So I took the time to read every single review on Google about this business. This is or was my first hand experience with Caliber in Lafayette.So while driving Uber in Lafayette I hit a massive pit bull run out in front of my 2020 Ford Explorer. Have cars right on my bumper and the choice was hit the dog or crash into another car. I hit the dog and immediately see the cars behind me make it a permanent part of the US 25S.My car was only minor damage mostly cosmetic and I had considered doing the repairs myself. However my deductible was only 500.00 The parts was around 2K.Ok so I go into the office on 10/12/2021 a lady asked How may I help you. I tell her their for estimating and a tec very well dressed young guy comes out and checked out the car.Believe it was three days before I got the damage repair estimate. Was total of 15 by the time they was done. Id guarantee that the reason for that was waiting for parts from Ford.Caliber is a Geico preferred center and the repairs are guaranteed Total bill $2,721.00 with $500.00 of that coming from my pocket and parts about 2KThey dont accept cash payments. Loved the Halloween decorations 🎃 👻

Waited this past Saturday in the lobby, saw what looked like a technician heard someone talking, waited for what seemed forever never was approached. Have a repair for a 2021 car. Best of luck just giving my review. Inside looked great though would have been promising

The staff at Caliber is super helpful and friendly. 🙂 my repair was completed way before the estimated date. The paint repair was done to perfection! They even cleaned my car inside and out. (Much appreciated) I give this shop a 10/10.

My car went to another place (Prime auto body)3 times and was never fixed right. Took it to Buddy at Calibers and they are awesome. There was so many things they had to fix so many things. I am so proud I went to Calibers.

The right side of my front bumper had become detached from my car and I knew it would only get worse if I didnt get it fixed. I stopped into Caliber after work with the hopes of making an appointment for later in the week. Not only was the associate up front very polite but she informed me that someone could look at it while I was there. Long story short, 15 minutes later I was pulling out with my bumper reattached correctly! They actually took the time to stop what they were doing and take care of what it needed. Awesome and very professional service! Will DEF do business with again if Im unfortunate enough to need body work again. Thanks again guys!!!

I was very pleased with the quality of their work. They made my car look like new. Service was prompt and professional. They were even kind enough to deliver the car to my home. All in all it was a great experience.

General manager was extremely communicative. Staff was friendly. The work was spotless and all damage was documented before parts were ordered. My truck was in a minor fender bender. They fixed everything and communication was great! I had them fix paint defects as well and it turn out better than new! Would do business with them again.

Steven at Caliber was great to work with. He gave us full disclosure and details of the process our son’s car was going to go through and contacted up promptly to keep us in the loop. Unfortunately, the car was totaled and repairs were not done but, Steven took the time to give us some options for salvage, even looking up phone numbers. I don’t hope to need Caliber’s services in the future but, would call them first if I do and would definitely recommend them!
