Defouw was absolutely great to work with! I sent out 12-15 inquiries about suburbans within a 300 mile radius. I feel like customer service is lost on a lot of these dealerships, but not these guys. I was happy to drive 4 hours to work with them. Very friendly, efficient, easy to deal with. When I got there everything was as advertised on the car and all the paperwork was ready. Overall, I feel like a great value on the car and a good fair value on the trade in. Highly recommend!!

Body shop took twice as long as estimated, and cost $1,195 for a job estimated at $750! I am no body expert, but it was just a small dent and scrape. I cannot imagine how that could be difficult to estimate so incorrectly.

Well lets see went to get my first oil chg and it took forever i set my appt up ahead of time so its not like i surprised them it was at 3:30 and got out of there at 4:45 when i set up the appt i asked for the truck to be washed she said weather permitting but it was a nice day and when i was at the counter i told them i wanted it washed so when i was called up when my truck was done got out to my truck and not washed and Im not sure but i dont think my tires were rotated looking at the lug nut the dust didnt look like it was disturbed so i get in my truck and no vacuuming was done either. I get better service at jiffy lube or wal mart but on my way out nothing not sorry we couldnt wash your truck nope we will leave that as a surprise so you can say i wasnt happy with my service

Okay, first off, we ended up buying a new Ford, which they understandably couldnt help with, but before that, we did talk extensively with DeFouw Chevy, and they were great. If you are looking for a car or truck, I wouldnt hesitate to specifically recommend Dan Landes at DeFouw.My wife and I were looking for a newer f150 before we found a killer deal on a new one. DeFouw had a few former Enterprise or Hertz trucks that they had picked up at auction, which Ive found is pretty typical these days. I dealt with Dan and test drove two trucks, and they were great. Mr. Landes was laid back, pleasant, and didnt try to play games or lay on the pressure, which Ive found is quite rare. On top of that, he knew what he was talking about and knew his product, even though it wasnt their main brand.
