The experience at Volvo in Lafayette, LA was excellent. Initially, I was unfamiliar with the process and did not know that my warranty administrator required several steps within completing a claim for repairs. However, Volvo took care of every single phase of the process from start to finish and I paid absolutely nothing out of pocket in the end!!! WINNING!!!

Customer service representative and salesman were both productive, well-mannered and professional. They were very kind enough to squeeze me into their schedule due to the fact I lived an hour away from the location. The wait time was very relaxing and comfortable with snacks including refreshments. The waiting area had a nice size flat screen tv for entertainment. I would definitely return for any other assistance for my vehicle

I posted about the El Paso location mistakenly and google will not let me log back into my original account to delete so I wanted to make sure I stated that I really appreciate the response by the management in Louisiana and that the management in El Paso also took all steps necessary to make things right for us and to make us whole again after the very unfortunate treatment we initially received. They earned our business again and we really appreciate their customer service and support.

This was my first servicing visit at this location. Service advisor Ashley and her parts/tech team provided exceptional service during my visit.

Please do not go to the EL PASO Giles Volvo dealership (hopefully the Louisiana one is not owned by the same person), especially after the fraudulent and BLATANTLY MISLEADING communications they engage in to lure folks there and then go back on their word and treat you terribly. We drove 14 hours in a day to go to this dealership to purchase a vehicle after a salesman gave us a price. During an initial phone call, I clearly stated that my budget was around 40K. The salesman texted me that we are looking at 40K with 10% down. I asked him to clarify per the attached text message conversation. I listed two separate questions. I asked does that mean 45K total or is total, including the 10%, that 40K number. Instead of fully clarifying or elaborating, he gives the below message saying total with 10% is 40K. In clear English that means the 10% is within that total amount. He did not say anything about 45K when I clearly asked him, and his YES implied it was towards my second question about total being 40K and not a yes to the total being $45K. These are the kind of word games these salesmen play instead of being transparent and clear about the total amount. They drag folks away from work and waste our time, gas, and money with fake amounts and confusing language and then try to con you into financing and buying a vehicle. Absolutely disgusting and immoral business practices meant to bring in money and screw the customers. I like Volvo but please, Volvo, this El Paso dealership is ruining your brand and dissuading customers from purchasing your vehicles. Mark and the manager at this dealership should not be working for your company. We are heartbroken that we couldn’t purchase the vehicle we liked for the actual amount quoted, in PLAIN English, and I truly hope things improve for future customers. We will not be back. 14-hour drives, only to be fooled by slimy salesmen, are not fun.

Adam and his team are great to work with. I personally worked with Jake. He was very knowledgeable on the specifics for the XC40 I purchased and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I requested. From ordering my car to purchasing it, the team there made car buying an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I dealt with two salesmen and the manager. Kreg, Leo and the manager Adam. All were very friendly with a positive attitude at all times. Kreg met us at the door and was very welcoming. Adam knew exactly what we were looking for and found the S60 we wanted, along being very patient with me. Leo was the best! He explained every little detail about the car, he is very knowledgeable! Honestly I have never dealt with a salesmen that knew so much about a car. We will definitely be returning when we purchase our daughter a car. OH and the inside of the dealership was spotless and very kid friendly, that right there is what parents love! We love our Volvo S60. Thank you guys!

Vehicle maintenance was done swiftly and returned to me cleaner than when it arrived. Giles is finally loaning Volvo vehicles which is far superior than other makes they sell and previously loaned. Harris is always a pleasure.

Went in just to look around. The salesman was friendly and listened to what I was looking for. He did not try to sell me on something that didnt fit my needs and was able to find me a vehicle and get it financed the way I wanted it done. Im very happy with my experience there, and would recommend to others. Ended up purchasing my vehicle there. Free car washes for life and free oil changes make the deal even sweeter.

I drove a lot of cars over my life but I drive over and it feels like youve got a little more metal around you and it feels quite a bit safer than other cars that Ive rented in the past and drove.

Ive dealt with Jake Counselman and Giles Volvo for, Im thinking, the last 20-30 years.At no time have I been disappointed. Jake and Giles, whom Ive leased or bought about 8 cars from in that time have been amazing in the quality of vehicles and the quality of service Ive experienced.All my dealings with Giles have been great--especially my relationship with Jake.

This service department is excellent. The lady in the front always has a smile on her face and is so helpful. I have never met the folks that service my car (rather it’s an oil change or if I had a problem) but they have always done an excellent job. I will say my whole expierence with Giles has been nothing but superb! From Rudy that helped to get the most for my 4 runner to Adam making sure I got the Volvo I wanted. It’s great employees like this that make this business so successful.

Giles Volvo gave us the best experience, Jake Counselman and Adam Montgomery were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I recently purchased a vehicle on line through Texas Direct...in comparison, there is no comparison! There is no replacing the human factor especially with Jake and Adam, their knowledge of the Volvos and their follow up with us since purchase has been impeccable. I cant recommend them and the Volvo XC60 enough.

I contacted Harris Domingue via fax regarding a problem I was having with a used car that I purchased from Giles. He contacted me via email and told me to bring the car in to be checked. I did that this week and the problem was fixed. I just wanted to say that from the moment I walked in to the service dept I was greeted and welcomed by Ms. Carrie. She graciously took care of checking me in and informed me that the shuttle driver was out dropping off someone else, but she would check on his status. Then Mr. Billy, the shuttle driver arrived and was the perfect gentleman. He opened the door for me to enter the car, made sure it wasnt to cold in there for me. Mr. Nick Brown, was my sales person and to my surprise, 5 months after purchasing my car, he even texted me to wish me a Happy Birthday. My overall experience with Giles has been excellent from beginning to end and even after the sales. Good job everyone and keep up the good work!!!!

Kreg Savoie = awesome salesman! Gave us an spectacular experience. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, listens well, funny and most of all genuine. Kept us informed every step of the way.
