Good service. Good prices.

Convenient location.. I usually do grocery pick up, to avoid the foot traffic inside the store. Never had a bad experience, but compared to other Walmarts this location does fall short. The store is frequently low on stock & short handed, but the people that do show up usually deliver great customer service. If management was able to hire some good people and keep inventory, this would be a 5 star rating

Go here on a regular, always neat an clean, stocked up on an the employees Everytime Ive asked for something know exact direction an if the product wasnt there they get it outta stock!

The best service I have found at this store is their grocery pick up and their pharmacy.Team lead Alexis, your two employees that were working this afternoon were just the best. Although I have had some others that were really helpful also!Sorry I did not get their names! The thank you bag was really a nice touch today!Your pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpfuland a pleasure to work with!!!I only gave 4 stars because your shelves are not always stocked for whatever reason and sometimes I have to go to other nearby stores to finish my shopping. My other issue is the lack of checkout lanes open. The last time I was in the store, there was one regular checkout lane open, And one for 20 items or less and the self checkouts, all backed up!

I really like this facility..I received some help today at the 💰 center.It was 2 people there that was really nice to me.Especially the lady that worked there this morning.Such a nice lady.I cant remember the other lady.But,they were both nice.

I went for a leak to be fixed in one tire. I know the tread is low and they denied it. On their printout they said that all four tires were at 33 psi which was a lie. My front right tire was at 22 psi. He didnt bring it in the bay at all. Both receptionists was very helpful though so I give them 5 stars

As long as you know what you want and where it is your golden point boy. Heaven forbid you actually ask a WalMart employee to help assist you with anything. And for the love of God, can someone please put some change in the self check out registers and have more than 1 or those 40 self check registers vs able to fully function; meaning debit payments, EBT, yes Im saying it, CASH payments all be welcome at 1 register.

No wait time and the young lady was courteous and respectful.

They have made me wait over an hour on at least 4 occasions for pick up. This is the last time and I will never return to this location. Ive never had an issue with any other location. If they say your order is ready, they are lying, its not coming. You can wait all day in your car and speak with as many people as you want, but all of them will feed you the same lines and not do anything. Or even worse youll wait for 45 minutes and then they will tell you that your order has already been picked up. Forcing you to sit for at least another 30 minutes because they wont let you cancel the order.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Arrived at the auto center at 11:15 for a simple oil change. A hour later I’m still here because they have LOST my oil cap. Safe to say I will not be coming back to this location.

The only issue I have is that they seem to force you to do self checkout. I dont mind but when I see an elderly person struggling to scan and bag their groceries it upsets me. They have like one register open and always tell people to go to self checkout. This is unacceptable in the case of elderly. Other than that it is always clean and well stocked, fresh food always looks fresh and clean

Went their this morning, all these lanes and no cashiers but one lane which was the 20 items or less. Absolutely terrible service. This store needs to concentrate more on customer satisfaction by helping customers get in and out in a timely manner

Two regular checkouts active, 1 was 20 item or less... clearly see 20+ employees in area just stand around talking to each other.. poor custumer service..

Of all the stores I trade at locally, Walmart (LaVergne) seems to be able to maintain a adequate inventory as compared to the Dollar Store or area convenient stores.Keep up the good work!

We visit this place regularly. It is probably my wife’s favorite place to be. I do like the fact that they have the lowest price on seaweed snacks 74 cents a piece… I usually buy them out.

Its almost empty people wise in the morning . Your in and out quickly.

18 lanes, 2 cashiers. Long lines. Terrible!! Very nice cashier. Rude supervisor because I wanted to use my own bags. Instead all my items were double bagged. I came home with 30 bags. All other stores in our area are allowing recyclable customer bags. Am not a fan of WalMart...

Today it was for a stereo for my car, I chose a marga pioneer that cost 128.97 dollars more or less, it took 15 minutes to get someone to help me since the estuary was closed in a display case, when the man who attended me said that it was a mistake of price because in system to say that it cost 263 and something of dollars, be careful with the prices sres of Walmart.

