This shop is doing very good work considering how many supply chain parts delays and manpower shortages caused by the pandemic, even rental cars are in short supply at all the major agencies which they have no control over. They are doing their best under difficult circumstances.

We were very impressed with their professionalism. They gave us great assistance every step of the way. With every question they thoroughly answered with their expertise. When it needed to return for a second look after the repair the tech was very informative and thorough with his diagnostics and explanations. As needed we will return with other needs and will be glad to recommend to other friends.

Walked in with no appointment after a hit and run in a parking lot. They were able give me a quote and work with my insurance within 30 minutes. They had convenient availability and were able to replace my bumper and match paint in two days. Front desk staff were always kind in explaining the process and keeping in touch. They even detailed the inside of my vehicle! Also, the hours are great for those working 8am-5pm jobs as you can drop off before work and pick up after work.

Great professional work done on two of my vehicles. Management team kept me apprised of the vehicles progress throughout the repair process. The craftsmanship of the work done was excellent. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I love going here. The people here are great with communication and they work to get your car in and out as quick as possible. But they also make sure it is done well before releasing your vehicle back to you. They actually got my car done early and I was glad to have it back.

Went to go pick up my license plate from my car that could unfortunately not be fixed. I had forgotten to take out my CD and my Tile off my car keys. I was going to ask them if I could get them from the car before it would be taken away but they had already thought of those two things before I even got there to pick up the license plate. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new Tile for my keys and a new CD, but their nice customer service staff already thought of that beforehand! Thank you!

Great experience overall.Submitted a claim through my insurance, no hassle, just had to drop off my car and pick it up when it was done. They did clean my car so that was a nice little treat.

My first experience at this facility was in Sept. 2020, and I was there again on Feb. 8, 2021. On both occasions, the Body Shop Manager - Ted Abrams - and his team used ingenuity, expertise, and efficiency to fix the body issues that I had on my Lexus. Ted and his office staff were very nice during my visits, and I was extremely pleased with both experiences.

Everyone went out of there way to help during my repairs. The receptionist was incredibly helpful in keeping me informed and helping me get questions answered. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.

Coming into the shop, I had high expectations considering they are a well-known company. But to our surprise, the work done on my vehicle does not look professional whatsoever. I was involved in an accident in which I was not at fault. So the insurance provider agreed to pay for damages. My car was damaged on the passenger rear side door (and ofcourse around the door) keep in mind I have a car and the person who hit me had a larger vehicle in which the damages were not just my door but also surrounding it. Well, to make matters short and simple... Bob Rohrman Collison did not repair everything that was damaged in that area.. my husband and I ofcourse informed the shop and the insurance about those specific damages that were not fixed. The shop decided to inform the insurance and I quote.. that we were just trying to get free things. This did not sit well with me because I feel like he used that frase to justify the fact that they chose not to fix it since they believe it was not part of the accident. Little do they know is I had pictures of the day of the damages where those areas show were impacted as well. Another important fact is that I never mentioned to the shop or the insurance (since its not any of there concern) but in this case it came in handy. In which that is, that my husband happens to do business with many body shops in town. His job orders parts from Honda actually very often as well as with Ford and Chevy etc. So he is completely familiar with how things should be done and how they shouldnt. Which this now explains how my husband was able to find out that my previous damage door in which the shop quoted to the insurance that it they wouldreplace and that the door they ordered was coming from Indy. We later found out on the day we picked up the car that the door was never actually replaced. In reality the shop most likely decided to just repair the damage door. We can see the line that marks were they painted half of the door and there was a few scratches left as well. This normally wouldnt have been too much of a problem if they had stated they would fix the door not replace. So the shop charged the insurance for a door replacement (for which we assume that was not done at all). To summarize the work done on my car was not profesional and the way they went about our concerns in person and through the phone were also not profesional. We are not the type to ever complain about these kinds of things. Which is why I always spoke to them with respect and I tried to be understanding. The problem here is the job done on my car was sloppy and when we mentioned certain damages they missed to repair it was dismissed. Funny how it states in the warranty they gave me that they value our satisfaction... but in reality they could care less of your satisfaction. All they wanted was the insurance money, so they over charged and did a cheap job to pocket the rest of the money. We may have looked like nobodys to them.. but we are more then familiar with the auto body shop industry. We are not the type to ever complain, we usually stay quiet and move on ..so this would have to be the first.

The team at Rohrman Collision was very nice and accommodating, they worked with my insurance, had a rental brought to the shop for me, got the repairs done in the time frame they originally gave, and the quality of the work was superb. Would definetley reccomend.

Very impressed with the quality of work, as well as the communication throughout the process. Dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready for pickup on Friday. Hopefully I won’t have to — but would absolutely return for any future services.

My car was in there body shop a couple of weeks ago to get my front bumper fix on my 2020 Honda fit I will have to say they did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to any one

I was involved in a car accident, no fault of my own, and chose Bob Rohman collision repair to take my vehicle to. It was right before the COVID mess happened so they ended up not being able to take my SUV for a while and then once they were able to take it getting parts in took a little bit. They kept me updated though and dealt with all the insurance information. They were very professional and even let me leave my rental there when I picked up my car and took care of having it returned. A few weeks after picking up my car I kept having issues with a gas smell when cranking it. I called them and spoke with Melinda. When she figured out I wouldnt be able to leave work to drop it by to have it looked at they came by and picked up the car, made sure I was taken care of in case I needed to leave for lunch, and dropped it back off for me! It ended up being something as simple as a loose hose which they fixed right up at no charge. They were super fast and accommodating. I hopefully wont need to use a collision center again but if I do they will be my go to!!

