was done. Not a happy camper. Then I was charged the correct amount. Basically, I was charged twice for the same thing, without a similar speed of refund.It turns out that a same-day refund was completed by Tire Barn. I was given misinformation by the staff there. The service was friendly as always. It seems to be a training issue, which Lonnie, the manager, said would be addressed. I like teachable moments! Just not always at my expense! 😁 I still think its the best place in town to get your tires!

On a Monday evening near closing time.I was in town for business and needed to get home, when my tire wasnt holding air. Tire Barn was the only shop in town that took my call and would fit me in their schedule. Fixed my tire and I was on my way. I would have no problem going back to any Tire Barn.

Multiple times I have come in to get my tires rotated. The first time they said it was a 2 hour wait to make an apt so I made an apt and then the day of my apt I sat there for an hour and my car didnt even get moved at that point I was very frustrated 😡 what is the point of an appointment If it was still going to take 2 hours! So I went up to the desk and got my keys back. Thanks for Nothing and wasting my time I could of worked another hour or gotten home to my son after work but no I wasted an hour sitting there for no reason.

What can I say about this place except wow. Fantastic service from Lonnie and everyone on the crew.I bought 4 new AT tires for my Silverado a couple weeks ago. I was hard pressed on time the day I went to the shop, and got there around an hour and half before they closed. I understood if it was a little close to closing and they couldn’t do it that night, but they changed the tires anyway. And they did it with speedy diligence. I’m extremely grateful for that. Granted, I really needed those tires that night, but you should still give them at least 2 hours to install tires on your vehicle.Definitely will be coming back here for any tire related services. I have had a few tires repaired here and have always been pleased with their service. The last 2 times I had tires patched they didn’t even charge me. My go to place for tire work and in my opinion the best in town.

Tire Barn rotated the tires on my Nissan Rogue and then performed an alignment check. As it turned out the alignment needed to be corrected and the associates at Tire Barn performed the alignment correction without charging me for the work. The associate stated they felt they took too long in performing the alignment work on my Rogue. There was a “classic” car that was ahead of my Rogue also having an alignment check and the associate felt I had to wait too long to have my alignment work done. The folks at Tire Barn are wonderful and always treat me with courtesy and respect.

I had a tire puncture from a nail and they were able to fit me in after work today. The staff was very helpful and friendly and in under an hour fixed my tire for no charge! I was floored. You guys are seriously the best!

Not my first rodeo with Tire Barn. I honestly would not ever think about going someplace else. Regardless of saving some money, but come on? Is that even possible? Bought a used car in Illinois, next day took it into a shop for a oil change/tire rotation. Mechanic told me that they couldn’t get the lug-nuts have been over tightened and did not feel comfortable for fear of stripping it. I said okay and immediately went to Tire Barn. I explained what had been told to me. He could not believe a shop turned me away and explained that they needed to be broken loose, do to safety from stress of being over tight. He said we need to try and he felt that the Tire mechanic’s were more than capable of getting the job done safely. Little were the lug nuts over tight, some were not what he felt up to torque. He also informed me that the vehicle has different tires on 3 of the 4 rims. He said that they were in okay condition, but do to the vehicle being all-wheel drive it would be very bad for the vehicle in the long role. He said I could get away with it for a while if cost was an issue, but said sooner would be better. Why not put 4 great new tires on a nice newer used vehicle! 65,000 mile warranty on tires, free rotation with new tires! No brainer! I’m a bike mechanic and appreciate honest people! The shop mechanics are awesome to watch through the huge window in the waiting area. They are almost robotic in their processes! Most people don’t understand that mounting tire’s and balancing 4 wheels is an art and they have it mastered to perfection. Your wheels are what I consider the most important pieces of equipment for your safety! Especially when your family is riding in it! Thanks so much! I highly recommend Tire Barn!!!!!!!!

Its fantastic that rotations, balancing, inflation, and valve stem caps are free!Its ith as much driving as I do, Ive found their road hazard warranty to be worth it. Im not sure if their prices are the best by default, but they are willing to beat competitors prices by 5%. I’m so happy i picked tire barn. They were fast and the customer service was awesome. The manager Lonnie was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience in there due to the fact I’m a girl and knows nothing about cars/tires but I’m glad they fixed the problem with the air that was coming out or my front tire. Thanks a lot tire barn i will be back when it’s necessary and recommend.

I took my pick up truck in to have the alignment checked and a front to back tire rotation. Alignment was good and rotation was free. Many places would have done an alignment even if not needed. Honesty matters! I didnt even buy these tires from them.

I have had a tire warning light on my car on a couple of occasions and the Tire Barn associates always get them checked and get me on my way quickly. (In a matter of minutes!) I will always purchase my tires here.

Zach, was very knowledgeable, very kind. He give me options and recommend the right tire for my vehicle. They gave me great fast service.
