So I went here ordered my 9000$ dollar bed called and set up there home delivery was informed my delivery date and was expecting my bed to come in and it didnt 3 days before my birthday just bought a brand new house threw my old bed out and I called the customer service line and this is what they told me were sorry its out of our control and theres nothing that we can do about it so now Im in my new house with no bed and will have to sleep on the couch until I get my bed I mean sleep number beds are great but if your spending 9 grand on a bed shouldnt you get it sooner than a month and a half i think thats a little much .... What do you think shouldnt there be some sort of discount or here we will give you this 180 pillow or just something would not recommend this place maybe its just this location that call is on you where you put your money

Ashley did a great job explaining the various features and answered all of our questions with absolutely NO pressure as we considered several options. We love that Sleep Number beds are made in the U.S.A. and we highly recommend this store. We are now eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new bed later this month.

Jonathan is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable salespeople I have ever met! We have a bed I bought 5 years ago in another state that I needed a now out-of-stock cover for and he not only helped me track down this item through his personal knowledge and connections at other stores but brainstormed and came up with solutions to make this work. Can’t say enough how above and beyond the service was. I live in Seattle but would drive all the way to Lacey just to give him more business!

I had a great experience in the sleep number store on MLKJr day! Michael Delahaie, the sales rep., Did an outstanding job answering all my questions and educating my mother and I on all the details and features of each bed. I am sooo super excited for my new I8 to be delivered!!! And we will definitely be back to see Michael again when my mom is ready to purchase her new bed!!!

I would highly recommend this store if you are interested in a Sleep Number bed. My father and I recently purchased two beds from this establishment. My experience has been smooth and seamless and although my fathers experience had some pickups Ashley and Colleen handled any issues with professional expertise.On a second note I can highly recommend sleep Numbers sleep products other than their mattresses.

The salesman, EJ, is a good dude, even if he sometimes comes across as thinking his salesman jedi mind tricks are working. Sleep Number companys policies and approach really bug me, but their beds are amazing.

The salespeople we’re very nice in helping us find the bed we wanted and that stayed in our price range. After showing us all the upgrades we could get, they never pressured us into spending more. We left feeling cared for and confident in the fact that we made the right choice. Only bought the bed a few days ago so we’re still waiting for it to be delivered but are beyond excited for the great nights sleep we’re going to get!

Bed is awesome, customer service is HORRIBLE at this location! Store employees convinced me to get a new base (it’s my second sleep number). Bed came without the base. They hadn’t added it to the order, after they spent 10 minutes showing me how nice the new bases are! Called Olympia, they wanted $200 to deliver a $300 base??!! Asked to speak with manager and told he was at the home show and was too busy to take the call. I told them to get him on the phone within 30 minutes. Call never came. I called Puyallup and they were awesome! I’ll definitely make the 45 minute drive there if I ever need to buy another. Unfortunately, I lost an opportunity to sell my old bed, because the new base won’t be delivered for 3 weeks. Don’t shop at the Olympia Sleep Number store! (3 days later and still no phone call. Nice!) ☠️

Really enjoyed our visit to the store, Amanda was amazing, she helped us choose our next bed. The employees in the store where very friendly and welcoming.

After seeing the sleep number bed on sale on their website, we wanted to come to our local store to see them in person. Not only was Ashley incredibly helpful with the questions we had she was also super patient with our 3 little girls. We were given plenty of time to lie down on the beds for an extended period of time without being interrupted by sales associates. When the time came for us to do our purchase transaction, one of the other associates offered our girls a little ball to play with to keep their attention while we were busy. The store wasnt very busy but every person who walked in was greeted and asked if they needed help finding anything. We were informed that our bed could take a couple weeks to arrive and we went about our way. Much to our surprise we got a shipping notification 3 days after purchase and our bed arrived the following day. Ashley called the day after the bed arrived to check in and see if we had any questions. We will certainly be back to this retailer who obviously has concern for their customers and values their product! Thanks sleep number & Ashley!

You know its weird this is a good store people have told me that this store treats its customers very well. while Ive never shopped there the reason I like this store is they always have had a good rapport and reputation with the community

Perhaps I visited at an inconvenient time. It was late morning. I spent more than twenty minutes looking around the store. There was one person working and one couple shopping. When they moved to the third bed, I realized it would be a long wait. I left without being helped.

The salesman, and Richard was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful in assisting my 85 year old mother in law to find a sleep system perfect for her needs. He gave her much attention & found an additional discount, this was quite impressive. Definitely worth going in to shop for just the perfect mattress/sleep system.

High prices and staff was off in their own world. I would go to another location if you have the option to.

The staff at this store are very friendly and want to make sure that you find the right bed to fit you. Aside from that, they are deceiving and will do anything to make a sale. Sleep Number makes a great product, but they are the most dishonest company in the world and they are impossible to deal with if you have a problem. If you have any issues with Sleep Number, expect to be referred to a limited hours customer service number and given poor service where you will be lied to over and over again. Be prepared to have your money stolen by Sleep Number if you dare venture near this place.

Rip City. . Air Mattress for 5k, no thanks. Not comfortable as compared to Beautyrest Black orTempurpedic. Ive had both. This place will harass you if you give email or personal info too.

The sales staff at this store will lie right to your face to make the sale. Marryann should be ashamed of herself. When asked to talk to a supervisor, I was told that they are un-reachable. Stay away!