I had never ever been in this store and was in the area on 09-12-20. I had to return a high chair seat because it didn’t work properly and I was within my 90 days. The customer service representative name Talahatu and her assistant was very rude to me, they treated me like I stole something and told me to take the chair back to the store I got it from and refused my refund and I had my receipt and everything!!!! They tore my box up, lost my pieces and just didn’t care that now I can’t return it to the original store after they damaged it!! 😩😩

I Love Walmart! They always make sure they have enough lines open to check out. They keep the shelves organized to the best of their abilty

Staff were nice. But some staff wasnt able to help me find anything.

I need ironing board. When came to Walmart I was impressed. On stand were 4 different boards. Standard, extra large and 2 small size. The price range were from 7 to 40 dollars. Very happy with this visit.

I really don’t have any good comments to say about WALMART anymore since they’re not OPEN 24HRS anymore. However I still love ❤️ the ones with 24hr TRUCK PARKING!I really hate shopping with the crazy public.

Couldnt find someone to assist me. Went to the greater at the door near the pharmacy to see if she could assist me in finding help. She spoke poor English. She didnt help me to find help either.

I like this Wal-Mart better than any other because they seem to have a better according to my likes and dislikes. No standing in line to check out. Went to the one on Nolensville Rd stood in line to check out for 45 minutes.

The grocery pickup department team specifically, at this location- is second to none. The team is a great reflection of our community. Strong, caring & sincere. They’ve held my family down during the pandemic, power outages, short staff, short inventory & a cold winter. Thanks!

Its usually stocked up. Staff is awesome and know where things are located. Love this Walmart parking lot is awesome and love the gas station as well.

As good as Walmart gets, I suppose. I had to ask 2 assistants for help; both were friendly and helpful, and the store and parking lot were pretty clean.

I like Walmart, but they need to do something about opening more registers to check out. I prefer a real person to check me out. There is maybe one or two that a person is working at most any time a day. I do not use machines that are taking the jobs people need. To impersonal and are not always dependable. Walmart needs to realize a lot of people like me like the personal touch of a really live person to check us out.

Little punk in the toy department acted like he was just too smart to be answering questions or helping customers. I ended up buying a bicycle and a shuttle but no help from the person hired to help me. I had my 3 yr old in a shopping cart and had to manage the bike and the cart alone. The cashiers in the outdoor department said they would say something about it. They were very helpful. Thank you guys.

Went with a bus trip from the Waterford Assisted Living. It was very clean and easy to get around in.

This Walmart got a five star rating because its Walmart. They had decent savings and I was able to find the things I needed. Unfortunately I may have caught most of the workers having a bad day. Want one employee did help me with a smile, the rest seemed to not be enjoying their day.

Very decent they have nice selection on items as well as groceries .

I needed to make a quick stop to get salad fixings and milk. The store was out of 1/2 of their produce so I was unable to get what I needed. As for the milk, needed Unsweetened Silk Milk and found none in the dairy. I didnt have anything to choose from including the generic kind. Not happy with this store at the moment.

Clean and stocked store very friendly staff and atmosphere. Always asking if help is needed or something in that line with smiling and feeling welcomed. Very clean environment and always have stations in order for you to stay safe and sanitized.. The lavergne Walmart is way cleaner, better and theyre more helpful hardworking people than the Hamilton church Walmart in Antioch. Jsaying

Walmart is Walmart. Lots of ups and downs about this store. Seems they have a worker shortage as of lately, I went a couple days ago and the checkout lines were so long they were winding around the store. It was only 2 checkout lines open and at least 75 people waiting. Sad thing was no one really had full baskets.

I wanted to expand life of my smartphone. So I went to Walmart to purchase SD memory card. I looked around electronic department for a few minutes and then a polite employee asked me if I needed help. He promptly showed me some SD memory card choices and I chose one. He took it out of cabinet and told me I could check out anytime when I was ready. I told him I needed to get some milk and I bought a pizza and then I went to automated cashier and checked out on my own. A very pleasant experience.

Need more cashiers during the day. Spent more time in line than I did shopping the last 2 times there.

Wow not even the same Wal-Mart as we knew prior to COVID-19. Customers continued receiving announcements that the store will be closing in 22 minutes… The store be closing at 18 minutes… The store will be closing in 14 minutes. The only registers open or the self check out and the line was back to the ladies department.

Always find what I need plus more and the deals are Amazing!

