The employees that I have encountered on weekend at this store have been friendly, helpful and efficient. I believe her name was Alma and she helped me this weekend 9/12/21. She caught an address error I made and was quick to resolve issue. They always try to move quickly through their line so as not to have anyone become impatient. Just know if you do wait in line it will not be for long and if it is longer than you expected than know you will be getting great service when you get to service counter. So worth the wait!!!!

All around it’s best to avoid this UPS, employees like Michelle and supervisors like Beth need to brush up on some customer service skills. If you need a UPS just make the trip to Palm Desert. Don’t waste your time.

Great friendly and quick service. Two customers ahead and they were done in no time. Everyone had masks and clearly marked Wait Here signage on the floor. Place is clean and nicely air conditioned. Professional service at its finest. Parking is right outside the front door and plentiful. Great overall experience.

I had problem shipping a garbage disposal. The gentleman who runs the store went over and above in helping me out. Hes one of the few people these days who displays good old-fashioned customer service!

They overcharge for shipping AND packaging. Moreover, their employees aren’t even friendly like Fed-Ex or USPS. Use the other mail services as much as possible - my boss and I will be avoiding UPS at every corner of shipping.

Able to get access to a computer, do my on-line e-mail and use my flash drive. Place had working equipment and fast, friendly employees who knew what they were doing. Was in and out in under 10 minutes and other customers were seen and handled quickly as well as correctly!Came out of my way to this UPS store after having a bad experience at another location. THIS store has the service and friendly, knowledgeable, employees I normally find at a UPS store! Manager on site very kind and understanding.

I went to drop off a box and the lady that that was there was very nice she just put me in a nice mood thanks for making my day better lol. She must love her job! Service was fast.

Had to process an online return and my printer was down. No biggie I thought, UPS store will handle it. I went in and asked what the email was so I could send the label. They informed it was around $1 to receive the email, then $3 for the first page. I was surprised at this and protested a bit. “You charge to $4 to print your own shipping label?” Worried they would then try to nickel and dime me more, maybe a charge to tape the label on, I left to another shipper/printer.The store was clean and the employees seemed very nice but the pricing is just plain unreasonable. I went to a shipping competitor across the street who would have charged a max of .15, but didn’t charge anything because it was a label. Now I know why I use them!I then had to drive back to this location since my item was UPS surepost. I’m leaving 3 stars because the employee seemed genuinely nice, and like she was following protocol. This should be a one star review (Competitor across the street gets 5 stars for handling your job)

Came here to get my Live scan after going to postal annex first( what a mistake and waste of time that was), they where very quick and cordial here. Place was steady but the ladies here knew what they where doing. Get it done right the first time, get it done here

I’ve been to a lot of UPS and Fedex stores - this is by far the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. They do all the amazon returns - friendly and efficient, there’s never an issue and they plow through a line of customers like it was nothing. With so little time to run errands today, I realized just how much I appreciate this store.

A corporate franchise, but with a decent heart? Yes. Very rare. Very professional attractive store. Very competent staff. They have their business limits but they also insist on being really decent folks. You are lucky to have this store.

I dont know about the rest of the staff but I had to deal with the older woman with short blonde hair that looks like a man. I found her to be extremely dismissive, condescending and rude.She feels that because she works in a UPS store, you should know everything about it.I wont be going back there.

The staff and manager at this UPS store are polite, friendly, helpful and very capable. I have rented boxes at this and other UPS stores, and the special dedication to the customer is very distinct and strong here. I feel spoiled by being served so kindly and completely here.

Update: after returning on Monday the store had changed its closing time to 4pm and failed to update online sources, which now days is more important than the store window. The employees were friendly but clearly overworked.Went to drop off some packages. Arrived at 4:10pm on a Saturday well before the 5pm closing time. The employees were locking up the store and didnt care that we wanted to do business with the store.

They closed at 5 but the website says it’s open until 6. I sat in front of the store watching several people trying to get in after 5. I guessed they too believed the website too.

Our family put together a group of birthday cards for our son who is away at college in a box which in red sharpie we wrote the address to be delivered. When we brought the box to this store the girl asked if the info on the box was correct we said yes and she proceded to print the lable which she placed on top of our red sharpie and put the box behind the counter for delivery. When the box never showed up they investigated and found that their employee printed a mailing lable with his old address not the address in red sharpie. They admit its their fault but the owner says they are not liable and will do nothing. I am a small business owner and this is terrible business take your money else where or you could be next. We are out $400 cash and several gift cards while they shrug their shoulders and chuckle no accountability for their error

Forty five bucks for smallest box for three months, so, kinda expensive. Service on the other hand is THE BEST. Know me personally, friendly, consistent, helpful, and mention when USPS is better deal.
