The person at the counter is always super nice and very easy to strike a conversation with. Very patient guy and I never feel like Im bothering him by being there. Anytime Im in the area I always try to stop here- such amazing items for sale and great customer service. Highly recommend

This place was amazing! So many awesome old games, figurines, and other cool finds! The guy was super nice and easy going. I asked him about some really old dino-robot toys I had as a kid and he knew exactly what I was talking about! There were old action figures sealed in their boxes for really low prices, I couldnt believe it. I ended up buying two things but definitely plan on going back for more soon!

Great place to buy a lot of cool toys

This place was great! It had a little bit of everything, with very fair prices. I have been in Washington for a vacation and went to a few game/ collectible stores and this was the best one. I would up getting a cool swamp thing figure from my childhood and the cleanest boxed Tetris nes game Ive seen. If Im ever back in Lacey Washington this will be my go to place for retro games and figures.

I have never been to the store in person, but I have made two purchases by messaging through Facebook (payment made via Paypal), and the process was very simple, professional, and the items were shipped the next day. Both the Nintendo 64, and the games purchased after, have all worked great. Would highly recommend purchasing from this business.

This place is so awesome. Its very nostalgic. The owner is awesome too. Super friendly. His prices are very fair. He never over charges. You can also bring things in to get store credit. If its something you might feel that he wont take, I would suggest to call first. If you buy something and it doesnt seem to work you can always take it back and trade out for something else of the same value or he will take a look at it to see if he can fix it. We go there for video games all the time. We love nostalgic video game systems. We refuse to shop anywhere else for them. He has a lot more stuff than just video games there. I highly recommend this place to everyone. We also take my son in there too. So kids are welcome as long as you keep an eye on them.

Really shocked at the negative reviews from not too long ago because this has to be the best retro shop in all of WA state. The owner is always very kind, wonderful to chat with, and is extremely knowledgeable of what he has in stock. Ive been going here since 13/14 and not once have I thought differently of the service. Ive recently gotten my boyfriend super into this place and he always enjoys his visits there as well. The fellow running it was extremely friendly. He helped me find a greeeat deal on a Nintendo 64 and a game for it. Also got some throw back games and a Fallout 4 for PS4. They have legos, transformers, books, videos... I mean its really cool.

I give this place 2 stars because I wanted to go in and check out the store for the first time. So when my friend and I came in the workers were polite when we walked in so I was looking around to see what I can buy and I saw some cards and it said on the sign 10 cards for a dollar so i was looking and it was almost closed but i still had 10 min left so i was searching for some cards as fast as i can before closing and i did and he gave me a totally different price for the cards i picked out. So I told him i saw the sign and i cant buy it right now and he took the cards back where they were and said,You guys need to leave because your wasting my damn time! I was going to come back another time to buy it but now i am not 👎 my friend told me this wasnt the first time he was rude. My friend been there before with his little brother at 4:30 and they close at 5 and he yelled, Were closed! And slam the door in their face

Cant compromise, kicks anyone out if they try to make a deal! Is rude to customer if they take their time. Dont recommended going in unless you are prepared to feel as if he didnt trust you in his store as if youre a thief. However one good thing is he has good games. The cards fell off the poorly constructed shelf and I offered too clean them up but you yelled at me to get out of the store and that you would clean up the dam cards. Nobody threw anything on the floor! Also get to know your customers more and maybe youll get people to buy your collection. Im 19! Take and look in the mirror because your the baby nerd who has to have his store or will end back in his moms basement! Go back to your lady friend your so occupied on her most of the time instead of you own Clients.

Take a trip back in time! I love this store, you can see hundreds of games, toys, comics, movies, and collectables within such a small storefront. Many collectables to see that will tug on your childhood and sense of nostalgia. You could spend much, much time and still not see it all. You really should go in and just see what they have, you might just be surprised like I was. Theyll buy used collectables too for store credit, and I think that is awesome to do. You could find many of these things on eBay but theres something really nice about seeing the condition of the items in your hand. Prices were very reasonable especially when they have items you may never be able to find anymore. Cant recommend enough.

I love this store and for those who are being negative. It is a business after all. When you try to get something for nothing, and gripe about it, it serves you right to be told to leave. You see in washington state a business owner can choose who he/she does business with. By you attacking him personally just shows the immaturity on your part. What you dont realize is that if it were your business you would do the same thing. I dont believe you would not be cautious of people stealing or damaging your inventory. Or selling you defective products. Get over it and move on. I have done business here and so has my sister and we love this store. You get treated as you treat others. That is with any business. Stop thinking that, to be a business everyone has to put up with damaging, careless customers. Go to business school or have one of your own to learn what it is like. An amazing selection of old and collectible toys, games, action figures, and trading cards from all over! The prices are good, especially if youre looking for collectibles for nostalgia or fun and dont care too much about pristine condition (although they have plenty of things in original boxes and covered in glass cases. There are a lot of things Id not seen anywhere else (2 star trek board games!). Youll need a few hours to get close to fully exploring the store because its layers and layers of potential treasures, and things are kept in every nook and cranny. Action figures and toys were spread on every flat surface and bookcases were jammed with games, books, and guides.The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable about his stock and could talk about ds games as easily as atari and DVDs. I found a DVD box of space ghost that I was going to buy as a present, the cashier opened it at the register to check that the DVDs were inside and found they were missing. I was disappointed, and had thought that the disks would be held behind the counter as in a few other stores, but the cashier was so sorry and polite (that his stock was gone!) that I couldnt be upset (except at the person that would steal from such a unique store with such friendly people!).They buy in-box and out-of-box collectibles, but be careful because you might end up leaving with more than you came in with!

Great little store, full of classic fun at good prices!

So, I ebay, I ebay a lot. I usually end up spending right around 200 to 300 a week for my business, well as a general niceness I told the owner that he had a comic on his one dollar shelf that was actually worth upwards near 55 dollars, so he took it down. Went in a week later and he bragged that he sold it for 52 dollars. Did the gentleman thank me,....no. Not so much of a mention that I was the one who brought it to his attention. If I was a store owner and a customer I have never seen before was to do that, and then come back in, I would easily offer him some store credit, something for free, or at least a thank you. You lack customer service skills and the professionalism to succeed you ungrateful sod. I had intentions of buying a lot today, guess I go to Olympic Comics and Cards for my business, and try to spread the word about this guy. NO GOOD