Over the years with my health issues and dealing with the various pharmacies the Walgreens in La Vergne, TN has been the greatest. The pharmacist calls and check on me and my medicines now thats a plus. I just want to say thank you to each and everyone of you working there. I do appreciate your services. This place is ok. The food section when you first walk in is dirty and nasty. It looked like they just threw the food all over the place. Other than that its an ok place to shop.

Today was for my covid vaccination. Walked in and went straight to counter. 5 minutes for paperwork, 2 minutes waiting, 2 minutes for questions from nurse and shot. Felt literally nothing. Waited 15 minutes after shot and then went to 3 stores as per usual when grocery shopping.Was a pleasant experience considering it was to get a shot!Not growing a 2nd head yet or another arm! No soreness as of this comment and has been 3 hours.

Dont get me wrong; they are civil, at least. But when it comes to actually doing the part of customer service... just like their upkeep, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Customer Service lady tonight is on a trip of not helping but just transferring you around and cut you off like nobody’s business.. if you hate your job, then don’t be in customer service. And don’t even call them unless you like being transferred around for 30 mins and still get no answer to your very simple question!! 7/13/21

Clean store, only 2 checkers on a Thursday afternoon. One regular lane, one 20 items or less (they dont enforce this). Used the self check out obviously, the attendant was very helpful, attentive and friendly.

Waited over 35 minutes before someone popped their head out and we were the only ones there! Would NOT recommend using pick up.

I like this Walmart location. It’s always stocked, aisles are in order. Checkouts are usually quick. I have no issues.

Its Walmart. If you have never experienced a Walmart in your life then you HAVE to go so you can say youve been to one. If you have been in a Walmart before... expect the same thing you got last time, unless its Christmas or the Black Friday sale time frame.

Unfortunately, I have to give a 1, but I would have given a zero for todays service. I purchased glass ornaments for a second grade project (only four packages) at a clearance price. When I got home, I realized they were glass and I need plastic for younger children. I was told I am unable to return because Wal-Mart looses money. How? You could have taken them back and still at 50% sold to someone who can use them. You still had many on the shelf. I am a mother of three and one of them a two-month old on a single salary. All were in resellable condition all of them accompanied with a receipt. This is shady- no signs said final sale, no policies stated that and to make matters worse corporate said they may be different store to store. Well now over 8 dollars you lost more than that, because you lost a customer. I dont do shady tactics. A sign would have helped clearly state to the buyer this is final sale. Its not clearance.....this seems like you are taking advantage of customers if they change their mind or something doesnt work out.

I felt ambushed leaving self checkout today. There were 3 Walmart workers that wouldnt let me past as one of the workers fast talking asked for my receipt to look over my non bagged items (3 drawer storage and air mattress). I didnt say anything. I just handed him the receipt and let him do his check. I am aware that Walmart will sometime check your receipt on the way out when you have unbagged items, but it was very frustrating to be ambushed in the self checkout area like that with my 2 children with me.

Lady by the name of Deedee is grocery was extremely RUDE at 8:00 am. Told a follow employee on the water/drink aisle that I BETTER say excuse me when passing by. I did tell her I heard exactly what she said and that she was very RUDE for that statement. Maybe Walmart should give their employees coffee to start their day.

Easy access to and from I-24. Store seems clean and well stocked. Like most Wal-Mart stores lately there are only a couple of lanes open for check out so you likely will wait in a long line or be forced to self check out. This has a much slower scanning ability so not only are we not as proficient as the normal cashier but there is a delay between items scanned

I wanted to go shopping but there where no shopping carts. I am disable and there were no riding carts there either. I ended up going to another Walmart store.

I never have issues here. Store is always clean and well stocked. But it would really help to have more cashiers open. One self- checkout side, one Express lane, and one regular lane didnt leave good options for those of us with full carts. Lines were very long at all 3 and blocking other shoppers. They eventually opened 2 additional lanes but it was really too little too late. Staff is friendly and helpful, but more of them are needed.

Wal-Mart used to be a nice place to shop, but its gotten to the point where its hard to check out NO HELP CHECKING OUT, AND YOU CANT NEVER FIND ANYONE IN THE STORES TO HELP ARE FIND ANYONE!!!!.THEN IF YOU DO FIND ANYONE TO HELP THERE NOT FRIENDLY
