Chris was such a wonderful person. Always jovial and willing to help customers. Ive been there twice to print something for my psychology degree, and hes been the associate who helped me. Id definitely go there whenever I need to.
Manager on duty was more interested in talking to his two female employees than helping out.
Was just here today and had a large shipment with about 10 large high value boxes, I dont remember all the staffs names but there was Ruby, and two other gentleman. One was a Hispanic male with dark hair in a ponytail and the other one was a Caucasian male with short blonde hair. They were all so professional and efficient, they were a great team! I felt bad that I had given them so much work to do but the guys taping and securing all the boxes for shipment really knew what they were doing and they made it look easy. Ruby was welcoming and a pleasure to work with, she was doing the labels and it was my first time ever shipping anything of that amount and she made it easy for me. Will definitely be coming here again and recommending this store to others.
Very rude the girl in the counter I believe her name is Ruby from my receipt. Need help to fax some papers that had all my info when I ask her to not look at the paper she continued and told me next time I can do it myself. Was rude the hold time made me feel so uncomfortable. Will never go their again. I was so surprised at the customer service. She is tall blonde in her hair.
Whoever the two girls are that are working in here on Saturday January 30th are the two rudest customer service ever they took every single customer before me when I asked her if she could assist me to print she said yeah give me a second Ill help you Im with a customer that was a second time I asked her to help then after she was done with her customer she went back to helping the other girl help a different customer never will return to this place ever again
Lost my package, an dont even care.Customer service gives you run around. Without giving you any answers. Shipping with ups from now on.

Recently I dropped off a package I was returning to a company, I had my own printed label and the employees were super helpful but apparently the FedEx driver who is an independent contractor took the package and brought it directly back to me, perhaps because he scanned the old label that it came to me with. But it sure came back fast! So I was able to bring it right back and get it sent out properly. They were again very helpful and even explained everything even though they didn’t know for sure what had happened. They used speculation from experience and related that to the customer, which they didn’t have to do. So I told them I’d give em a good review. And I mean it.

Associates not well informed in allAreas of information shipping costs or rates International(Mexico). Customer pays for a complete service here in USA with no surprises on the recievers end. $$$$$$ another outrageous amount due. Really Fed Ex????and you 1800 customer service numberIs just as bad. On hold for long periods of time. Just to be transfered. to being told someone will return a call. Very disappointed 😑
So I walked fedex today in hope of being treated like a human being in returned all I received we cold look and rude customer services. Honestly I don’t mind driving a couple extra miles to have better a customer experience...
I walked in to return a chair I purchased on Wayfair. I had my own printed label and used the same box the item arrived in. The guy, Eric at the desc told me that the driver will most likely notg accept the box but they can box it for me for $200. What ??????? $200 for a box? Outrageous. He though Im completely stupid to pay $200 for a box. Rude, unprofessional, rip off.

I am absolutely appalled at my experience today. After carrying one heavy box into the store and retrieving the second heavy box, grabbing some of their bubble wrap to finish packing and closing the box, I was informed that this store doesnt accept moving boxes for shipping! What? It must be that they dont want your business unless you purchase an EXTREMELY overpriced box from their store. I paid $1.87 for the box at Walmart because I know how EXTREMELY overpriced their boxes are. Too bad they lost a customer over greed. My brother owns 3 Fedex routes and has never heard of such a thing. Your business practices sucks! I use FedEx on a weekly basis but Ill never ever do business with this store again.
