My experience here was beyond exceptional. I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door. They offered me coffee and water not long after entering. They are very neat and clean. They were helpful with giving me reassurance with my vehicle. Id say one of the best shops in Lafayette by far. I highly recommend these guys. Had problem with my breaks and rotors and actually happened unexpectedly when I was driving my mustang which was strange to say the least. Anyways, the guys here took my car in right away. Replaced my front rotors and pads and calipers. Before letting me go they realized they didn’t check the back ones thoroughly and realized parts needs to be replaced and told me my car was not safe to drive. I couldn’t really afford replacing those as well and I planned on getting a new car next year. I also told them I have to be at work early in the morning and would have trouble getting back later to get this fixed. Not only did they replace the parts for free, they stayed open later to do it. I couldn’t believe it. I have never had that experience anywhere in my life all the years I had this car. Good people. Kind. Generous. God bless them and I will definitely go back there if I ever need another repair.

Let me start by saying that I do not normally leave reviews for any companies that I have dealings with. The reason I don’t is simple, most companies pay people to leave good reviews on their websites so I pay no attention to reviews personally.With that said, I have no doubts that the reviews you see on this company are legit because of the very professional work they do and the customer service they provide.It is very hard in todays time to find good, honest people anymore but these people truly are. I brought my daughters car to CBA because the A/C completely quite. Upon bringing her car to them, I met with Perry, one of the Customer Support Guys. He was very professional and greeted us at the door. After explaining what my issues were, he brought her car straight into the shop and said he would call me once he found the issue with the A/C. He called me a couple hours later and explained their findings and told me right then what the cost would be and the approximate repair time.He also offered other services that he thought would be necessary for preventive maintenance in which I had done as well. When I picked the care up, there were no added charges that were not discussed as is everywhere else you go.But none of that is the reason for me leaving this review. About a month or so after picking my daughter’s car up, her brakes started acting a little squirrelly. I brought the car back to CBA and Perry said that he would take a look at the car to find the issue. Not only did he find the issue with the brakes, he immediately started working with CBA’s warranty department to try and fix the car at no cost to me since one of the PMs that I had done was brake system flushing. The issue with the car was the master cylinder and the brake booster which normally costs $1500. Flushing the brake system has nothing to do with the brake booster but CBA covered the entire cost for me and I paid absolutely nothing for the repairs. $0You just do not get that type of service anywhere anymore and I’m sure most of you would agree.I definitely recommend CBA for all auto repairs and will definitely return when/if I need them in the future.Thanks again Perry, for everything.

Amazing service, friendly staff, great communication, and very accommodating when your vehicle is being fixed. They were all great at keeping me informed as work was being done and their complimentary shuttle was a lifesaver. The text updates and final email report are very thorough and even include photos. This is the cleanest, most well maintained auto repair shop I have ever seen and the staff is top notch. They made sure I was offered water or coffee, even a snack since I decided to wait at the shop. The seating area is very comfortable with plenty of outlets if you need to charge your devices. They made sure to clearly discuss what was going on with my car and kept me updated. Im extremely pleased with my visit here and will only bring my vehicles here from now on.

Service Rep (David) took all the headache out of the extended warranty process.Was particularly impressed w/ CB’s vehicle inspection messaging system; the mechanic working on my car took pictures of the parts at issue and wrote up a detailed diagnostic summary, which was emailed directly to me. Nice touch, hearing from a mechanic directly.

I went in for an oil change and what I thought was front end issues. Unfortunately after the technicians diagnosed the issue, it was my transmission. They dont rebuild transmissions there but, thier professionalism and the way they treat their customers was top notch! I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else

I did have to wait but, they do have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in Lafayette. I did just walk in....drop from the sky(hahaha). I was dropped off in front of the mall and picked up in front of the mall. The driver was very friendly and respectful. When we arrived back my car was fixed and ready to go. It would have taken Mercedes 2 years just to do a diagnostic test....would have seemed like it.. They got it done and Perry said if you have any other problems just bring it back. Customer service is top notch. They did a very detailed inspection, listed all the deficiencies found and their recommended repairs. They include pictures of the issues! Needed seatbelt latch changed. Had previous work done, but went back because of the Amazing customer service. Was able to drop of my car and they brought me home and came back to pick me up when the work was done. I didn’t have to miss working like I would have had to do at the dealership. Friendly and knowledgeable staff but booked appointment for oil change at opening (7Am) so wouldn’t have to wait very long. It still took 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. If wait would have been reasonable I would have given 5 stars

I cannot say enough about the level of customer service that Christian Brothers provides. They were professional and honest through the entire process. They kept the parts that were replaced on my vehicle to show me exactly why those parts needed to be changed and that they had in fact been replaced. They took time out of their day to drive me home and offered to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. I was made aware of each deficiency after a multi point inspection and then made fully aware of what repairs were necessary vs. the ones that could be revisited at a later date. Vehicle Service 5 stars! Customer Service 5 stars! Great integrity, very fair pricing and all with a remarkable relationship building approach!

