This is not a good place to work the pay is little the workload is alot if you choose to work here be prepared to work 10hrs a day cause they will make you work overtime every shift and during peak they force full time employees to have 40 hrs a week with overtime everyday you will work 50hrs a week and the only holiday you can take off without penalty is christmas day also they say they care about safety they want you to leave the same way you come in but when the lines start to get backed up cause leadership cant manage lines properly they throw your safety out the window they used to be able to get two to three lines running but because people couldnt stand working here they left now management can barely get a line going with peak just around the corner and workload getting worse they may not have enough people to stay operational and while bezos goes to space and gives his friends hundreds of millions he pays the people that keep his company running $15 an hour

I was going there every single day to pickup loads. Im always being held up by one pallet. Seem like not enough people there to handle the work load. Its always a wait on one pallet. Sometime it get there soon enough but other times. They hold me up for as long as they can.
