Good experience there. Rhonda was very helpful and responsive. Ricks design was creative. We have a small kitchen and Rick helped us add 6 huge cabinets on the other side and increase our countertop space. We are crazy about the waterfall countertop. We love our Shaker alabaster cabinets and the quartz countertop and the undermount sink. . We had to wait a bit for the countertop but it was worth it. Our garbage and recycle are contained in a lower cabinet . I recommend this place.

Just want to quickly share my experience working with Cabinets by Trivonna. I ordered some cabinets to go in a hallway landing area and bathroom cabinets. The cabinets came and they looked great. I was really happy, at first. Then during installation I discovered the wrong size was ordered. This stressed me out - because the cost to replace the cabinets and I felt it wasnt an error on my part. When I called Trivonna to explain the issue, and this is where they really stepped up, they resolved the issue without much discussion. This really impressed me. Cabinets are a high cost item and it stresses home owners out that issues may come up. I fully trust Trivonna to step up and do the right thing if you have any issues, although I am sure my case is not common. I am still waiting on one piece to be replaced - but I Trivonna has all my confidence that they will take care of me and any future clients that come to them.

Cabinets by Trivonna did a wonderful job on all the cabinets in our new home. It was great to have Trivonnas design services; she worked to make sure we were happy with the design and brought helpful solutions to us. When it came time for installation, they followed through and helped work out a few little hiccups that happened along the way. The kitchen came out even better than we imagined, and it is such a nice space to be in. We are very satisfied with all the work they did for us.

A great shout out to Ross and Trivonna. We did a complete kitchen remodel; cabinets, floor, counter top, and sink/faucet/soap and hot water dispenser. We trusted Ross and Trivonna all the way.The first telling sign of a good experience to come was the advice Trivonna offered on the kitchen design. She and my wife got their heads together and designed the kitchen based on the way my wife uses the kitchen and based on existing appliances pots and pans etc. The design was exactly what we wanted.Next, we didnt have a general contractor. Trivonna gave us two or three recommended contractors. We had each of them over to review the design then each submitted their bid. All three were terrific and in the end we chose John Prentice and have not been disappointed.I did the kitchen demo then John came in to do the rest. We were going to put in a laminate counter top when Trivonna suggested a granite installer whom she found to have reasonable prices. We were able to find what we wanted and in our price range.Price is always a factor. We have found a great value in Cabinets by Trivonna. Never were we pressured nor did we experience up selling. We were up front with our budget and Trivonna honored it all the way. We have the kitchen we wanted and within our budget.Ok, was everything perfect? Well, darn near. One of the cabinet drawers was scratched by the counter installers. No problem, well replace that. Some cabinet door stops were missing, well get more. Wed like to order another shelf. No problem, heres the price; let us know and well order it for you.This is the kitchen we have dreamed of and will enjoy for quite some time. Our experience with Cabinets by Trivonna has been outstanding and Ive been recommending them every chance I get.Thanks Ross. Thanks Trivonna.