I tried Christian Brothers Automative because I couldn’t find a shop that would do electrical work on my car. I was hoping to get it done today so I could get a state inspection before it expired. The owner greeted me at the door and was so nice! Everyone there treated me with respect and that’s very important when you are a female at a auto shop! The waiting room is comfortable and I appreciate the Christian vibe. They were able to find and make my repair in less than an hour. The price was reasonable. And Zach did me a favor and put my new steering wheel cover on for me! I will definitely be coming back for my next service! These guys are great!

All it took was one visit for me to become a faithful customer. The staff here is so AMAZING and beyond helpful...I was sitting waiting for my vehicle to be complete when an elderly lady walked in for service and she was concerned with the wait to get her vehicle serviced and the gentleman (I can’t remember his name) offered to bring her home up the road and pick her up in their shuttle vehicle. I have never seen or experienced such service ever before. You’re hospitality speaks just as much as your work does... You can’t ask for better service and reasonable prices.

I had my oil changed on my daughter’s 2016 Mazda 6 6 months ago. Noticed a few months after this work was completed that the oil was low by a quart. So I’m calling the Mazda dealership asking about this low mileage engine how could it burn so much oil. They said bring it in. Well the problem was no crush washer from this place. If you are going to do the job do it right.

I had made an appointment here for Thursday, 03/04/21, and unfortunately COULD NOT keep my scheduled appointment DUE to the vehicles radiator smoking so much . I was afraid to drive it period to Christian Brothers Automotive to have them look at it . I COULD NOT call and cancel my appointment DUE to my brother having to use my phone for his work that day and he left the house early that morning. I plan on calling next week and trying to re schedule with them if at all possible and this time my cousin who drives a tow truck will tow my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive. BUT, what I can say is the person that I spoke to on the phone when I first called was real professional and pleasant to speak with . Sounds just like the kind of folks that I do want to do business with . So please be aware that I will be calling you all again, next week, to re schedule my appointment. This time my vehicle will be towed there by wrecker . So sorry that I COULD NOT keep my Thursday appointment BUT I was worried about even trying to drive my car.

I dont know if I can say enough good things about Christian Brothers. The employees are obviously excellently trained. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and positive. They must love their jobs because they are so positive. In fact, the whole time I was there I detected a positive atmosphere. Joshua is wonderful. He played a big part in the tenor of the atmosphere.I learned about. CB from a friend of mine. Hes never been there but he saw it when driving by. I decided to take my truck there for a second opinion on some repairs recommended by the dealership. Turns out, the repairs werent needed at all. CB saved me about $300 on unnecessary repairs. Additionally, they told me that my air filter needed to be changed, something the dealership didnt tell me. This tells me that the people at CB arent in it to fleece innocent customers. I respect and appreciate that. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

I found Christian Brothers Automotive after a lengthy search for shops and mechanics in the Lafayette area. After having an extremely bad experience about two years ago with my old car at a place in Carencro, I was a bit hesitant to take my car anywhere after that. However, after a good search and finding them, I saw the plethora of good reviews and read just about everyone of them. I wont lie, I thought it was likely to good to be true, but I decided to go ahead and take my car over to them anyway and give it a shot.Im here to say that Im 100% satisfied and glad that I brought my vehicle on over to them. I am blown away about how nice and friendly this company is. I was able to call the company at work, and they were able to use the shuttle and get me back and from work. The service was super fast, and they took their time explaining to me about certain aspects I did not know about.

Having your car repaired can be stressful, however with Christian Brothers this experience was simple. Not only was the staff genuine and loyal but honest. Did you know they have a transportation service that will bring you home while your car is being repaired then pick you up once the car is ready. Tried this company out because I had heard good things. Check in was great. They offered to give me a ride home or come pick me up when my vehicle was ready. While my vehicle was getting fixed, they sent me text message updates and called and told me about some other issues I need to take care of. Price came in under the other quotes I had gotten for the same service. All in all very weird experience. Never felt that comfortable or taken care of at a auto repair place before. Highly recommend going here but be ready for something different.
