Love Mattress Firm. I purchased my mattress there several years ago, so decided to get my mattress topper there. The gentleman who sold me the topper was very personable and knowledgeable. I will always use Mattress Firm for my sleep products.

Dominic, was very informative and helpful. He found me the perfect mattress within my price range and comfort level.I wish that I had purchased the adjustable base. So if you are on the fence about it, definitely buy it.

Today my boyfriend and I went to Mattress Firm trying to find the perfect bed and we didnt know what we exactly wanted. The gentleman that was working was named Braxson, immediately he made us feel comfortable when we walked in and kept a very professional manner, he was very understanding of our current situation and throughly was very informative at all the different types of mattress and bed frames that they had to offer. He absolutely killed it! Me and my boyfriend definitely are very happy customers and with his help we will be sleeping soundly for years to come, I will definitely be recommending people to come to this store, its so worth it, especially if you get someone like Braxson to be there to help. I don’t normally write reviews but this was the best experience in purchasing a new bed that we’ll probably ever have! A huge shout out to Spencer for setting us up with a new adjustable base and mattress from their outlet center. He ended up saving us about 50% on the total cost! I honestly would give six stars if I could. If you’re looking for a new mattress, at least include this mattress firm location as one of your stops!

I was expecting a free drop off delivery and building my mattress frame by myself. As soon as the delivery guys came I knew they were Hispanic and started speaking Spanish with them haha. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the people at Mattress Firm. Donald Hert was the salesperson that helped me, and he made sure that I tried out a variety of options to find the best fit for what I wanted.Even though they dont stock all the mattresses that I was looking at online, his knowledge of the products was very helpful in that I could try out ones that he knew were very similar to the ones that I had chosen from their website.It was a wonderful shopping experience, and Im looking forward to my mattress and adjustable base being delivered.They also have a great 120 night trial with their mattresses, so if for some reason the mattress just doesnt work for you, you can return or exchange it for a different one.Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

Let’s face it, buying a new bed is not fun. I had been putting it off for a while, and finally had to pull the trigger, since I couldn’t endure one more night of terrible sleep on my old bed. At the store, Braxston was super helpful and patient with helping me choose a bed and base, and getting my purchase completed. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I got a great deal on a great bed. (Beautyrest Beyond Firm with MF900 base.) I left the store happy, with same-day delivery scheduled. The delivery crew arrived on time, and they were extremely considerate and fast. They had the new bed set up, my old bed loaded up, and they were on their way in under 30 minutes. (Thank you Agustin, you were awesome!) I woke up this morning even happier than when I left the store. I had expected there to be an adjustment period to the new bed, but I can honestly say I had the best night of sleep in a while. My back pain is already gone after one night, so I know I got the right bed for me, thanks to Braxston’s help. No regrets, it was money well spent on a bed I love, a pleasant buying experience and a pleasant delivery experience. What more could I ask for?

Christina Taylor— the regional goose feather expert of Lacey, Thurston County. Christina helped me navigate through the thousands of bedding options, quit goosing around, and got down (duvet) to business. She made sleeping like a king a reality for my sneezy little dog and myself.

Scheduled drop off was changed and when they finally delivered mattress and box spring the box spring was damaged. Why would you deliver a damaged product? The delivery person said if I sign and take possession of the box spring I would not be able to get a replacement and I had company arriving that evening. Had to call store and make sure I could get it replaced at a later date in which they approved. There was no apology or they didn’t even offer us anything for there mistake.

Went to mattress firm on Sleater Kinney Rd. on the recommendation from a relative who had just purchased a mattress there. I had little hope of finding a mattress that I liked, let alone someone who could answer my questions honestly and in terms I could understand - BRAXTON! This man is not a salesman, he is not a corporate type, he is not your wanna be golfing buddy - he’s a human being with a brain. I told him what I wanted and why I wanted it, he helped narrow the large variety of options down to 2 and answered every single question I asked no matter how silly it seemed - he knew I had my reasons. It was 2 minutes to closing and he didn’t say a word, I had no idea because there was absolutely no pressure. Huge difference in price between the two mattresses and there I am flopping between them trying to decide - still not a whisper of pressure - I had all the time in the world. Finally decided on the one to buy and we wrapped things up by 20 minutes after closing. This was as painless a process as I could have ever hoped for. I highly recommend going in to see Braxton, he will take good care of you.

Great experience buying a mattress. Labor Day weekend sales. Nobody in the store and the two sales people Aaron and Braxston were very helpful and fun! Got me a great deal!

Buyer be warned, make sure you like the mattress you buy or you will end up paying $$$$ They will get you in fees if you return/exchange your mattress...we bought a mattress and were told that we could return it within the first 30 days and only pay a $50 restocking fee which is understandable. We returned the mattress after only having it a couple of weeks in exchange for another one. We were charged $100 for the delivery the 2nd time around which is MORE than double what we paid for delivery the first time. The first delivery charge was only $35.

It was time for a new mattress. I was going to get one, the question was from where. I dropped my motorcycle off, for service, a few blocks away, so i decided to check this place out.
