Good news! This business was scheduled to close last month but was able to extend their lease and get additional space to grow their product line!! Try them true great. This is the perfect end to a meal in Old Town. Or a stroll one afternoon through Old Town. Or a visit to the Farmers Market in Old Town. Or a round of golf at PGA West or Silverado.Or just a drive across town to have a cold Ice Cream treat. But not just Ice Cream, a fresh Nitrogen made ice cream. I have had this idea in other places, and they are good, but this is really top notch. The ingredients seem top of the line, and the service is great. It does cost a little more than traditional ice creams, but it is worth it, and I like ice cream a lot.The flavors are varied. You will find something you like for sure. We went with several people and everyone was pleased. Try it. There is a lot of easy parking in Old Town, so head out.

Definitely a more quiet location in old town La Quinta. The actual workers are fantastic and very welcoming, (as I’m from Los Angeles). I didn’t get the chance to try the actual ice cream but their shakes are amazing and the place is very well kept. I appreciate their kind service and the product is great itself not to mention their whole show they casually have going on whilst serving you some cold cold ice cream.

Holy cow this was good ice cream. It’s now in my top three of my relatively long and well traveled life, with the others being in Berlin and also Salt and Straw in Portland, OR. It probably had the best consistency and density. It also includes a free show. Yes it’s a bit pricey but this is in Old Town La Quinta. I guess I’ll go again tomorrow.

It was good place to hang out with friends and family. Nice location and good people. I love this la petite sweet treat. They open Monday to Friday 8am til 2pm Sat to Sun they are open 8am til 3pm.

I alllllways love going here. The prices are great and the service is fun. I always love watching the ice cream get made. The first time I ever went, they explained the process to me as I watched and were super helpful and polite.

The guy made out ice cream right in front of us and described steps which was pretty cool! Did I mention that their ice cream is delicious and I’m not even an ice cream person.

Very strange concept to freeze cream/milk with nitrogen, but it works. The consistency is like cheesecake but it looks like cottage cheese. The salted caramel is amazing.

Our local friends said you have to stop in for ice cream before you leave town. You wont regret it! they were absolutely right. The process they use to make the different flavors of ice creams results in an amazingly tasty product. A bit expensive but well worth the visit! The staff were friendly and helpful and the outdoor seating was a great place to enjoy our treats, even on a chilly night!

It’s ice cream . Good flavors I just wish there was more variety maybe it just the time I came I know a lot of my family likes it just not my favorite.

While I heard the salty caramel was outstanding (it was!), I think the chocolate-espresso was a full spoon-width better. Ill be back because that place was bom! Nice Friendly service also was a cherry on top!

First time here. Staff is very friendly and informative of their products. I got the mint chocolate chip and it does have a different natural taste than regular mint and chip ice creams Ive had. Not too sweet which I love! Price is fairly decent too.

This was a really fun experience. Getting ice cream frozen right in front of you is quite amazing. The ice cream was as good as you would get anywhere else. I believe the prices are way too high. Its just a novelty and just a reason to charge way too much for a ice cream.

Wasnt great. It was over priced, heavy on the cream and had a grainy texture with a hint of flavor.....youll also experience an after taste. Ive had better. If your looking for great taste at a reasonable price. Go to Holly Rolly.

This is a great little neighborhood ice cream place. The best part is that the ice cream is made in front of you using liquid nitrogen and fresh ingredients. The ice cream is smoother and creamier than other ice cream places. We love the vanilla ice cream topped with crushed pistachios and extra virgin olive oil. Sounds strange, but its great. They make shakes and other offerings, but the coolest item is the ice cream. There is a chalk board wall to doodle on while they make your ice cream, and little tables out front with a view of Old Town La Quinta. Its worth it.

Great little ice cream shop. Had the peanut butter option with my son opting for the childs chocolate and both were very delicious. Rich flavors of both will make it easy for us to come back again next time we are close by. Staff was friendly and showed my son ever step of the way along his ice cream journey.

Strawberry cheesecake and espresso ice cream was good

I shied away from the vanilla because I wanted to be more adventurous; big mistake. I took a bite of someones and it was THE best Ive ever had!!! The other flavors were amazing too but the vanilla really surprised me.

Absolutely amazing ice cream. The best mint ice cream Ive ever had - the literally crush fresh mint leaves to make it! The owners are super friendly, and will give kids little demos of the nitro. Its a quaint space with no indoor seating, but plenty outdoor. If youre in the area, do yourself a favor and try the place!

Get the Affogato. I had to come right back for a second. Interesting flavors made with organic ingredients. Leave a good tip because its gooood.

It was okay, but a little over priced for some vanilla ice cream with caramel on top, there needs to be more flavor to the ice cream itself, I also found a hair about half way into eating it, it was not mine.
