These guys were life savers!!! Brand new car with metal in a tire is a mess. The tow truck said I would have to replace it..less than 4k on the tire. They fixed it and were so kind.. in and out in less than 30 mins!! They have me for life!!!

I’ve used them for years. I trust them implicitly. with this most recent visit I found my new trucks tires (stock from manufacturer) were junk and letting me slip in a sprinkle of rain still plus I did t care for the look of them. It had been a couple years since I’d been here since in recent years all I’ve driven has been a company truck that they had serviced elsewhere. Sometimes businesses go due hill so I did my diligence and che Jed at a couple other local and chain places first and found Robinson tires advice to be the most sound and prices the most reasonable for my needs. I even got recommendations of a couple things to try before I spent all the money on new tires. The advice did help and ultimately I just wanted a tire that looked better. They got the tires ordered and in faster than I even thought. Set me up a convenient appointment to get them installed. I was in and out in just an hour. Awesome place, awesome people, awesome service. Thanks guys!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone! I brought my vehicle to them with one problem and left with another problem, they told me they couldn’t fix anything, its beyond their expertise and I paid them $634 for nothing! I asked for a partial refund and they refused! I have taken my vehicle elsewhere and have 2 companies verify their bad work and bad parts that they put in my vehicle! Never go there!!!

Very friendly and they made sure everyone wore a mask and was social distancing. I dropped off my lawn mower tire and had it back same day.

12 month warranty got parts and labor is standard. If you took your car that was out of factory warranty to the dealer you would get the same 12 month warranty on parts and labor. Never had an issue with their service and I apperciate their honesty. Its one of the few shops I trust in Lafayette.

I have a heavy trailer that needed four new tires. It also needed a spare. Due to an unplanned need for an organzation in town who needed a trailer I had to move up my plan from waiting until Spring to replace these to now a few hours. I called Robinson Tire based on their TV commercials and also positive comments from friends. They only had two of what I needed in stock, but replaced my two worst tires that day, and in time for the event that evening. They ordered three more tires and a rim for me and were able to install those the next day. Even compared to what I found on the internet, which wouldnt include installation these 6-ply (Load C) trailer tires were better quality for a better price, and included installation. They even replaced the valve stems, cleaned up the rims and put sealant around the bead. I am very impressed and satisfied with their service, product quality and price, and especially their attitude. I will use them for all tire purchases from now on. 5-Star Rating!

A bit disappointed in Robinsons warranty, had a starter put in my 1999 Toyota truck (18 months ago) and was only warranted for 12 months, starter went out July 2015 so it was not under their warranty. I have had positive experiences with them up to this point. Make sure you ask about warranty information before they put their parts in.