Unprofessional staff. I was need to pick up car from these guys a and called them to confirmed if it’s ready. Received a positive confirmation that it’s ready. Two hours later when I was almost at dealership I called one more time and now another rep (Eric) dumbfounded me telling that “it’s not ready. We canceled the deal”.Because of this miscommunication between personnel my family lost money!They really need to improve theirs inner processes!

Great staff and the service is good. Theyll make your life a lot more easier after being in a collision or if you are getting some paintwork done.

My wife backed out of our garage and accidentally smashed our rear quarter panel, I know these guys and gals closely at Rohrmans! They do a Great job at body and paint repair!

Horrible service.I was quoted 8 days and it took 16 to fix my 2018 Toyota. The last day was for final inspection. Surprise, even that failed. They had white overspray paint droplets used on their parking lot on all sides of my car, white body putty dust coating my entire interior, did not touch up the scratches they promised they were going to do, placed the entire contents of my trunk on my back seat leaving dirt and oil on my seat, and most impressive... Didnt plug in my tail light after working on that area of my car... So much for final inspection. This was an insurance repair for a coworker that hit me and they received over $5000. They certainly did not earn that. I came back at closing time, and had them take care of the majority of it. However I decided to clean my own interior because I just dont trust their technicians.

I have had a couple of insurance-related repairs done here and they always do a good job and are accommodating. Specifically working with Gary Kingma has been nice, hes very direct and willing to work with you. No complaints on the results and turn times.

Brought our Toyota Sienna in through USAA. It took Bob Rohrman two full months to finish the work, including several frustrating delays. When complete, the trim pieces in the back were broken and hanging loose, and one disembodied plastic piece is still sitting back there just to annoy me every time I unload groceries. The body work itself was fine, so Ill upgrade the review from one to two stars.

Disappointed with the service here. Was notified the job was done, came to pick the car up, inspected it, and found that the job was done incorrectly. The plastic on my center console was nicked and scratched, and the car was full of dust. There was also strange streaks of residue covering the body. They took the car back in to fix the problems, and was given back a car with now an airbag fault code. They had to outsource the car to the manufacturers service department to fix it, which took a couple days. Also, they inflated the times spent in labor. 30 minutes to unbolt four bolds holding in a seat? Sure. Im a mechanic, and can see through that. Only reason I brought the car to this place was because it was going to go through insurance and didnt have the time to do it myself. Unimpressed.

I used this body shop recently for my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, which had some paint chips on the hood. A day or so later after I picked up my car, I noticed that the several edges of my hood do not appear to be painted or extremely thin paint. I am scheduled to drop off my car this month to have them take a look, and fix this issue,; however I am bit hesitant as the level of work is sub-par. Also there are several scratches that I am noticing as well, which I can just wet sand out, but I have to say this is all a bit concerning considering the cost of work at this shop.

I am very happy with them today because they reattached a panel under the front of my vehicle that had come loose free of charge. UPDATE: Although routine maintenance elsewhere the next day revealed some damage BR Collision Repair missed.

Visited the Kia shop to have them check out a used Sorrento we were thinking of purchasing. Paid the mechanic a $60 inspection fee to go over the car, and he listed several issues we did not see driving the car. Even let me go into the shop area to see under the car his concerns. Very friendly, and their head mechanic has like 20 years of experience with Kia vehicles. Id recommend if you have a Kia vehicle.

They took 3 weeks to install a used headlight because state farm couldt buy a new one since they use used parts to fix any collision damaged on cars also they instal a bumpercover and repair my fender. the work they did was horrible the paint job extremely bad. when finally i went to pick up my car and inspect the car was full of imperfections the most totable were the gabs in between the headlights and bumper horrible. the second notorious was the very poor quality paint job and several scratches around my car. they didnt intall a bumper/fender bracket and a underneat bumper cover i haved to leave the car 2 times before i pick it up and they didnt fix anything at all horrible experience i would never go back to this place ever. the worst place here in lafayette dont let them repair your car. do some research before choosing a place to take your car

I turned in my van to be repaired on October 23 at the time they tolled me it would be done on the 28th. I called on Friday and they said it wasnt done that it would be done by the following Wednesday I called them then and it wasnt done then they said Friday and sure enough I called and it wasnt done they said that the door had waves in it and needed extra work they assured me when I took it in there if the door was in bad shape they wouldnt use it but they did then they said it wasnt done they assured me it would be done the following Wednesday well guess what it wasnt I finally picked it up on November 9th they are extremely slow !!!

I only trust Rohrmans with my Honda!!

I went to this collision repair shop for an estimate on my rear bumper. The inspector told me that the insurance company is not going to pay for the muffler that is impacted from the collusion. The muffler is dangling and of course making very loud noise. The estimate is totally based on the little scratch on my rear bumper that cost $500. Maybe the collision shop and the insurance company have its agreement, but they need to fix the real problem instead of just the outside. Brought my car to my favorites car repair shop Autotorium (unbiased), they fixed it for less than $100, and wrote a note to ask me to contact the insurance company for a refunds on the collusion impact. My suggestion is always get second or third opinions for your repair. Buyer beware!
